I enjoyed my Stay

This is a marvelous place to visit and enjoy with your family Very cozy quite neighborhood I'm just in love ❤️ with the place.I plan on coming back very soon my next visit i will visit for a month

Great Vacation Home

Overall very nice home. 1. I would've liked to have had a direct communication with someone during my stay. 2. Certain objects that I thought were basic essentials were not provided (I.e. sink stopper, dishwasher pods). 3. Pool water color was a bit off, notification of when it was last serviced and the type of chemicals used to treat the water would've been nice.

Law School Graduation Celebration

The house was amazing! Perfect location, rooms just like pictures. The beds were very very comfortable. My friends and family had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s Law School graduation! House was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

Bang for your buck!

Celebrated my wife's 39th birthday here with a few friends and family, the house was just as I expected; great location, price, cleanliness, spacious, soft beds, essentials provided, great decor, friendly host. I couldn't have asked for more! I can't wait until our next visit!

Horrible

From the beginning communication with the property managers was horrible. I sent an email asking for the pool to be heated and never received a reply. On the way there I decided to call and was told the request was never received. They charged by CC right away for the pool heat and when I got to the house about 6 hrs later the pool was cold, jacuzzi would not heat. Of 4 days that I paid we got 1 day of heat. My car was hit while it was parked by the people across the street. Police was called and told me to request the footage from the camera that was set on top of the garage door. I called and explained the situation, was told that they would speak with the owner and never heard from them again! I call and call and get sent to their voicemail. The house was dirty! I had to clean the bathrooms because I would not let my kids use a bathroom like that. Behind the toilet was black! Needless to say I wont be renting this property or any property ran by the mgmt again.

Wonderful 2 day staycation

We had our daughter's 16th birthday party/girls sleepover. We were able to have guest no problem. House had plenty to do for teenagers and smaller children. Very spacious and nice size refrigerator. Rooms where spacious and most have their own bathroom which is great especially for teenage girls. From start to finish renting this property was very easy and pleasant. We did order pool heating but pool did not get heated and they refunded my money for this immediately so great customer service and great time!

Clean and well-appointed - recommend for families

We've rented a handful of times in this area over the years and found this property the best appointed. Be aware that homes are built close to one another so a neighbor's party is your party too but generally very convenient location. Home is as described and we found it clean and ready for us. Communication with property manager(s) good though some confusion around fee for heating the outdoor spa (ultimately sorted out). Only minor issues (need new pool cues for instance and no grill when we were there) but overall recommend this property.
