Behöver du ett hem på din semester? Se inte längre än Gold Camp Lodge i Gilded Mountain Recreational Development. En perfekt plats 8 miles utanför Deadwood och 20 miles från Strugis på alla asfalterade vägar och mycket nära Mickelson spåret där du kan hoppa på snöskoter och ATV spår - det finns extra parkering för Trailers också! På några minuter kan du åka skidor på Terry Peak, eller koppla av på en av de lokala restaurangerna i området. När du kommer tillbaka från att njuta av det lokala landskapet, kan du komma tillbaka till en avkopplande badtunna och öppen spis för att njuta av dina kamrater.

Denna vackra specialbyggda stuga har 3 nivåer, 4 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum - perfekt för dem som letar efter lite utrymme att sprida ut, men samlas fortfarande i vardagsrummet. Den har ett öppet kök / stort rum med gaspis och plattskärms-TV med kabel. Det finns en utflykt till däckområdet från detta stora rum till en täckt privat däck med gasgrill och däck sittplatser med utsikt. Detta våningsplan innehåller ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett badrum. På loftet finns ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och en halv bad. Den lägre nivån på hemmet har ett vardagsrum med en stor sektionssoffa, elektrisk spis, plattskärms-TV med DVD, och tillgång till den täckta uteplatsen med avskild badtunna. Det finns också två sovrum på nedre våningen - ett med en queen size-säng, och den andra med 2 fulla sängar (som en våningssäng). Den lägre nivån har också eget badrum. Glöm inte den centrala A / C du kommer att njuta av på de varma sommardagarna och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare för att städa bort alla dina kläder från dina dagar på spåren.

Week Vacation

The cabin was perfect for our getaway with the family. Plenty of room and the view was beautiful! It was a great location for a home base for our Black Hills vacation. Loved that there was access to the pool for our daughter. Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience for Family in South Dakota

Skiing, Mount Rushmore, Custer Park, Sylvan Lake, Mining Museum in Lead panning for gold (grandchildren loved it), The "black matter" in the other Lead Mining Museum, The heated pool and hot tubs at the Clubhouse, Newcastle, Deadwood... So much to do. Great memories made for the family. Thank you.

Cozy house

Great home with plenty of space! The hot tub is great and the view out the back decks are fantastic. Houses are extremely close, even if the neighbors are not trying to be noisy you will hear everything. House was very cozy but the patio furniture is a bit dirty and warn, not quite an inviting space but the hot tub made up for it!

Weekend Stay

Overall the property was wonderful. Although, for all the parents of young children-- I would recommend either bringing your own tableware/cups or suggest that the property owner provide more kid friendly tableware/drinking classes as glass is not appropriate for them and that is all that was available. It was a great stay thought, and the other families that stayed with us even commented on how clean the house was.

My husband and I stayed with my parents, and with his sister, her husband and their two young children. It was a perfect size for all of us to stay and, the accommodations were gorgeous. We ran the Deadwood Half Marathon so the hot tub was relaxing and peaceful after the race - just what we needed. We would love to come back again!

The Perfect morning view!

We were able to park a truck/trailer with toys easily which isn't the case at all the Gilded properties. The view from the decks was amazing! We enjoyed beginning and ending each day with coffee on one deck and hot tubbing on the other. My only suggestion is to get a new toaster. :)

Spacious

Place was very pretty and super spacious! The view from the deck was amazing. The hot tub did have a bunch of specks of something in it. Not sure if it was flaking off the bottom or from the hot tub cover, but it was kind of gross. But still loved sitting in it and enjoying the view! Another thing, I have stayed at a handful of places and had never had to sign an agreement before so that was new but they sent it to me electronically at the last minute which made it easier. Also the ice melt by the door was completely empty so I wish we would have had some extra cause at the end of the entry way it was very icy and slick so we had to be extra careful especially when unloading and loading. All in all it was very nice and I would stay again.

Perfect home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 stayed here recently and I couldn't ask for a better home away from home. Gold Camp was close to attractions (few min to Deadwood and about an hour to Keystone/Mt.Rushmore) and perfect size for our group. Our kids loved the hot tub and it was a perfect way to end our busy days. The cabin had all amenities we needed and offered a lot of space for our family to get their space when needed. My only critique would be of the community pool. The times we tried to use it they were cleaning or had issues with the coloring, so we were not able to swim. Not a big deal, just was my only critique and not the owners fault. Budi was always responsive to any question and we really enjoyed our time at Gold Camp.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place but mattresses on beds are mediocre. Bedding is comfortable. The bunk beds are not very sturdy. Ok for kids but not great for adults. No instruction on how to work the TVs. We could not figure it out. We could have contacted manager and sure it would have been resolved but due to unforseen event we were only there to sleep. Just would be nice to have clear instructions to make it easy. The place is very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great (Did get to use it first night). Had everything we needed in kitchen, except coffee (we forgot to bring). Would be a nice perk to have just a couple coffee packs there. No batteries in remote in main floor bedroom. Overall, the place is nice, with nice hot tub, great wooded view, close to Deadwood and Terry Peak, but I like to have a high quality bed whe. I pay this much so will try another place next time.

We’ll be back

Went on a sister and kids trip. Had no reason to really leave the cabin because it was so cozy. The main lodge area was under construction which was a bummer but we were able to still use the pool that was plenty warm even for mid-May in hills! The views were gorgeous and we’ll definitely be back

Peters annual Deadwood vacay

Cabin outside Deadwood

Had a great time, property was very clean and had all the items needed for our weeks stay. Only drawback was the cover for the hot tub. It was split and very difficult to remove.
