Vacker, certifierad historisk egendom, stora rum. Enorm privat pool, jacuzzi med 6 sittplatser, samt en DESIGNATED STREET PARKING RUM för en enda bil. Detta är inte ett semesterboende, men vårt andra hem. Valfri åtkomst till privat chaufför, privat kock, dag eller serie matlagningskurser med James Beard utmärkelsen vinnande kockar ett kvarter bort. Vi reser en hel del och när du är borta, välkomnar vi dem som kan respektera och förstå vad som krävs av en historisk egendom. Park’s bachelor lowdown.

Great place to stay location was close to a lot of stuff. About the only thing that was bad was the condition of the pool being dirty and you had quite a few lights not working due to bad bulbs. Just seemed a little dark throughout the house. Everyone had a great time and I’m not trying to take away from it. Just making you aware and I wasn’t going to have anything done while I was there. So I would rent again when and if time permits. Thanks

Comfortable Affordable & Perfect for a family

Girls Trip!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The property, location, management team, amenities, EVERYTHING. So much room - the beds were SO FREAKIN COMFY, too. Great for a group of girls too, we had no issues all getting ready with all the space to spread out. We cannot wait to come back - Ms. Shinda was an absolute joy to work with too. Will be coming back to stay again SOON!! Worth every penny 3

Great place and location

Property is great, tons of character and rooms are large. Pool and hot tub are great amenities (we only used hot tub). The only thing I would suggest is that the listing be a little more clear about the bathroom count as there is only one full bathroom, located on the 2nd floor, and then one half bathroom located on the 1st floor.We searched for a place based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms so that was a slight disappointment, however, the house is great and our trip was only a few days so it wasn't a big deal.Highly recommend the property and the property manager is a pleasure to deal with.

So charming! And the pool and hot tub were great

The house itself couldn't be any cuter, so charming and so beautiful. The beds we're all very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub we're so incredible after walking around all day. There we plenty of towels and the house was otherwise fully stocked. The only negative was the road noise from the highway but there were sound machines in every room and sleeping with ear plugs made for a great night sleep.

A great time.

The house was close to the street cars. Made it east to get to the French Quarter or get to the Garden District. The Restaurant across the Street was Amazing. We had a great time at the house as well. The Manager Shinda was awesome also.

40th birthday celebration

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was our first time in New Orleans. The house was everything we had hoped for and could not have been in a better location. Centrally located to just about anything you’d have on your to-do list. I highly recommend this property.

Cute place and close to everything!

we really enjoyed our stay! this was a bit big for just the 4 of us but it was so nice to have the room. beds were super comfy. we had quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. we mostly drove to where we needed to go because we don't know the area, but we could easily have walked. the restaurant across the street was phenomenal!

The boys do Nola

Came down with a few friends to do Tales of a cocktail, the house had ample space for myself and 4 friends. Great location. Pool was clutch to relax on downtime and beds were cozy. AC and ceiling fans came in clutch. Only thing missing is a bbq grill which would have been great by the pool but everything else was great

Nola jazz fest

Nice historic house with great pool and hot tub. Smooth check in very easy. Convenient to street car close to Magazine street. We had 6 people for jazz fest. The only thing I would say is there’s only 1 full bathroom so if you are more than 5 for a long stay it would be harder. We were there for 4 days and really enjoyed stay

Girls trip

I absolutely loved my stay!!! I would stay 100 times!!! We will be back and i will try the hot tub and pool then. Mrs Shinda was great and was so prompt. Nothing else like it. Huge home steps to St Charles Avenue, a CRAZY array of fantastic restaurants, 10 mins to the French Quarter, downtown, or Garden District Less than fifty Arts and crafts homes in the city and this is the only one I know of that can be rented short term.
