Nonsmoking, ren och uppdaterad stepless ranch home smack dab i hjärtat av Panama City Beach. En mycket lätt 3 minuters promenad till stranden - absolut paradis! Gå till Emerald Falls Recreation Center (Go-karts, minigolf, inomhus / utomhus rekreationsanläggning), restauranger, turistbutiker etc. Detta hem kommer "användar redo" med strandvagnar, badlakan, strandstolar etc. Hemmet är helt renoverat - nytt kök och nya bad. 2 sovrum hem bekvämt 6 sovplatser. Sovrummet har king size-säng och privat badrum - gästrummet har queen size-säng. Sunroom har 2 extrasängar och vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma möbler.
Nyrenoverad privat i markpool och badtunna i privat bakgård. Utomhusdusch utrustad med varmt vatten och privatlivets tv i både sovrum, vardagsrum och solrum. Dedikerad wifi.

Lovely spot for a family vacation

We stayed here for a week long family vacation and it was the perfect place. Our 3 and 6 year old kids absolutely loved going in the pool every day. The place was well outfitted with great for the pool and beach as well. They also had roll-up mattresses that the kids used as beds and loved sleeping on them in the guest room with their grandma. The walk to the beach was about a 5 min and there was a well respected crosswalk on the way there. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a small family getaway!

Perfect place!

We love this house. Close to the beach, private, quiet, back yard with a pool, very clean... and Mrs. Lisa is just awesome. We will definitely go back next year....:)

Fantastic

This is the 5th year we have stayed at this home for vacation. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood , the pool is great, across the street from the beach.

Great family friendly stay

Lisa was the best! Check in and out were a breeze. Close distance to several restaurants and entertainment. We were thankful for the opportunity to rent and had a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay for families

We enjoyed our stay, especially how close we were to the beach! The host provided everything you could need for the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. It’s also good to note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep which is fantastic for families with children. The pool feels larger in-person than in the photos. :) We were able to eat at many great places, find fun things to do, and access plenty of grocery stores within minutes of the property. Highly recommend!

Home away from home!

Lisa was amazing from beginning to end. She has great communication as well as great conversation! The home was everything as pictured and more! The worst part was deciding to stay in and enjoy the hot tub/pool or cross the street for the waves. The kitchen has everything you can think of! Lisa has put great thought and love into making sure our stay was great! My fiancé and I agreed, returning is a must! Thank you so much Lisa for everything!

Great Property

Literally steps from the beach and a gas station and attractions and restaurants. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and perfect for what we were looking for. Master bed a bit uncomfortable but we made do and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect place in PCB!

If you are looking for a home away from home in PCB, this is it! The house is perfect, has everything you need, and you’re a super short walk to the beach. We have found our spot when we vacation and hopefully will be returning next year!

Amazing in every way!

We rented this property for Spring break 2022. I, my husband, our 13yo daughter and her 13yo BFF stayed here for 6 nights. Comfortable house with everything you need, and a few things you forgot you needed! An easy two block walk to the nearest public beach access. And these are small neighborhood blocks, not the behemoth resort area blocks! Quiet residential area, and a privacy fence around the pool and hot tub backyard area. The hot tub was where my girls hung out the most, talking about all the important things 13yo girls discuss. My husband occasionally brought out fruity blended drinks for them poolside, because of course the kitchen was outfitted with a great blender, a Keurig that brews by the pod OR the pot, and every other thing you need right at hand. When we discovered the ONR thing missing was a pizza cutter, we bought one next time we went out and left it there, so you're all set there, too! Lisa was a dream to work with and we couldn't recommend this property and host more highly!

This home has been in my family for many years. My best and happiest memories have taken place here. Not sure what I love most about this place beach, the pool, the hot tub? Its all about relaxation and fun!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

My favorite part is using the wagon to pull the chairs, toys and cooler across the street to the beach. No car necessary. There is a public access walkway to the beach directly across Thomas Drive. I also really love the outdoor shower and i rarely use the indoor showers.
