Tidewater Retreat planerades och renoverades med tanke på din semester. Målet var att tillhandahålla en plats för reträtt för familjer, vänner och par att njuta av denna unika ö och varandra! Du kommer att älska de färska kustfärger som används i hela stugan.

Tidewater Retreat erbjuder köksapparater, bänkskivor av kvarts, ny värme och AC, nya golv, alla nya möbler. Nya minnesskummadrasser, plyschlinne, platt-tv i vardagsrum och sovrum med drottning. Vi har flera USB-uttag för laddning av telefoner, surfplattor eller bärbara datorer. Varje sida har en utomhusdusch med varmt och kallt vatten. Varje sida har sin egen grillplats utomhus.
Du kan inte slå platsen. Du kan gå till många restauranger, Crabtrap, Crab Daddy's, Boulevard Cafe, Beachcomber BBQ, Echo at the King och Prince. Stranden ligger bara en 5 minuters promenad ner en skuggig lugn gata. Det finns en cykeluthyrningsbutik på Ocean Motion två kvarter bort.

Great Location

We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants & the brewery, as well as the beach and King & Prince. It's a short drive south to the pier and north to Redfern Village areas (more restaurants). The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again!

The Perfect Pair

Great Place for the Beach

Very nicely renovated and very close to the beach. Location is excellent and not a far walk to downtown St Simon’s and is even closer to several wonderful restaurants.

Great location, ideal space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great (maybe 8 min walk to the beach) around good food and shops. The place was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 1 kid).

Perfect for first visit to St Simons

This unit was very nice for our first trip to St Simons. It is close to the beach as noted in the description and also walking distance to multiple restaurants (Fiddlers was our favorite). We had a short stay (3 nights), but this unit would work well for a longer stay. Unit was clean and well equipped. The owner went above and beyond when she shipped an item we left behind to us (we reimbursed the cost). This was much appreciated!

Cozy Base, Great Location

A gem!

Exactly what our family of the three needed! Exact size, location and the amenities were fantastic. Very quiet and just a quick walk to the beach. The property manager had great communication. I’d definitely return to this spot—hopefully soon!

Girls Trip

We stayed here for our girls trip this year and this property was super cute and in a PERFECT location. It was close to restaurants and was within a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and check in and out was super easy due to a code lock, and we barely had to do anything to check out. Communication was great. We had to call once because we accidentally flipped a fuse(girls and their hairdryers😆) and couldn’t find the box to flip it back. The owner answered the phone on the second ring and was there to fix it in less than 5 minutes. She was so nice about it! I would gladly stay here again, and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone visiting SSI! We had a great time and it was perfect for our trip!

Cute duplex in great location!

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay in this sweet single floor duplex that was just a short walk to the beach. Living space was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home. We had everything we needed to start off our vacation. Despite it being a duplex, you could not hear any noise from next door. The unit was close to a number of restaurants, shops and the beach. There was an umbrella and chairs available for our use but we opted to rent from in front of the Kings and Prince Resort so we didn’t have to carry them back and forth. There was a place to rent bikes just up the street too. Great place to stay in a great location!

We fell in love with St Simons in 2003. We owned another cottage and vacationed on St Simons for 7 years until we finally made St Simons our home. We saw this property for sale and had a vision of what it could be with some renovation. We lovingly and tediously planned each detail to be a place to vacation, retreat and make memories!

We chose this property because of the wonderful location. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also had seen this duplex for a long time and felt like it had such potential.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The unique benefits of Tidewater Retreat is that it offers so many options. If you are traveling with another family, it is nice to each have your own space but be together when you want to.
Its perfect for Grandparents that are coming along on vacations or even teenagers that want a little Independence but you are still under the same roof. Each side is available to be rented by itself.
