Stort 2 sovrum, 2 badrum 1: a våningen enhet (1275sqft). Tvärs över gatan från Intracoastal Waterway och en kort bilresa till en av de trevligaste stränderna på östkusten (Sunset Beach, NC). Huvudsakliga sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, byrå och en 42 "TV. Låsningsrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, en stor jacuzzi badkar, privat badrum, byrå, 32 "TV, litet kylskåp, separat luftkonditionering och har egen entré. Det finns ett komplett kök i huvudenheten tillsammans med ett matbord och mycket bekvämt vardagsrum med 60 "TV. Det finns två skjutdörrar till uteplatsen. Strax utanför uteplatsen finns ett gemensamt grill- och picknickbord. Komplexet har en inomhus- och utomhuspool med en inomhuspool och ett litet träningsrum. Denna enhet kommer helt möblerade inklusive badlakan och sängkläder, du behöver bara ta med dina badhanddukar. För din bekvämlighet finns det WiFi, HD-kabel service, strykjärn och strykbräda och tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Sunset Beach är en lugn golf och strand gemenskap ligger en kort bilresa från Myrtle Beach. För golfentusiasten finns det 16 golfbanor inom 10 minuter från din ytterdörr. Med varje ytterligare mil hittar du många fler kurser för att utmana varje nivå av golfare. Det finns många restauranger på vattnet som serverar de färskaste skaldjuren precis utanför de lokala fiskebåtarna. Wonderful condo

Have been staying in various condos in Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle over the last 10 years, and this was an A+ experience! Condo was immaculate upon checkin and Mark was a great, communicative host who made sure our family was comfortable.

Quiet getaway

First of all, great communication with owners before trip started. Secondly, the unit was very clean, including all the dishes. It was a very quiet area. The pool area was great. For a quiet, relaxing place, you can’t get much better.

Very nice condo In peaceful community

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Easy access to calabash and myrtle beach is just a short drive. Another good thing is the condo is very clean. The pool and the hot tub was very nice. I would recommend staying here and would book again.

Perfect!!

When we arrived, we had no difficulty entering as communication with the owner was excellent…he provided good instructions. The unit was clean, bright and pleaant! Everything we needed was there! This was like a home away from home! The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The pools and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The outside areas were well kept. This was all around an amazing stay and I will be back!! Thank you to the Fitzpatricks!!!

Perfect Condo

Great condo! The condo was very spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Perfect location; just a short distance to the beach and great restaurants. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here!

nice ground floor, large condo. lots of space for several people. close to beach and good seafood. pool area was clean and nice also. this is really set up for like 4 golfers, sleeping with my wife in a double bed was a challenge but I knew it going in.

Amazing property and host

We go to Sunset Beach every year and have for several years as a family. We love the Colony II and always try to find a place here to stay. This condo is definitely one of the best. We love the option of the lock out room because it feels like a little mini suite just for my husband and I and the kids were separated more. There is plenty enough space and beds for several people. We also love this condo being on the first floor… very convenient. I had one issue with the TV and Mark called me immediately to get the issue fixed and made sure everything was the way we needed it. We will definitely stay at Mark and Debi’s place again!

Excellent Oyster Bay 2 Br condo

We highly recommend this location. It was very clean and comfortable. Mark was easy to deal with and provided helpful timely information proactively. Perfect layout with 2 private bedrooms with full bathrooms. If you are traveling to Sunset Beach area you will be very happy with this location.

I was very pleased with the property. Everything was as Mark described and he also touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and had all we needed for the stay. Plenty of space for us and the comfort of home. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the pools. The beds slept great and it was nice to be close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. I love the sunset beach area and had a great time.

Sunset Family Vacation

We stayed for a week. The property was exactly what we needed. Very clean, comfy beds and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners responded quickly if we needed them which we rarely did. We made a lot of memories and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Oyster Bay Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Oyster Bay condominium. The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed using the hot tub and indoor and out door pools. This is a convenient location just minutes from both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Great place to stay for a family getaway.

This is a great place to stay. This condo is close to the beaches and many restaurants in Calabash and surrounding area. The pool was very clean and very close to the unit The condo was very clean and the owner was very attentive to our needs.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our hosts, the Fitzpatrick's were very accommodating when we needed to get in a bit early. The Colony at Oyster Bay is a lovely community with 2 great pools (indoor and an outdoor) and a jacuzzi hot tub. It is just minutes from the causeway to Sunset Beach and so many other things, just too many to list. We visited during the summer, but I can definitely see this as a great condo rental any time of year. Thanks again to the Fitzpatrick family for a great rental and vacation experience.

Great Stay

Wonderful location and property!

To start with the owners are wonderful, they communicate well with you and even provide a list of things to do in the area, which is very helpful! The condo couldn't be in a more perfect location, North Myrtle is about 20-30 mins away and Sunset Beach access is a short 3-5 min drive away we stayed Memorial Day weekend and was surprised that traffic wasn't bad to get to the beach! The condo is great! It was very spacious and very clean, much more than what was expected. There are large TVs in the rooms and living area full functioning kitchen and washer and dryer. There are no flaws to this stay at all, it is a 10/10! Thanks to the owners for sharing such a nice condo with us!

Great place to stay!!

We are so happy that we chose this condo! We loved that it was on the first floor and that we didn’t have to haul luggage up and down the stairs. The condo was really clean!! The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We also enjoyed using the pools and jacuzzi every day after we came back from the beach. We had a great time, and hope to stay at this exact same unit on our next vacation!

This property was helpful to us because of my handicapped daughter and her need for a step-in shower

This property was comfortable, clean, well supplied with needed items in the kitchen. Pool just a short walk away. Couldn't ask for more. And, everything was in good repair and worked!
