Superb villa med 3 sovrum

Hela dagen solen på Villa Mac, ligger i ett lugnt område i Puerto Del Carmen, men bara 5 minuter från den beryktade "playe grande beach" och centrum, där du hittar alla restauranger och bekvämligheter som krävs. Soluppvärmd pool, 0,75 mt till ett djup av 1. 5mt vilket gör det säkert att spela eller simma i. Barn kan leka säkert, villan är mycket säker med hög häckning runt omkretsen och en gated ingång. Terrasserna är söderläge, det finns gott om solstolar alla med materiner, parasoller och en pergola för dem som kräver skugga i värmen från middagssolen. Gas grill i ett hörn av trädgården med sittplatser runt och marmor toppar för att njuta av middagar utomhus. Utanför kylen för att hålla alla dina öl och vin svalt för din bekvämlighet. Villan är väl underhållen och erbjuder alla de hemkomfort du kan förvänta dig inklusive Android TV. Observera att det inte finns något extra för något, dvs säker, wi-fi och luftkonditionering. Warmest pool we've ever had

Lovely 11 night stay at Villa Mac. Family group of 5 adults with plenty of space for all of us. The villa looked to be recently decorated with comfortable new beds, soft furnishings and modern bathrooms with more than enough towels for our stay. Lovely outside space with the warmest

The property was as described, short walk to front, shops close by, no need for a car, property owner very friendly and kept in touch during process from booking to leaving. Will defo come again.

I can highly recommend staying at this property. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, great pool and great location. Will definitely be returning the best I have stayed in by far.

Lovely winter break

Everything we required at the villa, very comfortable and well equipped inside and out. Downstairs bedroom not really suitable for two adults, upstairs bedrooms ideal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Fabulous villa, amazing location for the main strip & beach

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 weeks at villa mac, Andrea was very friendly nothing was a problem and at hand if any queries, pool was lovely and cleaned regularly, air con was great in all bedrooms, the hole villa was just what we wanted, only a 5 minute walk and your are at the main strip Will loads of great restaurants and the beach, thankyou Andrea we had an amazing time, would highly recommend villa mac!

Very enjoyable 2 weeks!

We booked this villa to celebrate the 50th birthdays for 2 of our party of 4. There was a very pleasant greeting from our host, Andrea, who made us feel very welcome. The villa is very well situated just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants of the area. It has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday!

Villa stay.

I would like to say that the villa is in a brilliant location handy for shops,bars and restaurants and very close to the large sandy beach. The villa's owner(Andrea) was very friendly and accommodating with useful information and tips.The villa is well appointed with most things you would require for a self catering holiday including a pool which was cleaned twice while we were there, villa in need of refurbishment/ updating to make it a truly 4star establishment but would return because of location.

Fantastic holiday!

Thank you Andrea for being a fabulous host! We had a great holiday at Villa Mac! The villa was clean and well equipped with everything you needed for our stay. The pool and outside area was spacious with plenty of sun beds and dining table and chairs. The internet was fast so the kids were happy! The villa is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants alongside the sea front! Overall a fantastic holiday in the Sun!

Villa Mac the best of Lanzarote

This is a fantastic well equipped villa facilities and pool are excellent It is situated in an extremely central location close to bars restaurants etc . Apart from the pool area there are several little bays to swim in within walking distance Supermarket near by stocked with very reasonably priced food and drink etc The owner Andrea is the hidden gem of all with her wealth of knowledge of the island extremely helpful with places to go things to see and any general enquiries You want to know I would definitely highly recommend this property we have returned here for many years bringing both friends and family with us Norma and Hugh

Perfect stay

We booked our stay at Villa Mac only 6 days before arrival- we were beyond lucky with Villa Mac suddenly becoming available and it ticked all the boxes of space, our own pool, walkable to all amenities we needed but allowing ourselves to keep ourselves to ourselves. Andrea was really helpful and went out of her way to help with a few things that she didn’t need to have done such as tips and helping with some documents to be printed for our trip home. She is a lovely lady who made us feel ever so welcome. We would happily return to Villa Mac in the future.

Lovely villa, friendly and helpful owner, good location

A lovely clean and well equipped villa. The 2 double beds were comfy (didn't try the 2 singles). Over the road from a spar which is open 8am-10pm every day. About a 5 minute walk to the front where there are lots of restaurants (Las Vegas restaurant is a must visit). The pool is lovely and there are lots of loungers and lilos to use. The owner is lovely and helpful, very friendly but doesn't interfere with your holiday. The only downside is that the shower isn't powerful (which is why 4 stars) but that may not be a problem for some people and it wouldn't stop us from staying again. We were a family of 3 and highly recommend it.

Villa Mac

We are just back from a fabulous 11 night break in Villa Mac. We would definitely recommend this villa, it really has everything going for it! Communication with Andrea was excellent even prior to booking. It was useful having Andrea nearby to help answer any questions we had. The kids loved the pool and it's an ideal size for our family of 6. Sun loungers and the outdoor seating area were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space around the pool. This was our first trip to Puerto del Carmen so we really had no idea what the location was like prior to our arrival. We were blown away by how close everything was- 5 minutes to the Casino and restaurants, Spar supermarket practically next door and a fabulous choice of beaches all within 10 minutes. We were so sad to be leaving after our trip. Thanks so much Andrea for making our stay such a pleasant experience! We will be back (;-)

lovely villa in a great area

Us 4 ladies had a great stay at this villa it had all we could wish for for a lovely week. the owner Andrea lives next door and showed us around, we had plenty of towels including towels for either the beach or the pool. the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and although the downstairs twin room is small it had enough space for 2 of us. the bedrooms also all had air conditioning for no extra charge which was needed as we had a very hot week. the kitchen had all the items we required to cook and eat there if we wished. the pool area is lovely with plenty of space and got the sun all day and well into the evening. it also had seating areas to get out of the sun if you want to. the pool itself is solar heated and was a lovely temperature Andrea was really helpful and gave us suggestions of where to eat on a night. although she lives in the villa next door with an open area between the villas she in no way intruded on our holiday as she has her own entrance on the other side of her villa and does not use the pool area herself. location is very central being only a five minute walk down to the restaurants, shops and beach. all in all a lovely week and we would not hesitate to book again

Amazing 2 week holiday. Fantastic location.

We have just got back from an amazing 2 week holiday at villa Mac. There was 6 of us (2 adults, 4 children) and there was ample space for us all. The villa has everything you would need for a brilliant holiday. The pool area was fantastic, the children absolutely loved it, it’s great to cool down in when it gets very hot outside. Beds were really comfortable, we had a great nights sleep every night. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Andrea is an incredible host. She was there to greet us when we arrived, even when it was late, and she showed us around. She was always there if we needed her. Which we did a couple of times and she didn’t hesitate to help us out. My son broke something and she was very understanding and grateful we had told her. I couldn’t fault her or villa Mac at all we all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back there if we where to stay in puerto del Carmen again. The location was fantastic. Some of the villas have a very steep hill, this one does not. It was very easy for us with small children to walk to the main strip multiple times a day with ease. We had a very late flight and Andrea kept our cases for us until we where ready to be picked up, which we where extremely appreciative of, as we couldn’t have lugged them around all day. We had an absolutely incredible time at villa Mac and if you’re thinking of booking here I would say go right head you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Andrea for an amazing holiday. xxx

Villa Mac

We had an excellent 12 night’s stay at Villa Mac. As 3 generations of family it was perfect for us all It is located in an convenient area of Puerto Del Carmen within easy reach of bars and restaurants. The main Avenue is only a 5 minute stroll away which is where all the action is. The home has all the facilities required for a family to be able to have an enjoyable holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious with convenient seating and dining areas for everyone to enjoy. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week and we all enjoyed using the facilities provided. The owner is on hand and able to assist with any questions and issues that you may have. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this accommodation again.

Great location * not fully private *

The location of the villa is great - literally 5-10 minute walk up from cafe ola & the beach/shops/restaurant. We booked the villa Mac as it was advertised as a private villa with a private pool exclusively for guests however please note that it is NOT PRIVATE. The host actually lives in the annexe which she accesses from the pool area and uses the area as her garden so you won’t be able to sunbath in private if this is what you wish - the bbq/gazebo area in the photos - you ARE NOT allowed to use as well as the outdoor electrics (we were told straight away when we tried to plug in a charger) we wouldn’t recommend for small children either as the gate is often left open as well as the hosts door to her house. The pool area is really tired and needs a jet wash. Lots of maintenance needed as there are rusty nails sticking out of the ground. Air con is fab. Kitchen adequate. Bedrooms smelt a little dirty with stains on some bedding / duvets / mattresses. The host comes out a lot when in the pool area to advise you on things like - leaving lights on/using electrics/moving pool towels/checkout information which made us feel a little uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it had a big refurbishment. Gazebo isn’t like the photos either - it’s falling to pieces

A relaxing break

We found this property lovely and clean. Plenty of towels and equipment. The outside area and pool were great with plenty of room for ample sunbeds and seats. The villa itself is 2 minutes from a large spar and 5 mns from restaurants and shops.Cannot fault the villa and Andrea was a wonderful and thoughtful host.

I have owned my Villa for many years, Renting it out, I have no fears, Life here is surreal and full of charm, Peaceful, quiet and oh so calm. Laughing, joking and having fun, Lots of laughter in the sun, The pool is large, the water is so blue,and patio area is extra large due to me living in front of rental villa sun beds a plenty It really seems to call to you. Who could really ask for more,, For a brilliant holiday where you self cater, Fill in the form and I will see you later.

I purchased these properties because of nearness to main avienda and beach, you just cannot beleive your so near the town center. This really is a home from home.
