Detta är en nyrenoverad, 1-rumslägenhet i Middletowns önskvärda Easton Point-kvarter. Enheten har ett komplett kök, sovrum med en queen size-säng, full storlek utfällbar soffa, egen uppfart, separat ingång och en privat delvis täckt däck. Lägenheten passar bäst för ett par, eller ett par med små barn. Det ligger inom en halv mil gångavstånd från två Atlanten stränder: Newport First / Easton Beach och Middletown Second / Sachuest Beach. Vi är också en kort två miles från Newport befolkade Bellevue Avenue. Lägenheten är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse. A quick get away

We appreciated how tidy and fresh the space felt for us to re-energize. We could have made a meal. We walked to a beach and breakfast no sidewalks but traffic seemed aware of pedestrians.

Beautiful New England Property

Perfect for our family. Nice, safe neighborhood, beautiful setting. The kitchen & bathroom were updated and very nice. (Bathroom especially was huge) Really nicely decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Trip

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and pretty, comfortable furniture and bed. Hosts were super helpful and friendly, even offering us fresh tomatoes from their garden. Wonderful recommendations and a binder of helpful attractions and reviews of all the town has to offer which is a lot! Would love to come back and stay again!

Cute cottage. Good location

Apt is attached to house (like an in law). Clean, comfortable bed, nice little outdoor porch. Park in driveway close to the door which is convenient. Lovely convenient to attractions. Just wish they had a kureg or something. Wanted a cup of coffee on the porch and forgot to bring some. The place had a full kitchen though.

Outstanding =property, wonderful hosts

We visited Newport for a wedding. The property is in a great neighborhood, separate entrance with drive. Inside is well done and well kept. You can Uber anywhere in Newport downtown in minutes. The hosts were wonderful. Kurt & Jean

Michael and Diane were kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was perfect for our needs and a perfect location for me to bike everywhere. It was updated and had lovely touches...and a beautiful garden to enjoy!

Awesome spot for Salve Regina parents!

We stayed Sat-Mon of Labor Day weekend after moving our son into his dorm at Salve Regina University. This property was absolutely perfect. Very clean, updated, awesome shower. Just as described in the listing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Getaway

We stayed here for a wedding. The place was immaculate! Michael kept me posted about my arrival We met Michael and his wife Diane. Very nice people. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Girls weekend

A spectacular property, insight and out! Extremely clean and neat, beautifully furnished and well-stocked, and the outside deck and and additional seating area among the lovely flowers was an added bonus. It’s close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle and is nestled in a very peaceful area. The owner was accommodating and very easy to reach, and he even reached out to me the day of our check-in to let us know we could arrive a couple of hours early. Highly recommend this little gem; you won’t be disappointed!

Great stay

Michael’s place is as advertised in his listing. Super clean and comfortable with everything you’d need. We only stayed one night but worked great for a family of four. Michael was very nice and helpful with navigating us to the two nearby beaches. Even let us borrow his wagon to cart all the beach stuff! Great place and location

Perfect place for us

This property was perfect for our visit and very convenient. We enjoyed biking to breakfast, the cliff walk, walking to the beaches, and the nearby restaurants. It was also very enjoyable to sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful weather in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable, Tidy and well stocked cottage in a great location

lovely hosts and a great location provided a fun and memorable week. We like to cycle and we found this place perfect (location) for biking to the beaches or Newport.

Newport for New Years

Thoroughly enjoyed the convienent location and the few minutes drive to downtown shops and the Cliff Walk. One could walk to the beach and enjoy the fun associated with the Polar Plunge on New Year's Day. For a very competitive price the "apartment" provided a full kitchen, with all of the necessities that made eating in a pleasure. The bathroom was large with a twin vanity. Everything was so clean... floors, cabnets, appliances.

Michael and Diane are both lifelong residents of Aquidneck Island, and take great pride in our home and our neighborhood.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is the owner's childhood home, where he grew up with 4 brothers and his mom and dad of course. Michael and his wife Diane moved back to this house in 1997 and built the apartment for his mother Fay. They spent the next 20 years together with Fay, and raised their children there, until Fay's passing in 2017. It is a lovely residential neighborhood in a beautiful area of the state. Besides being close to two beaches, close by there are also nature trails, golf courses, and farm stands. Right down the hill are several family-friendly restaurants.
