Great location, close to so many activities and beach was awesome! Only 40 minutes to Old San Juan where you can visit historical spots, shop and savor local cuisine. Only a few miles to Luquillo beach where you have the food kiosks….so many good choices however we really liked La Parilla. Close to the villa is also another one of our favorites, Don Pepe. If you enjoy outlet shopping, recommend the Puerto Rico outlets in Barcelonetta…about 75 minutes from the villa. The rain forest is always a must visit and is minutes from the Villa. If visiting for the first time, must try the Mofongo with seafood or any type of protein. Also near Fajardo where you can enjoy many boat excursions including a visit to Vieques or Culebra Island (reserve ferry far ahead in advance) Canovanas also has outlet shopping if you want to stay a little closer to the villa. It is about 20 minutes from the Villa. We are not big on desserts, however, if you want to try something special, try the Tres leches dessert at La Parilla. There is also a supermarket close to the villa. We highly recommend staying at the Rio Mar Villas!

Waking up and having coffee out on the porch looking at the beach was amazing! The property was very clean and the host was quick to respond to our questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.We spent time visiting Old San Juan, El Yunque, and the nearby beaches, and it was the perfect place to come back to each day.The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they take great pride in the property and care about their guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Puerto Rico. My family, including my wife and two kids (ages 5 and 1), had a wonderful time! This villa is exactly as advertised--the pool/hot tub area are quiet, as is the stretch of beach directly out in front, but you're only about 200 yards from the main building of the Wyndham resort, including its restaurants. This was a great stay!

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) comfortably stayed here for six nights. Waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony or taking a walk on the beach as the sun came up was heavenly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, having laundry in the room was a huge plus. My kids especially loved the pool area, and it was never too crowded. Complex felt very safe. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful views to wake up to every morning and so many delicious food options nearby. Grocery shopping was just 10 minutes away, which made it easy to keep essentials on hand. We loved how close we were to El Yunque Forest, and being only about 35 minutes from San Juan was perfect. It was a great week away and an ideal home base for exploring the area

A beautiful, comfortable place we enjoyed tremendously

This clean, well-decorated, and lovely villa was a perfect getaway for my husband and me as we wanted to escape the cold March weather up north.

This was our 4th stay at this property, but first stay at Taylor's home. This was definitely our favorite. We liked being on lower floor so we could use stairs and not need the elevator. The view was perfect, much larger patio and furniture was perfect. Very quiet unit, quieter than the other units, though this property is never loud. This property is the perfect getaway, no need to leave, grocery store on the way in gets you Anthony you could need. Restaurants walking distance, enough variety for a weekend, but quick car ride gets you any cuisine you could want. Residents are respectful, property staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there for the ocean, the beach and water are just perfect. Taylor was a wonderful host, very good communicator, we felt very welcomed. We hope to be back soon!

Great Beachfront Villa!

Nice, clean and roomy place. Great view from the balcony overlooking the pools, beach and ocean which is a short walk away!The hosts were great to work with and property managers very responsive.

Great Oceanfront location for exploring Eastern PR

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The space was exactly as described - comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our family vacation. Being right in front of the ocean and near the Wyndham Resort made the location incredibly convenient. It was also a great home base for exploring the eastern side of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, the Luquillo kiosks, and snorkeling excursions from Fajardo. Would definitely recommend!
