Observera - den här fastigheten ligger i nordvästra Florida - Destin-området. Det är INTE Miramar Florida. Det är ett två sovrum, 2 och ett halvt badrum 2 våningar radhus nära stranden. Två våningar som lever med trägolv och kakelgolv överallt. Två skärmad i verandor för trevligt utomhusliv - en nere och en andra från Mästaren på andra nivå. Community Pool precis utanför bakdörren. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett helt uppdaterat badrum med duschkabin. Glidande glasdörrar leder till verandan på övervåningen. Det andra sovrummet har 2 queen size-sängar och ett helt uppdaterat badkar med badkar och dusch. Plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare i båda sovrummen. Nedervåningen har fullt utrustat kök, helt ombyggt 1/2 bad. 50 'platt-TV med Blu-Ray DVD i vardagsrummet. Soffan har en queen size-utdrag med uppgraderad madrass. Kol- eller gasgrill för matlagning direkt utanför bakdörren. Gångavstånd till stranden är cirka 4 kvarter. Nära Destin Commons och det populära Silver Sands Outlet. Enheten har två privata parkeringsplatser. Minsta hyresålder är 25. Tyvärr inga husdjur.

Favorite stay!

We loved everything about this place! The location was great! The condo was very spacious and i loved having the downstairs area to hangout and upstairs to sleep! Loved the enclosed patios too and the extras throughout the place! Bonus was that the host was always available!

Nice relaxing vacation

The house was a bit rustic, but was great for a family of four, with kids. The house had some toys and games that kept the kids busy, since the weather played a prank on us with a cold snap in Dec, that is unusual for Florida. But we enjoyed the stay and the host was very easy to reach and communicate within minutes, which was very helpful along with his suggestions for indoor activities due to the cold weather. The house had all amenities required for a multi-day stayover and had several shops and restaurants within a short drive. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable accommodation in the Destin/ Miramar Beach/ Fort Waldon Beach area, for a vacation stay anytime. Our heartfelt thanks to the host.

Softball Tournament in Destin

Property was great, walkable to the beach. TVs in multiple rooms and gas grill were very much appreciated. We had four in our group and had more than enough sleeping and living areas. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place, close to beach

Nice clean place about 2.5 blocks to the beach. Nice extra provided like beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul them. Communication with the owner was very prompt and informative. Would stay here again.

Great spot for a relaxing beach vacation!!

The house was perfect for my family--spacious, clean, convenient to beach, walking path, restaurants and more. Loved having access to washer and dryer. And TV's were nice for downtime and family movie night. Kitchen was fully equipped. Ample parking. Short walk to the beach. Communication with owner was good.

Our favorite!!

This is my family's second stay at this property and we love it. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beach is technically within walking distance, but we decided to make the drive. We can not wait to get back!

Hidden Treasure

We have stayed in a lot of rental units over the years in Destin and other beach destinations, and this was by far the cleanest and most well-equipped of any we have ever stayed. Peggy goes the extra mile to accommodate her guests with a hundred little things - a washer and dryer, games and activities, plenty of food staples and kitchen essentials, extra towels and sheets, comfortable beds, and extras of everything - soap, trash bags, detergent, etc. Her supply of beach items allowed us to leave everything we needed for the beach at home except for swimsuits, beach towels and sunscreen! We loved the two porches, and the nice, big pool just a few steps away from the back porch. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but we didn't mind it at all - it's really not very far. (Beach access is very convenient once you reach the end of the road.) Peggy was very responsive to all of our communication, and provided all the information we needed. The condominium community where this unit is located is very quiet and beautifully maintained. No need to search further for a GREAT place to stay in Destin - we WILL be back!

Everything was great! The pool out back was the icing on an amazing cake! We didnt wanna leave. We would love to come back next year and stay again! The only downfall to our trip was the beach flags were red and the water was so vlogged with seaweed that we could barely get in. But the house was great! Thanks Peggy for an amazing experience! This was our first time renting a home and we will def be doing it again!

Loved it!

It’s a great set up, in a nice location. It was clean and had nice at home feel. This was the first time using VRBO, but Peggy made it real simple and was great to work with. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

The best.

Very happy with my experience. The house is very cozy. Everything was clean and kitchen has everything you possibly need. My master bedroom is enormous, the bed was comfortable. OMG I didn't want to leave. Not far from beach at all. A walk about 6 min. The pool was great. Best vacation did not blow my budget and I had good time. My kids and my nephew's loved it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great vacation. The house was very nice, clean and had all the amenities i needed

The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities I needed from my home away from home. Peggy Myers was always available and responded quickly every time I had questions. My daughter loved the house so much, she did not want to leave. The house was in an excellent location. Walking distance to the ocean. Best family vacation. Great location. Spacious condo with everything you need for a great stay.

Clean, well furnished, close to the beach and away from traffic. Everything you need for a beach visit can be found here. Chairs, boogie boards,sand toys, umbrellas and a cart to transport them. Beautiful public beach, shopping and eating all in walking distance. Had a great time with our family. Every thing you need to cook or grill at home.

I thought this home was very spacious, very clean and a perfect place for my family of six.

My family loved staying at this townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped. The living room was very relaxing. There were games and movies for the kids. We also liked that there were beach items provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. The swimming pool was also very nice.

I've been visiting the Destin area for several years now, and wanted a place for my family to enjoy sunny Florida weather. This condo is perfect for us since we have family very close to Destin.

What makes this Townhome unique. There location is perfect. Close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Love being able to walk out the door to the pool. This is a great year round location and Misty Cove is a very quiet area within walking distance to the beach.
