En underbar hem - övergripande ombyggd och vackert inredda - i en av Charlottes enda historiska stadsdelar som ligger en kort promenad till uptown. LÀtt promenad till centrum i 10 minuter, Bank of America stadion pÄ 8 minuter, 3: e wardpark pÄ 3 minuter och Frazier Park pÄ mindre Àn 60 sekunder. OmrÄdet har ocksÄ ett livligt centrum med mÄnga populÀra barer och restauranger ocksÄ. En helt privat svÀrdsvit Àr ocksÄ tillgÀnglig om mer utrymme behövs (se mina andra Airbnb-listor). Detta Àr ett underbart hem belÀget i Wesley Heights - en av Charlotte stora historiska stadsdelar. Det erbjuder högt i tak, massor av solljus, helt ombyggda kök och badrum. BakgÄrden Àr ocksÄ fullt inhÀgnad, har en hÀrlig stenbrand grop (trÀ tillhandahÄlls!), och en trevlig uteplats / dÀck med gott om sittplatser och en gasgrill. Hemmet har 3 sovrum, men det stora sovrummet har faktiskt 2 sÀngar. SÄ det finns 4 queen size-sÀngar i hemmet för att lÀtt rymma 8 personer. Det finns ocksÄ en reservgolvmadrass som kan anvÀndas för stora grupper. Det finns 2 badrum och 1 halv badrum i hemmet. Badrummen Àr helt uppdaterade och ombyggda. Den fullstÀndiga master badrummet Àr mycket stort med en duschkabin och en badkar. Du fÄr tillgÄng till hela hemmet. Det finns ocksÄ en fristÄende och privat privat svit svit nere (den har en egen ingÄng med egen gÄrd och privatliv staket) som kan hyras samtidigt för att rymma Ànnu större grupper - se mina andra Airbnb-listor till kontrollera tillgÀngligheten om du Àr intresserad. Det finns en uppfart (en bil) och gott om gratis parkeringsplats framför hemmet om det behövs. Jag Àr tillgÀnglig för frÄgor eller hjÀlp nÀr som helst. Kontakta mig sÄ mycket eller sÄ lite som du vill :) Eftersom du Àr sÄ nÀra staden, kan du ofta höra stadsljud (trafik etc) i bakgÄrden. Insidan av hemmet Àr dock 100% tyst.

Check in went smoothly. Average home exterior with a nice completely redone, very clean interior. Within walking distance (approx. 0.9 mi) of Carolina Panthers stadium and (approx. 0.2 mi) from a nice paved walking trail. Had an issue with the TV which was caused by a power outage and was promptly addressed. We found the city of Charlotte itself to be easily drivable.

Jason’s house is probably the cleanest VRBO property we’ve ever rented! Very hot water, plenty of towels, fantastic kitchen! Loved sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. Jason communicates very well — would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location near Up Town

The house is adorable and very nicely finished and furnished. It has a nice layout and plenty of outdoor space. There were lots of young couples with their pets in the neighborhood. The bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels etc. Renters should understand that it is downtown and it can get pretty loud in the backyard with major roads near by. But it really was not a issue inside the house. The house could use some additional supplies in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found that everything we wanted to do / eat / enjoy was a short drive away. Check in and Check out were easy and having 2.5 bathrooms as a plus for our family of four.

Perfect Two Day Stay

We were in town to see Creed at the PNC Music Pavilion for my son’s Senior Trip. Home was immaculate. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is also a very nice running/walking/biking trail nearby. Perfect way to take in the sites. Home has all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Would love to visit again if ever back in the area. Lovely home!

Home base for paddling

Very very clean home. Older home, nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and gathering areas. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but it was a great home base for paddling at the WWC. Felt very safe running from this location early in the AM to the little sugar creek greenway and beyond. Very close to good food, Whole Foods, downtown. Lots of interstate noise at night but we all still slept well. Nice front porch. Fire pit out back ready to go although we didn’t use it. Recommend!

Wonderful!

Stayed with with our adult son, and two teenagers. The house was very clean, appeared as listed, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Can walk to so many places and there is so much to do within walking distance and close driving distance too. We will definitely be back!

What a GREAT Weekend

House was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Having coffee pods available was a very nice touch. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Beds were very comfortable and we walked to several venues and restaurants while we were there.

Amazing house!

We were in town for a wedding in the city. The house was beautiful, clean and very close to downtown only 5 minutes to the wedding. The owners were very responsive and were able to fix a light issue within a couple hours. The check in and out process was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying near downtown Charolette for a home like stay close to everything!
