Excellent property

Excellent property! Can’t beat the location, updated, and chock full of conveniences. (The provided snacks were a nice touch!) The surrounding streets can get noisy (concerts, etc.), but hard to fault the property for that - it is Nashville after all. We loved our stay!

Mother/Daughter Trip

Amazing, Amazing….from check in to check out. Lauren was attentive. She let us have early check in and late check out. Condo was spacious and clean. Had everything you needed right there. Will definitely stay again and spread the word to others.

Amazing Trip!

This was our first time in Nashville and we celebrated my husband’s 50th with close friends. We could not have asked for better accommodations! The house was beyond gorgeous and in a perfect location. The service and communication from Lauren and her team was top tier. We will never forget this trip and will definitely be back!

40th birthday

4 couples went to celebrate 40th birthday. The house gave plenty of room with each couple having their own bed and bath. Located 5-10 min from everything. Host/manager was on top of all the things. We had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Check in and check out were super simple. Would highly recommend.

Another amazing stay!

The location and details of this property are unmatched. This the second Thanksgivingin in one of the 6 properties. Lauren and Jen are the perfect hosts. We don't need to bring anything with us. They even provide snacks and drinks! We will forever be grateful for the time we spend here and the memories we are creating . Put this property in your list for a future stay! .

Family and friends

There were 10 of us and it was all our first time in Nashville. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house was amazing. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Lauren was quick on responding to any questions we had. We will be back.

Nashville Weekend

I wanted a place that was close to local venues, and we found that we were about 2-3 miles from all the places that we visited this weekend. Place was perfect for 4 couples with each of us having our own bathroom. Lauren was a wonderful host. We would stay here again.

Nashville Weekend

This is a great property for a long weekend. It has plenty of room, a great rooftop and it’s easy to walk or Uber/Lyft to Broadway, the Gultch, Music Row or Vanderbilt. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Siblings Family Visit to Nashville and Vanderbilt

Great location and very fun, comfortable house. Well stocked with supplies and had snacks/drinks waiting when we arrived. Lauren was very quick to respond to questions before our trip. Runners and walkers in the family had lots of options with the campus and Centennial Park nearby. Upper floors are reachable only by stairs, so getting to the cool roof top area requires climbing some steps.

Best Stay in Nashville

This was our 7th time in Nashville recently and this was the best place we have stayed so far! It was a great location and always easy to get an uber to Broadway! We were able to do early check in and the process was very easy! There was plenty of parking space available and could even fit a large SUV in the garage! The host Lauren was amazing and did a great job of letting us know details and would respond quickly to any questions we had! The house was spotless and had everything you needed! They even provided some snacks and drinks as well, which was very thoughtful! I would definitely book this house again in the future. We had 12 people stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone! I highly recommend this unit for anyone with a larger party wanting to stay together!
