Beautiful home !

Really nice home and pool ! The only thing we were disappointed about , was that we couldn’t use any of the resort amenities, like the water park and fitness room . That needs to be made clear in the listing . Otherwise wonderful home , and we could rent it again !

Nice clean home

This review is not based on our original rental, we were notified 3 weeks prior to arrival, that we can no longer have our home that had been fully paid for due to an “overbook situation “, at that moment I was extremely disappointed, but the owner’s assistant was very kind and offered us a few other homes to choose from at no additional cost. The home we were provided was very clean, nice close proximity to everything, we would definitely rent again. There were a few things that would of been beneficial such as a trash can in the kitchen that was bigger than 1 gallon, kitchen towels would of been nice, maybe some thick beach towels, the ones provided were so thin. Some hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet suits or towels would of been helpful, ceiling fans maybe in the upstairs bedrooms would of been nice to keep cooler since the AC cannot go below 74 degrees. I gave this home a 5 star because overall it was great.

First experience with VRBO,. Great concept, negative experience.

Property that I booked was switched to another roo try without my knowledge. The new property was filthy and ill equipped with amenities like towels and kitchen needs. Water did not work snd was not fixed until the next day. Many of our others in our party had issues with air conditioning and alarms. Will never stay at Encore properties again.

Would not recommend

Property manager had very poor communication. Twin bed broken and missing, electric didn’t work in half the kitchen, no arcade machine, cockroach found in bed, hot tub heat barely warm. Home not taken care of.

Great management & home!!

We really enjoyed this house!! Very clean and nicely decorated! Anna, the property mananger, is great and always responds immediately!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice Getaway

We very much enjoyed our rental. It was what we needed. No complaints at all, but just some need to know. The Mickey bedroom was missing one of the twin size beds. Also, the Club Encore amenities was not included in the house rental. It was stated that I would have to rent directly from them to get those things. So if the amenities are a must have you will have to go through The Encore Club at Reunion. Not a necessity for us because another review spoke badly of their property management. So it wasn't a big deal. But if is for you, at least you know. The house is amazing, and the pool was great! We would definitely rent with them again.

The house was very nice but we did not enjoy bec th property manger didn’t attend to our needs. Light bulbs, pool lounge chairs, cleaning of th pool. Etc.....

Best VRBO in Orlando

I’ve used VRBO and AirBNB for years and haven't had a better experience than this one. The owners were amazing, the property was spectacular and we would rent from them again. You won’t find a better place in Orlando.

Home away from home

The property and grounds were 5 star! We loved the house! It was exactly as described, neat, clean and spacious. The hot tub was wonderful!!! I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this rental. The only downside and a bit of an annoyance was the alarm that went off every time we opened the patio door, we realized that there was a “doorbell-like” button that you could press to deactivate the alarm for 10 seconds but you had to immediately close the sliders and tightly. Our last night we were enjoying the pool and hot tub and the alarm just keep going off, the sliders were tightly closed but the alarm kept sounding which woke our small children. It took about 15 min to finally stop! Other than that, we really did enjoy the stay. Thank you!!!

Great House

This house was really great the pool area was very nice to lounge as well. The cable was a little hard to figure out for someone who never used Roku but all in all I would definitely stay here again.
