Everything needed was here. An exercise mat and also a small cooler for day trip in car would have been bonus points!

I don’t think it is fair to lose one point in a review is equal to the cabin not having a small cooler and an exercise mat. I need a 4.8 to maintain “Superhost”.. Please don’t stay as my guest again. I’m rating you as a 4 also.

This place is excellent if you like an in the woods cabin feel. We loved the views and got to see some wild animals. The cabin was decorated beautifully and well stocked with anything you might need. Finding the cabin was slightly difficult because VRBO listed the address as Eastgate Road but the actual address was East East Gate Road. Would like to stay there again.

We liked the location, the views of the nearby Granite Dells, the attention to details for comfort inside the cabin, the fenced in dog area in the back, and especially the wrap around porch. What I didn't like was no outdoor lighting in the back over the dog area so nigthtime was a little dark to let the dogs outside..

The cabin is great. The trailer park not so attractive but the whole area is wonderfully quiet. The larger deck faces trees and boulders - really nice. We were hoping for a little view of lake and or a recognizable path to it. Turning left onto the main road traffic was a real problem. The cabin was very nicely laid out and very well suited for 2 couples. Fireplace, 2 coffee pots ice dispenser hummingbirds. Well equipped for vacation living.

Very, very clean and well appointed cabin. It has a separate fenced in outside area for a pet. very quiet. Never saw a person in the surrounding area the days I were there, which was perfect. Has a very nice porch with a view. The appliances look brand new. It’s only a half a mile drive to Watkins Lake Park, which is absolutely gorgeous and maybe 5 miles from downtown. I highly recommend it.

This was our 6th time at the Cabin, and it has always been exactly as described. We had a great time again, and the grill looks like it was expertly cleaned and maintained.Linda always promptly responds to a question, and makes sure our (rare)concerns are remedied immediately.

Older but very cozy cabin feel. We enjoyed the views and backyard which had a small fenced area for our son’s beagle. Close hiking and a short drive into town. We enjoyed our stay.

Premier Partners need to keep a4.8 to remain where. You are placed on the internet. You should say why the cabin didn’t get 5 stars. Comparing it to similar places. What could I have fixed for you?

Another wonderful stay at this cabin, which we’ve rented three times before it’s so comfortable very clean perfect if you’re traveling with pets and just beautiful surroundings, I can’t say enough about this property

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend one night of the 4 due to health issues but everything was as as written in the VRBO site. The only thing that I we didn't like was the primary bedroom mattress. It was difficult to get on. Otherwise, the home had everything you can think of as far as amenities including soaps, hair products, paper products (loads of Kleenex), towels, sugar, and some other spices etc. I would rent again if we can make it back up to Prescott.

Great communications with the host. The property was perfect for us. Nice and roomy, clean and easy access to the lakes, downtown, forest and museums. Real nice place to stay.
Hiking amongst the beautiful boulders.
Driving to Jerome. Beautiful drive!
Fantastic food at the restaurants downtown.
Out for a walk in Prescott Nat Forest with our dog Zeus.

Cabin and property were well cared for and friendly to our pets. We enjoyed the BBQ and deck, and all the furniture was very comfortable. I loved the shower in the master bath. I'd recommend bringing a non stick pan if you plan to cook eggs. All other amenities were great. Thank you for a nice place to hang out in our road trip.

The place was just lovely with lots of beautifully done upgrades in this little cabin! Beautiful tile in the master bath and lovely gas range in the kitchen. Living room is set up perfectly so all seating can perfectly view the large LARGE screen T.V. :) Deck has the feel of privacy with the lovely rock mountain side to stare at as you sip your coffee. Had a perfect fenced in area off both bedroom decks for our mini dachshund to go potty and stay put. Highly recommend!

To stay a Superhost or Preferred Partner, you must maintain a 4.8 Score. Some people say they never give 5’s. The cabin isn’t The Ritz Carlton but if you compare apples to apples it takes a lot of 5’s to make up for a 4.
