This condo/loft was a perfect location for us!!! Great view of the fireworks and the drone show. The living area was huge with an awesome sectional and TV perfect for football!!!The condo had everything you would need for a great stay:)We would book again

Great place

This condo was amazing! The location is wonderful and the layout of the condo is so open, great for a big family. We come every summer to the Village to stay and this was everyones favorite condo. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and activities in the village. It's perfect for families with kids. The accommodations were great. Everything you needed is there for you to cook meals, if you'd prefer. We didn’t understand the tram passes actually gave you access to the other side of the resort which is the beach side. We had difficulty accessing the pool using the code, but no biggie. Overall, we would stay here again. It was great.

Perfect property and location for family vacation

The process of checking in/out was extremely easy and convenient. The property's location was an easy walk to parking and activities. The unit was comfortable and beautifully furnished. My family would highly recommend this property.

Great location! Great service!

Great place in the heart of the Village. Nice balconies and very spacious. Tresha was very accommodating and professional with the rental process. Would recommend this unit and I would definitely rent it again!

Amazing!

Thank you for an amazing stay! It couldn't have been in a better location and the place actually looks better in person than the pictures show. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Sandestin area as it's the best place I've stayed in the last 10 years. Also, the property manager was super helpful and very responsive.

Business and Pleasure

The property is in a great location both for access to the conference facilities and local restaurants and bars. We had a couple of minor issues but the owner was quick to respond in a positive manner. Overall, a great experience!

Golf trip during a wine fest

Came with four friends for a golf trip in SanDestin. It was good for us that a wine fest was going on, because the courses were too wet to play every day. The condo is located in a. Ideal spot. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed here in July with our family of six-all over the age of 16. It’s in a fun area to walk around and has a few shops. The condo had two master bedrooms, a room w twin bunk beds, and two twin beds tucked behind the tv wall. The master bedrooms were nice. The bunk bed room is very tight-really no room to put a suitcase. We didn’t understand from the listing that the twin beds are open spaces behind the tv wall-one on the left and one on the right. Not a big deal-just posting for future renters. The condo was very clean and has top notch appliances. The pool that you have access to is on top of the parking garage and it very nice. Our GPS had a difficult time finding the location once we got inside the property. To make it easier for future travelers follow the signs to Baytown Wharf. Once inside there are two garages-one public and one private. Park in the private. Side note-the garage gets full quickly as the day goes on. We spent a couple of evenings after dinner driving around the garage or sitting and waiting for someone to leave. Overall I would recommend this property!

The property was amazing. Very nice and open with everything you need. We enjoyed both balconies and it was a very nice long weekend. The restaurant's were good and not as many people so we were seated almost right away. Great music, dancing....well at least we did, and just a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Many things to do, walking and biking, and just exploring the area. Very clean and pristine. We will be back in a few months.

Beautiful and very comfortable condo

This is the second time we stayed in this extraordinary condo located in the hub of the beautiful Village of Baytowne Wharf of Sandestin, Florida. This lovely condo stands at the hub of a well tended tropical landscape framing a picturesque swimming pool/spa, restaurants, outdoor entertainment theater, carousel, and more. We like the Condo's, open spacious and well decorated, living room/bar/kitchen area. It comes well stocked , from washer&dryer to coffee pods. We appreciate the comfortable bedding and lovely bathing areas. We also enjoy having drinks on the front and back balconies. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing!!

We stayed at this condo for my friend's bachelorette party and it was perfect!! The condo is absolutely stunning!! The pictures do not even do it justice. When the girls walked in, they were all in awe! It is so beautifully furnished and slept 8 girls more than comfortably. It had everything you could possibly need and more! The location truly couldn't be any better - we could walk/bike anywhere we wanted to go and they have a free shuttle that will take you pretty much anywhere on the property. You have the beach, restaurants, night life, shopping, etc. and it is all right there! Tresha was so helpful with everything and was available to answer all of our questions. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! I would highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Nice condo in the heart of Village of Baytowne.

The New Orleans loft was just as described in the listing. It's called a loft but has 3 bedrooms so that made it very spacious. Tresha was very helpful and great to work with throughout my whole stay. The condo is very updated and was clean. There was plenty of space to relax and the balconies were very comfortable. I had a nap on one during the middle of the day..:)Very nice appliances and comfortable beds. It was nice with kids to not have to pack up in the car and go to eat or play. We simply left the loft and within 30 steps you can eat, listen to music, shop, or go to the arcade. Great store to shop right next to Acme Oyster house called Aloha surf shop. Overall the condo was great, the shops were great, and the restaurants were average but it was great to park and not get into car for 4 days. JG

Great Escape for Family or Romantic Getaway

I have high expectations when traveling and I was not disappointed! Read through the reviews and you will get an ideal sense of what awaits you... The pictures are totally accurate, the gathering spaces were large enough for all and the balconies were used daily for people watching, morning coffee and evening refreshments. The condo was outfitted with all we needed from dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels and linens, including a washer and dryer, and they gave an ample initial supply of paper products and coffee to get us started. Although this was a family vacation, this would be an awesome set up for a bachelorette or girls getaway or even a pair of couples. Nightlife, awesome restaurants, souvenir shopping and fun are just steps away and the beach, local shopping and a wide variety of restaurants are within a short tram ride away... they even provide the tram passes! I have already shared the link with several of my friends and plan to return on a regular basis. I would be doing a disservice if I did not mention that this perfect location was hosted by the perfect representative, Tressa. She communicated with me from pre-booking questions, checked in with us during our stay and followed up with us when we left. Look no further, pull the trigger and have the piece of mind that you found what you are looking for!

Absolutely Breathtaking

After booking this condo both my wife and I scrolled through the pictures provided. The property looked amazing!! When we finally got to the condo we opened the front door and we were floored. It had hit us both at once and the only thing that we could say is it was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures just do not do this property justice. The beautiful wood floors flowed through the open concept immaculately. My stepdad went straight to the wrap around leather sectional that would make anyone fall right to sleep. Both my mom and I went to explore the rooms to find out the sleeping arrangements. Whichever room is chosen is not a bad choice because they are stunning. We unpack and lay down for just a few minutes and the beds are the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. It was a long 15 hour drive so my wife and I were very hungry. What makes this condo so amazing is that when you walk downstairs you are surrounded by restaurants and shops and so much to do. We walked downstairs and picked a place to eat. We chose Another Broken Egg, which happened to be a two minute slow stroll from the condo. We did not have to get in our car to do anything unless we wanted to explore the town more. We rode the tram from the condo to the beach as it runs from 10-10 everyday. The tram drivers are very informed of the area and can recommend great places to eat. The condo becomes even more fun when nighttime hits. Once it is late enough music becomes the topic of the property. Just steps away from the condo is the dueling piano bar which was such an amazing time. You can walk there and enjoy live music and drinks, or you can do what we did and sit on the back patio where you can hear the music perfectly. Do not think that the music is overwhelming because as soon as you go inside you can no longer hear the music. If you are looking for a nice quiet evening you can enjoy the front patio where all you hear is each other talking. This condo also came with access to the pool and spa area just across the street. Once again a very short walk. The pool is really big so we did not have to worry about it being crowded. There is also a hot spa and a cool spa depending on what you want. This condo was everything we dreamed of and more and we cannot wait to be back. We had the time of our lives and were so blessed to get to spend our belated honeymoon at such a beautiful condo. We will definitely be back again and we are already counting down the days!!

Summer Weekend

Overall I would say this property is nice but there are both good and bad things as I will list here. The booking and check in process are both remarkably smooth. We did find it a little odd that you have to pay the entire price on the day of booking as most other units we stayed in is just a deposit until you are much closer to check in date. Other than that it was a very easy booking process. The unit itself is large. The living space is very nice and super large and accommodating. If you are planning on hosting an event or having large groups over to hang out or cook dinner then the space is perfect. It was very nicely decorated and a wow factor upon walking in. The bathrooms, however, are another story. They definitely could use updating and a really good cleaning. The tub I used to bathe my son had multiple random hairs scattered throughout the tub and I had to really clean well before allowing him into it. There was a sink in another bathroom that would not drain and each time you would run the water it would fill up to the top and take 15-20 minutes to drain. I am sure at one point the bathrooms were gorgeous, as they look like back in the day they would have been stunning but now they could use a remodel as they look worn and outdated. Two of the main bedrooms were nice and spacious. We were comfortable with the size, the cooling of the rooms at night to sleep and the cleanliness. However, the bunk room is more like a closet with a bunk bed squeezed in and only space to walk to the bed. It is really, really tight and my husband used the term "coffin like." And there are two other little nooks in the living room area that have beds but do not count on those as they are hard as rocks. My daughter refused to sleep on them and ended up in the bed with my husband and me. And lastly, the location is in an amazing spot as far as closeness to the fun activities. The balconies are huge and there are two...but the noise at nighttime is out of control. There is a gate to go up the stairs that accesses multiple units and each time is closes it is a slam which is beyond loud..and it happens OFTEN. Also this unit is right at the top of the stairs and all of the rowdy people coming up the stairs and hanging out at the top of the stairs is enough to wake anyone. I even had to open the door at 2am and ask a group to please keep it down as my kids were trying to sleep. Overall, a nice place just not great.
