Lagos Marina Apartment

Lovely top floor sunny, most comfortable and well furnished and appointed apartment in a beautiful location. Superb balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Easy walking distance to Bars and restaurants in the Marina complex and Lagos town beyond.

Really lovely apartment in a quiet complex, has everything you need in the kitchen, towels for bathroom and pool provided with fresh towels delivered during the week, large range of books, dvds and playstation games also provided if you just wanted to relax for the evening. Great location close to the supermarket, marina, beach and the use of the pool at Marina Club is a bonus. Short walk into the town. Nice welcome pack of food/drink provided. Will definitely return

Great location, owner really helpful

Property was nice and in a great location just behind the marina and within easy reach of pool, beach, bars and restaurants. Only slight downside was that the bedrooms were a little noisy at times from traffic on the road outside. Owner was really responsive and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice property in a great location. Close to the Marina with several restaurants & bars and 5 min walk to the Marina Pool. Pool area is clean and tidy with plenty of loungers. Lovely big pool with separate small children’s pool. Good sized supermarket is only a 5 min walk & has everything you need. Apartment is generally well equipped but would have been good to have had a few basics like washing up liquid and a couple of cloths to wash up with & wipe round with. Be aware that the bedrooms do face onto the road which is quite noisy but this didn’t really bother us. Generally though very little other noise and balcony faces towards the marina so is nice and quiet. Lagos is a lovely place with loads of restaurants in the old town.

Great experience and fantastic host

Location superb, love the Marina with all the boats and lots of bars and restaurants. You can even get an English paper 👍 Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) English TV with catch up, large balcony overlooking part of the Marina and access to the Marina Club large pool. Parking available underground with a lift up to apartment. All very excellent stay

Fabulous apartment and terrace

Apartment is exactly as described and super clean. The jewel in the crown is the huge balcony overlooking the lagoon and marina. We arrived late at night and to our surprise found a stocked fridge and welcome pack- Bread, butter, wine, beer and other essentials. Thank you Karen. Hope we will be back soon.

Wonderful apartment and location

The apartment was really lovely and it contained everything you might need. It was very comfortable, clean and there was lots of entertainment supplied. The balcony was large getting sun from midday. There was basic food left for our arrival such as bread, butter, milk and more. A large supermarket is really close and its a 2 minute walk to the harbour. The location is brilliant. Lagos is gorgeous. Karen was extremely helpful answering queries quickly. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment , good location......

We just returned from a week in this apartment. It is in good location and generally a spacious nice apartment. The bedrooms overlook a busy road and the traffic noise was considerable. No reviews mentioned this... if u are a light sleeper it will be a problem . The bedroom windows don’t filter out the noise but Karen will hopefully look into it.

Flat spacious on arrival only found 1 toilet roll (2 toilets in flat), everything for cooking provided and welcome pack lovely. Clothes airer needed replacing, comfy beds. We didnt have the best weather but we enjoyed our stay as apartment very convenient for Pingo Doce, train and buses.

Fantastic stay in Lagos

Absolutely stunning location - beautiful apartment - great size, well equipped, lovely decor, plenty of instructions and local information provided - the canopy on the balcony is a lovely addition. I really can’t say enough positive things about this property - Karen was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient. The property is sparkling clean, every convenience included, very spacious. Lovely balcony with a view of the marina, such a pleasant spot to spend the evening. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to town but plenty of restaurants near the marina if you’d prefer to stay close by. The covered parking is great. The only negative comment I have is that 2 weeks just wasn’t long enough. We’ll definitely be back.

Great value for money and even better than the images online

We loved our stay here. Karen was a great help with everything and even facilitated a late check out as we had a late departure. The apartment is so spacious and was perfect for our group of 5! The location was great, only a few minutes from the marina and a short taxi into Lagos old town. The marina club had great facilities. The building is very quiet so no issues sleeping at night. Overall the stay was great value for money compared to other Lagos accommodations and the images online really don’t do the apartment justice!

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was very beautiful and everything was there. The welcome pack was very nice, because we arrived in the evening. Karen was very kindly, she answers very quickly the mails we send about the accesibility of the appartment. Through the garage we could easily come in with the wheelchair and also the apartment and the shower were easily accessible. Nice, the large balcony, we could sit outside and eat. The harbor and the old center were easily accessible. We have made a number of trips with our rental car: Praia da Rocha, Silves, Cabo da Sao Vincente, Monchique and Albufeira. The boardwalk of Alvor and Lagos were beautiful and you could walk along the coast with the wheelchair. We have also visited the zoo in Lagos and went by boat on the sea, we have seen many dolphins! The weather was beautiful!

Great apartment in lovely area

We love Lagos and have stayed in several apartments in the marina area. This is our favourite so far. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything you need, it’s ideally situated, very close to a big supermarket, close enough to town to make it an easy walk, far enough away to make it a very quiet place to stay. The balcony is spacious and enjoyed sun from late morning until sunset. Karen’s communications were excellent re all the info we needed re keys etc and she accommodated our earlier arrival time. The ‘welcome pack’ is a great idea, particularly if you arrive late, you would be able to have breakfast without having to get to the shops. There are plenty of places to eat, both in town and at the marina. If you don’t want to go too far, we would recommend Cais J Cafe, which is very close to the apt. and does everything from drinks and lunchtime snacks to really nice, reasonably priced evening meals. We fully intend to be back in Lagos in the future and hope this apt. will be available.

Lovely Apartment in a perfect Location

We have stayed in Lagos many times but this was the nicest apartment we have rented. I wanted somewhere special as I celebrated my 50th birthday whilst on this vacation. The apartment is located just steps from the marina and all the bars and restaurants, a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and the town. The apartment has everything you need, the furniture is very comfortable, there is plenty of wardrobe space and the kitchen is perfectly kitted out. The balcony is bathed in sunshine all day and the awning is an excellent addition to provide some much needed shade and the air conditioning an absolute godsend. Antony and Karen are extremely helpful and answered any questions we had in the lead up to our vacation. The welcome pack they provide allows you time to settle in and get your bearings before having to shop although we ate out most of the time. There are plenty or restaurants within in walking distance but if you want to try some local cuisine you will have to look a little further afield. Antony and Karen provide a very useful guest book which gives you lots of useful information and I would advise you to have a good look through this at the start of your stay. We will definitely consider staying in this property again should we visit Lagos. This was an excellent vacation in a lovely apartment.

Nice apartment in great location

Apart from a wee incident with one of the window shutters, we had a great time staying in this nice apartment. It has a super large balcony with sunloungers, table, chairs and retractable awning with a south-facing view. The apartment is well appointed and also has everything to make your stay enjoyable

A lovely modern apartment, great location and great price,would book again.xx

Apartment was clean,modern,with great air con,great price & on the marina,so near to everything in the town or taxi rank.We had a wheelchair,so we used the access through the underground garages with electrical shutters and a lift,it was so easy for us. The supermarket, pingo doce, is less than 5mins walk so no need for a car. We visit Lagos every year but usually stay in a villa which are never as close to the town centre and marina as this apartment is. We loved the shared pool at the marina club ,lots going on,friendly people on their hols too. The owners were great, all contact has been very helpful and speedy replies, thankyou Karen! We would definitely book to stay in this apartment again.xxxx
