Bach Party

We stayed here with 12 people for a combined bachelorette / bachelor party. The property was nice and the beds were really comfortable. There is only beds for up to 9 people but we were able to fit everyone else comfortably on air mattresses. The location is great and in walking distance to a lot of Bars/restaurants. Overall great for something like this.

Great for groups!

I stayed here with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the house was organized/clean, and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for girls getaway

I stayed here with a group of 8 other girls for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was the perfect location to be close enough to all the activities and major attractions in Charleston. We were easily able to walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants on King St. and everything else was no more than a 5-10 minute Uber ride away. The house slept 9 of us comfortably and the rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend this house for larger groups looking for a solid place to stay that has all the essentials and is in a very central location to everything.

Bachelorette Party Heaven!

I had a crew of 14 including myself, and we all slept and moved around comfortably! It’s in a perfect location and I would recommend to anyone wanting a house near king st!! John is a gem and is so nice and accommodating.

Great house and great location!

We came down for a surprise 60th birthday weekend for my mom and had more than enough room for the 12 of us! The house had two air mattresses and a couch bed in addition to the beds listed. The house is so close to king street and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. John was very responsive and even let us check in early which allowed us to set up for the big surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Good for group of friends

The house is clean and organized. It’s good for big groups (particularly groups of friends) as it has many rooms and lots of bed options. We liked that it was walking distance from all restaurants and downtown Charleston, we didn’t love that it was very close to the College of Charleston so there’s a lot of noise at night, at least on the weekend nights.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at John's house very much! It was a perfect location and super easy to walk over to King Street and hit the restaurants and bars. It was a tight squeeze for 14 people and we had to use air mattresses (which was OK for us), but probably a more comfortable fit for 8-10. I would definitely recommend this house for a group visit to Charleston.

Excellent stay!

We had a surprise weekend in Charleston planned for our friends 30th birthday and we chose to stay here. It did not disappoint! It was clean, beautiful, and exactly what we were expecting. The location is great! I would recommend this spot to friends!

Perfect house in Charleston

We stayed her for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for everyone and it was a super short walk to everything on King Street! The house was beautiful and John was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Adorable

A lovely quaint house in keeping with Charleston traditions but with modern amenities. Comfy, clean and convenient for our big group. Easy walking to main shopping and restaurants. Helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!!

Great house close to the bars and night life

This is a great property in a nice neighborhood. It's close enough to the french quarter but is much closer to the bars and restaurants on King St. We took an Uber down to french quarter and it was like $8 but other than that we walked everywhere. The whole area around this place are basically rentals with the exception of the houses across the street. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again!
