In a small, gated RV community one short block from the beach you will have access to the swimming pool, lounge chairs, and pool house. This sweet 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a additional bedroom off the porch for added space is perfect for a family getaway. The porch has a tv, outdoor seating, outdoor dining and a Weber grill for cookouts. Also a handy shower out back to rinse off your sandy toes. Pompano Joe’s is just one short block away.

Perfect location/ relaxing stay

Lovely cottage and very close to the beach. Host went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We stayed for 7 days and the beds were super comfy.

What a wonderful beach oasis!

We had such a wonderful week in paradise! The ocean is a short walk away, and soooo crystal clear! The porch was perfect, a wonderful ending to a day at the beach, relaxing with family! The owner was so responsive and attentive. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

Perfect getaway!!

This place was amazing! Trisha was super responsive and answered any questions we had. She was awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone with children. It's super close to the beach and quiet at night. It felt safe. We loved it.

We had a great time. We will go back.

Only complaint was waiting for hot water to warm up for showers with 4 ladies. But that is expected in that building so we just picked restaraunts that we could go to in our beach attire. No problem. We had a great time and will go back to stay at this place in future.

Great place to stay

I cannot brag more on this little place. It was so quiet and so close to the beach. Very clean! We loved the tv on the front deck! No complaints! Great price for a great little family stay.

Excellent property close to the beach

Trisha was so easy to communicate with and the property was just as described! So close to the beach and it had everything you would ever need. So homie!! Beds were the most comfortable!! We will stay again and have already referred to friends.

We absolutely loved our stay here and beautiful place in a very quiet area.

Trish was wonderful to work with and was always very helpful! The place was clean and just like the pictures! Neighbors were very nice! Easy beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. Great location to the beach and property manager was so nice..

Great place. Friendly people around. Clean property and the manager was very helpful. No problems and we were in walking distance to the beach. We will book here again.

Nothing short of AMAZING !

Short walk to golf cart drive to the most amazing beach I have ever seen !! The house was very clean and comfortable. Very very cute inside with working TVs and washer and dryer ! The beds and pillows were very soft, master was almost too soft. Inside shower was great with plenty of room and water pressure was great. Now, the Patio, it is the best spot of the house ! There is plenty of comfortable seating, fans, dining table and end tables to set ur drink on ;) and a huge Roku Smart TV !!! The grill is propane and small but was big enough for us and it cooked like a big grill !!!! I really enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day at the beach ! South Walton Beach is the beach we were on and it was gorgeous and so clean ! Pompano Joe's is also at the end of the street on the beach ! You must eat here before you leave because it was delicious!! All of the people are so friendly ! The owner is so nice and helpful and when we had a breaker blow, she had someone there within 30 min of me letting her know !!! Super great people and place ! I hated to leave !

We have vacationed in this area for over 25 years and come to call it our second home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this park because of it being a small private style community. Very laid back, quiet, and low key. Perfect for family or couples who don’t want the hassle of elevators and parking garages every time you need to go somewhere.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location is perfect for a short walk to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour or dinner. Right in between Destin Commons and Sandestin Outlet Mall. Regatta Bay golf course a short drive away. We are of course less than a block long walk to the public beach where you can walk along the wide walkways along the beach or rent a golf cart to cruise down Old 98. We are right in the middle of it all but set in a quiet retreat.
