Great Beach Location

We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!

Seaworthy cottage

This cottage was cozy and comfortable for our stay in the Newport area. It's an easy walk to the beach with a water view from the back porch. We could even hear the waves crashing from the deck while having our morning coffee! I'd highly recommend this property and hope to be back again.

Cute cottage

Really cute cottage right by 1st beach. But please note, there’s no AC in the actual house just in the bedrooms and they do not cool the whole house down so we ended up staying in our bedrooms most of the time when home. Also no dishwasher. But they do have a really cute backyard and right near the beach!

Great location, nicely furnished and equipped.

We would stay here again. Place is run by professionals, so you get quality furnishings. Excellent kitchen (but no DW), comfy living area, view of the ocean. Nice touch having the back deck and corn hole game. We used the grill and had friends over - all went beautifully. Best of all is the close access to 2 beaches and town. Highly recommend.

Spring stay with sun and cold winds

We stayed near enough to First Beach and Purgatory Chasm, had a distant view of the ocean in an open and clean cottage up the hill from a main road.

Fantastic Cottage

Great house for long or short trips. Very clean, fresh and new. We really enjoyed being close to places to eat after long day on the water sailing. We can not wait to come back. Highly recommed, so close to everything.

Weekend Getaway

My family rented this cottage for the weekend while visiting my daughter at University of Rhode Island. It was very close to the beach as stated, which was so nice for morning and evening walks. I will definitely be booking here for another stay if available.

Excellent Choice

We had 4 adults for a 4 day stay. The house is beautiful inside and out with a great location and the neighborhood was very quiet. The backyard was good sized, has an outdoor shower and is a nice space. The driveway is wide with plenty of room for our Subaru Impreza and Outback. The bedrooms and common areas were comfortable and all necessities were provided. The kitchen space, appliances, dishes, glasses, cookware etc were like new and the lack of a dishwasher did not detract anything for us. The bathroom was compact but was not an issue for us. We did not use the washer/dryer. The Evolve agent Sarah was very accomodating and responsive to our texts. We do not hesitate to recommend highly.

It is a great little cottage with a great location. It’s close to the beach and cliff walk. The only downside is the size of the bathroom. It’s highly recommended.

Perfect girls weekend!

We had such a great moms weekend! 4 of us fit comfortably. The home is immaculate. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a beautiful back yard to just stay in an relax. Could have asked for a better hostess or home! Thank you! We will be back!

Loved this home!

My family and I found this property to be perfect for us. The location was prime to everything and made visiting our children at Salve Regina a great experience. It was nice to have them spend the night with us and still be close to campus for events. It was relaxing and peaceful and had everything we needed and more! Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property steps from the beach

Sarah the owner was a pleasure to work with! She was thoughtful and reached out on the day of checkin, and several days prior. I cannot say the say for the management company. The property is a true Newport gem and pristine! Fully updated, CLEAN, and stocked with mostly everything you need for a beach getaway! I highly suggest staying here.

Perfect Getaway

Owners Sarah and Brian thought of everything to make our stay fun and relaxing. Comfy and stylish decor, and amenities like a great bbq grill, beach buggy, towels and chairs, and an incredible patio set up where you can literally see the waves from Eastons beach. We stayed for a few nights and had plenty of space for all 4 of us. The large sofa made for great napping after a day in the sun and the washer and dryer was wonderful to freshen up towels and a few things before our departure. We grabbed lobsters and fresh local corn from Anthony’s Seafood and had a feast on the deck. We also frequented Clementines Ice Cream nightly which was a quick 5 mins walk or less from the cottage. Everything is super close and easy to find. Downtown Newport is a must. Overall we loved our stay and hope to make it an annual vacation!

Wonderful beach vacation :)

This property was perfect for our family!! The decor was simple and beautiful, cozy and roomy at the same time. The location was fantastic A walking distance from the beach and from coffee shops and restaurants. We will be back soon!!

Perfect location close to Easton Beach and Cliff Walk

This home was perfect for a weekend stay for a wedding in Newport. The home was clean, convenient, and perfectly cozy. We loved being able to walk (about 1 mi) to the Cliff Walk, and be able to get to downtown Newport and back very easily by car or Uber. The communication with the property manager was fast and easy when we reached out. We’re bummed we didn’t get to try Mission Burger (across the street in Middletown) but we’ll be back for sure.

Perfect weekend

From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. It was three friends going for our now annual girls’ trip. It was the perfect place to wind down and girl talk after a day of exploring Newport and Middletown. Right up the street from convenience stores and a bunch of restaurants with great reviews. Very clean. Perfect space and service.

Cute little place by the beach

Check in process was so easy. The house was small but perfect for our small family. The house was clean, decor was on point for a beach cottage. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies, comfy beds, board games, cute backyard with bbq and just a 5 min walk to easton’s Beach. Also so close to Newport town, just a 10 minute drive. Coffee shop and gas station right up the block and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Newport. Hosts were easy to get in contact with and very accommodating. Five stars all around.
