This home was perfect for our needs. There are very few options in Maricopa and this home location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing.

Calm area

This home is great for a relaxing stay. It met our needs and was a nice property. I had to make some changes to my booking dates and the host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Was fine

Getting there after dark made it a little confusing to find the front side of the house (we pulled in the back entrance), but it was pretty clean. Was a little uncomfortable that the owner was sitting in their truck before 10am seemingly waiting for us to leave. As soon as we were getting in our car, she walked up to the front door. Didn’t even wait for us to start driving away

Just Right

This was a peaceful and lovely place to stay. The home was clean and well stocked with what we needed. We were able to check in easily and questions were answered as needed. Location is not right in town, but we were looking for that. It is a peaceful, country setting. We would stay here again.

Weekend Stay

The location worked for what we needed. Ample space for all of us to gather. Although there are roosters nearby, we did not mind the early wake up call as we are use to the sound and wake up early ourselves anyway. We enjoyed the sunset while relaxing on the patio during our last evening there. There owner and husband came by while prepping for our departure- very kind folks. I would like to spend time here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.

Maricopa Farmland

The home was well stocked with a lot that we did not have with us but needed. There were a couple small broken items but nothing major. The neighbors had a party one of the nights but they finally turned the music down after midnight. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay there.

Nice enough but a couple of concerns.

I found food in the fridge and also dirty dishes. There was also some webs in the house which is not ok. And the toilet in the ensuite ran almost constantly while making a strange noise every 5 minutes. Needs fixed.

Great house!!

The house was great. The kitchen has fantastic funishings, kettles, dishes, seasonings, etc. The house has a wonderful layout, two bedrooms and bath on one side, master bedroom suite on the other. The living room and dining room are spacious. TVs in both bedrooms were well appreciated. Great communication, we called Lewis a few times and he was always helpful. It's a little outside of Maricopa but definitely not too far away. We had a fun-filled 5+ weeks. THANK YOU!!

Spacious rural property

Just what we were looking for in a rural property. Easy drive to Maricopa and Casa Grande. Spacious home with a great layout. Master bedroom with ensuite at one end, with two additional bedrooms and a second bath at the other. Both bathrooms have double sinks! High end appliances, including a gas stove. Well equipped kitchen with good knives. The house has veranda with seating on all sides for protection from sun and wind. There's an open gazebo for outdoor dinning with a BBQ and smoker. Friendly host provided timely responses while respecting our privacy. If you're a country person, than this VRBO is for you. For the shoppers, its an easy drive to Phoenix Premium Outlets via Maricopa Hwy and S Maricopa Rd (you don't have to use I10). Would stay here again.

Maricopa horse farm

We love staying here. This is our second visit. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned after previous visitor. Manager had it cleaned as soon as possible. There are multiple things in disrepair. The sofa has recliners that don’t sit all the way up. It’s electric and is not plugged in. USB ports then on sofa and on bed headboard are not serviceable. Other than that, it’s quiet, large and quite comfortable. Everything you can think of for kitchen supplies. We will be back!!

Property as Advertised

The property was exceptionally neat and clean. It is as advertised "Horse Property." We do not have horses, but were looking something quiet and rural. The only things were heard were the neighbor dog barking when we arrived and a rooster crowed every morning. The house is a nicely remodeled older home. It is very comfortable, like visiting an old friend. The kitchen is very fully equipped with all new appliances. We enjoyed out stay very much and will stay there again if we are visiting in the area.

We had a great time . House was clean , great for us as we are country people . Even though we were a bit far from Phoenix it didn’t matter - you get used to driving anyways as many attractions were around area in terms of agricultural activity . I would definitely stay here again .

Careful!!

We had a few problems with access to the property upon check-in. We had messaged the host that we were on the way but despite that, the security doors were locked and we had to wait 2 hours for the owner to get there with the keys. Check-in time was 3 pm and we didn't get into the house until 5:30 pm. Once inside, the floors were dirty, countertops were sticky. There were leftover items in the fridge, which the owner quickly removed when she let us in. The beds appeared to be clean, however there was a clump of hair in one of the shower drains and the shower door did not open and shut properly. The host (different person than the owner) tried to be helpful but he was limited on what he could do so that was frustrating. No one ever asked if we had any other problems, which would have been a nice thing to do for the 5 days we rented. Once all the kinks were worked out, it was a pleasant place to stay. We left it cleaner than what we walked into.

Nice cozy home

We really enjoyed this home best part was fire pit out back. Our family really enjoyed and will stay again! It’s very quiet and secluded by yourself neighbors are really far! Lewis was very responsive when needed something and was very friendly! If your in the area look no further stay here! We had so much fun!

Family vacation

We came into town for a family wedding and were pleasantly surprised to find this home in the same neighborhood as my sister house. It was perfect for me and my family it had enough room and it was fun to visit the sheep and chickens next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House!

Beautiful house with a great backyard. House was clean and host was great to work with. Location was perfect for our stay in the area. We would highly recommend renting this house.
