Your cozy getaway awaits in Prescott at this amazing house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, this enchanting property offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers provided. A nice place to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail & a table for 6 to enjoy meals outside. Or take a walk to the square or nearest brewery only 1/4 mile. Use the central AC in the warm months or heating with electric fireplace in the winter. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies (including oil spray & seasonings), this is a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The home was perfect. The special notes/signs with instructions or info were really cute and tastefully displayed.Loved the home’s setting in amongst the trees. Really close to downtown area for walking.Very comfortable too.Would highly recommend staying inn this lovely home.

Bleu on Leroux sits in a great neighborhood just west of Downtown Prescott. It’s close enough to experience the best of Prescott yet far enough away to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the pines.

Well, other than the cool blue color of our home, the uniqueness lies in the updated yet mid-century touches. You’ll love the original hardwood floors from 1956! There’s no sneaking around at night with the creaking of the floors. This just adds to the charm. You’ll love the massive picture window on the front of the house that is your window to observe the many deer that frequent the front yard.
