Overall very nice. Neighbors above were noisy because of no padding on the bottom of the kitchen chairs. Floors looked clean but left black on all of our feet when barefoot. Everything else appeared very clean, but other than that it was enjoyable and a great experience.

No issues with units except one handle was broken on a drawer and that's an easy fix and didn't hinder us using the drawer. Enjoyed the pool and Kyle our taxi person for the weekend.

Check in and check out were unbelievably easy! The place was so clean, with very comfortable beds. Loved the pool area, though it did have a lot of bugs. I would 100% stay here again.

Put in Bay long weekend

Everything was just as stated ..super clean, spacious, close to town and was super easy to rent a golf cart and be on our way! Got some great recommendations for food and activities

Great stay

They were very nice and extremely easy to work with. The ferry was closed Friday they offered us a free night Thursday We couldn't make it early but they waved the fee for Friday night and we checked in Saturday. They were incredibly great to work with

Unit was roomy enough for us. Nice furnishings. More than enough kitchen utensils like pots and pans, etc. Pretty clean overall, but we did think the floors could be cleaner and when we inquired about someone was there in just a few minutes to wash them. Very impressed.I would stay there again.

Unecessarily Unhospitable

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The agreement process has you sign a form with 14 signatures needed to sign to stay for one night, has a strict check in and check out process (even though our room was late and threw off our schedule), and does not even provide simple amenities such as towels or linens. The pool was advertised, but closed the entire stay despite it being 75 degrees out all day. All in all, would not stay or recommend this location to anyone.

My only need not provided was kitchen shears so I bought and left a pair. My husband was pleased other than a number of light switches that worked nothing (we tried plugging lamps into various outlets w/o different results) and outlets that did not work (kitchen) and one in bathroom that was so worn, it would not hold a plug. Not enough of an issue to call maintenance. The pool open after Labor Day was a real plus for us!! Thanks for a great condo!!

PIB weekend getaway

The only negative was that I had to pay $100 for towels and sheets. I believe that price is too high. Also, the maids never made our beds. After paying $100 I had to make my own bed. It was very disappointing. Some of the sheets were ripped in the corners as well
