Vår vackra lägenhet på andra våningen ligger på litet bostadsrätt nära Albufeira Gamla stan och marinan. Det dubbla sovrummet är på mezzanin nivå över vardagsrummet. Det renoverades 2017.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och renoverades 2018.
Boområdet är rymligt och luftigt och bekvämt inredda.
Altandörrar leder till den soliga balkongen söderläge som har utsikt över poolen och restaurangen och har en härlig havsutsikt.
Poolen har gratis solstolar och tennisbanan finns tillgänglig mot en liten avgift som betalas lokalt.
Vi har tennisracketar och ett urval av strandutrustning / parasoll / solstolar.
Poolbar / restaurang är öppen under sommarsäsongen.
Loungen / restaurangen och sovrummet har värmare och det finns en eldstad som kan användas under vintermånaderna.

Listing stated 1st floor; at least 30 steps to reach apartment. Should be clear about this. Stated English tv channels with satellite; non existent and no wifi. Great location though. Michelle replied to ?s promptly/professionally

Le paradis !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille dans cet appartement très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation : proximité de la Marina et de 2 plages superbes. Le restaurant de la piscine Casa Vela est vraiment une adresse qui vaut le coup ! La communication avec les propriétaires et les équipements de l'appartement étaient parfaits. Je recommande à 100% !

Thank you so much Michelle and Mike! We had such an amazing week at your apartment. The location was perfect for a relaxing week as a family. The facilities on site are brilliant but also great to have so much nearby within walking distance or a short Uber trip away. Hope to return at some point :)

Great location and easy process

We chose the property based on its location in the Algarve region since we planned to explore the area in day trips. The check in process was really easy and the space was great for us (2 adults 1 child). The welcome book provided by the hosts has so much information about the area including detailed guidance on beaches and areas of interest, as well as a comprehensive list of local restaurants. We didn’t use the tennis or pool because we were busy the entire time with all the region has to offer.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is very nice & comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Balcony was a good size for 2 people. Michelle was very responsive to all our queries. A couple of observations: there is no wifi in the apartment, you have to go to restaurant/pool which is slow & not secure; 32 steps to climb to get up to front door so anyone with mobility issues might find it challenging; no A/C but host compensated with 2 floor fans. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Michelle & Mike.

Comfortable short stay

Nicely furnished, plenty of room, a bit remote but much as advertised. Great view from south-facing kitchen/living room windows and balcony. Terrific little restaurant attached to the pool.

Séjour très agréable !

Logement très propre, fonctionnel et dans un quartier calme. Nous avons trouvé très facilement lors de notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés et repartis à des heures un peu décalé mais aucun problème puisqu’ une boîte à clé est en place. Place de parking juste devant. Très bien situé pour visiter l’algarve et proches de toutes les commodités

Sympa et bonne situation à Albufeira

Les plus: Appartement bien situé dans résidence assez calme Appartement de superficie satisfaisante pour 4 personnes Appartement bien équipé Les moins: Piscine de la résidence petite et gros inconvénient, pour y accéder nous devons passer par l’intérieur du bar/restaurant au milieu de clients attablés pour le déjeuner ou autre.

Muy satisfechos

Muy contentos. Tiene alguna cosilla para arreglar como la campana extractora y el horno. pero se está muy a gusto y es un apartamento decorado muy bonito y bien equipado. Se duerme genial, es fresco y con buenos colchones. Bien ubicado. No nos gustó mucho tener que entrar por el restaurante a la piscina. Volveriamos sin dudarlo

Fabulous holiday in a wonderful appartment

We had an amazing holiday in this wonderful appartment. Spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, spacious with a fab view. We only wish the balcony was a bit bigger as we all enjoyed sitting out each morning for breakfast. All the information provided by the owners Michelle and Mike was spot on. On their advice we organised car hire and visited local restaurants and all were fantastic. We only had one issue during our stay when the gas bottle for the boiler needed swapping but this was sorted immediately. Excellent service . Nothing was too much trouble. The kids loved the pool to the appartment and we hadn't realised that the pool bar was a restaurant selling delicious food all day. The owners were great and we loved the traditional Portuguese vibe about the place. The appartment is in a great location and we loved the 10 min stroll down to the beautiful local beaches. We would highly recommend this appartment.

Résidence de vacances tout confort !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel appartement, bien décoré, avec vu sur le terrain de tennis, la piscine et la mer. La possibilité de se garer devant la résidence est très pratique et le quartier est résidentiel et donc très calme. Location idéalement placée pour découvrir la côte Ouest jusqu'au Cap St Vincent et la côte Est jusqu'à Faro. Et l'accès a la piscine rafraichit en fin de journée. Une bonne expérience !

Sehr schöner erster Urlaub an der Algarve

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau dem Online-Inserat. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. In näherer Umgebung findet man viele schöne Strände. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Klasse Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten eine klasse Zeit in der perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es gibt 2 Strände in Laufnähe. 2 Restaurants und einen Minimarkt. Das Mietauto war sehr praktisch für Grosseinkäufe in Albufeira. Absolute Empfehlung für Familien!

Another excellent holiday !

This is the third time I have stayed in this apartment and will be booking again for next year. The apartment has been revamped with new comfy beds making the stay even more pleasant. Great service as always from the owners and all in all a beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend!

A lovely stay

On arrival the apartment was very clean and we were very happy. The apartment is well equipped, we cooked in the apartment many times with no issues. The beds are very comfy, parasol and chairs egg to use for the beach along with cool boxes etc. The location is very quiet which I liked. 15 minute walk to the marina but part of the road does not have a path and can be dangerous with children. Walking pack is ok but the last 5 minutes is steep. From the marina is another 15 minute walk but quite pleasant. Stop at the marina for a rest, to get to the strip is about another hour we only went once as enjoyed the old town more. Tommys shop is 5 minute walk but very expensive, city bar next door is very cheap for drinks etc. You can carry on walking up the hill for more restaurants and another mini market. The local beaches are stunning, we visited sao Rafael, arrifes, caelho and castello. All beautiful and have a restaurant which are quite expensive. Access to the pool is through the on site restaurant which we found intruding especially when people were eating etc. The apartment block is overall very quiet and peaceful, there are 2 dogs on a lower floor which constantly bicker and yap, this did not bother us but mentioning as it can bother some. We had many peaceful nights relaxing on the balcony which we enjoyed. The water gets very hot so be careful with children leave it to run and settle for a few minutes. We loved this location and area but if walking and being local to the night life if your thing maybe this isn't for you. The owners are very responsive and we had to contact the agent once within our stay and the issue resolved within 15 minutes. The gas bottle has run out. For the price we thought this apartment was outstanding and would stay again. We used uber which was very cheap and reliable, the most expensive trip was to zoo marine for 10euros, much cheaper than local taxis.

Varför värden valde detta boende

After years of travelling looking for our favourite place to buy an apartment we finally fell in love with Albufeira.

It has everything we want, an endless number of fantastic coves and beaches, a choice of lively or quieter nightlife, a wide range of attractions nearby, the beautiful Old Town with its cobbled streets and very importantly, a designer shopping complex nearby for our two teenage daughters!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The apartment is in a peaceful area alongside villas but only 5 mins drive from Albufeira. We never tire of the views across the hillside. We have a sea view and there is a lovely coastal footpath just outside the complex that leads to a series of fabulous beaches.

The airport is only 35-40 minutes away and driving and car-hire is easy and convenient.

We can leave England in the early morning and be in the pool or on the beach by mid-day!

We have a local agent who can help with individual requirements. e.g. baby-equipment, golf, excursions, car-hire/transfers etc.
