3 sovrum fristående envåningshus med privat pool och takterrass i La Herrada-området i Los Montesinos. Poolområdet har utomhus matbord och stolar, grill och solstolar. Den har en stor veranda, entré, rymlig vardagsrum / matplats, separat kök, familjebadrum, 3 sovrum (2 tvillingar och 1 dubbel) med sovrummet har ett badrum med duschrum. Villan är väl inredd med luftkonditionering / värme i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Villan drar nytta av gratis WIFI-åtkomst och engelska TV-kanaler. La Herrada finns i utkanten av den mycket spanska byn Los Montesinos med dess traditionella bytorg, affärer, barer och restauranger. Los Montesinos ligger nära saltsjön och den skyddade naturparken. Villan ligger inom gångavstånd från ett stort snabbköp och ett par barer. Det är bara en kort bilresa till stränderna i Guardamar och Torrevieja och nära till flera golfbanor. Vår villa är lättillgänglig från både Murcia och Alicante flygplatser (båda cirka 40/45 minuter bort). Gratis fiberoptisk WIFI finns.

Amazing

Just got back from an amazing week away with my family there was 4 adults and 2 kids, the villa was everything we needed, there was ample space for all of us. The pool was amazing love that it had lights in it as the kids were in it until 10pm some nights. The patio area was lovey, shaded during the day we had alot of family meals there. Great having a washing machine and a airer and washing line on the terrace. Great that there is a big supermarket 2 min walk away, and a outside gym area 2 min walk away kids loved that in the evenings. I would say you do really need to get a car if you want visit places as trying to get a taxi was abit of a nightmare,even tho the main town was on 23 min walk away my mum couldnt manage that in the heat, but was a lovely walk in the evenings once it had cooled down. Was easy getting a taxi from airport to the villa cost £80 euros but trying to get one to go to Torrevieja was impossible so we hired a car for the last 4 days so we could drop off at the airport, so we went to a massive shopping centre in la zenia. Was very clean apart from the floors but that is because there is alot of work going on round there and i think its from the dust as we mopped the floors and the next day was dusty again but that cant be helped,even tho there was work going on it wasnt to loud. We didnt need to speak with the property managers so cant comment on that. All the adults and the kids had a great time great villa great pool Thank you so much

horrible et scandaleux

nous avons passer 9 jours de vacances horrible avec des toilettes boucher ,refoulement au siphon de sol dans la cours qui donne au escalier de la terrasse , lavabo aussi pareil, il faut attendre 10mn pour l'eau s'évacué ,le lit de notre chambre est insupportable, nous avons du dormir au sol et touts sa , nous avons pas réclamer sauf pour la piscine a notre arrivé on l'as trouver très sal ,c'était pas possible de laisser mes enfant nager ,donc Jai envoyé un message a la personne qui nous donner les clés , elle m'avait répondu que c'est le propriétaire qui s'occuper de l'entretien de la maison et la piscine , le lendemain le technicien est arrivé il ma dit qu'il pouvez pas venir avant car sa femme était a l'hôpital comme , une excuse courante. nous avons quittez la maison le 05/08 a 6H30 , y'avait personne pour nous faire une état de lieux sortant et remise des clés , dalleur ils ont pas fait aussi en rentrant ,a 8H30 je reçois un message avec des insultes ci joint le message, je vous laisse jugé vous même comment nous avons laisser la maison avec la vidéo dans la journée je reçois un mail d'Abritel en m'avertissant que j'allait être prélevé de 117 euros suite au problème d'évacuation et le brise vue qui était au sol depuis notre arriver. Jai contacté Abritel ,l'agent ma bien écouté ma donner raison , ma demander de lui faire un mail , ce que Jai fait depuis le 05/08 a ce jours pas de réponse de leur part. dommage on peux pas déposer les fichiers.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Everthing was good and enjoyed the pool. The area was perfect . The cities are 15 min ride withe the car. The kids loved it. Thank you

Overall great but some improvements required

Overall property was spacious, nicely cleaned, swimming pool good size,en suite shower tiny though,not very comfortable. What we missed is some amenities to be fixed such as ac , two rooms did not work,that was very unpleasant when sleeping night time. Missed some complimentary welcome upon arrival, such as bottle of water at least,where other places even provide kids drawing sets, also double checking how guests are doing would be great, to our understanding customer service could be improved,but other than AC and those little comments was a great stay,good and quite location, if those things were fixed,would possibly come back again..

quick holiday

decided on short notice to have a quick holiday away. Villa was pleasant and had what we needed. Pool wasn't heated, but we were aware of this at time of booking.

Great villa

Very impressed with the villa, good size rooms and plenty of outdoor space. Everything we needed was available, very well equipped. Set in an urbanisation it was was quiet. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk and a good bar also in walking distance.

Enjoyable family holiday

We have just spent a lovely week at Villa Gemini. The definite highlight for the girls was the pool! We wanted to experience Spanish culture and cuisine so ventured out to Santa Pola for Tapas, La Marina for paella and went to know if the Spanish themed evenings at La Herradura in Los Montesinos. The villa is well equipped and comfortable and the local supermarket was very good value.

Just Had a fabulous 2 week family holiday at the villa,location is excellent,villa & pool are gorgeous & spotlessly clean & communication with owner was excellent,the only down side was we had to come home!!!.x

Home away from home

Lovely villa, had the most relaxing 11 nights and would love to return. Villa is spotless and nearby town only 10 euro in a taxi if you wanted to venture outside the village for some drinks.

Great week in Montesinos

Superb villa, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen, inc plastic cups/plates which are a must with children (mine!). Great communication and lovely people to greet us. All instructions clear- we hope to return again.

Beautiful villa

I was lucky enough to have found this very lovely villa where I stayed for a week in June. I found everything I needed for my comfort and relaxation. Lovely beaches nearby, small towns, markets and many shops all very close. A local supermarket 2 minute walk away had everything I needed at very good prices. The added luxury of a private pool for my sole use made it a holiday to remember. I hope to return sometime later this year. thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa.

Nice villa, great location, good value

Thanks for letting us stay in your villa. We had a great time exploring this part of spain and the beaches are excellant and many to choose from. Nice to have your own pool and relax in the afternoon sun. Neighbours friendly and people looking after the villa in spain very helpful. Booking and dealing with Helen the owner has been easy straight forward always happy to give advice, the spanish restaurant just down the road called Restaurante la Herradura for Hayleys 18th was an fantastic experience, thanks C

Great holiday

Great holiday once again in this lovely villa, with its spacious rooms with everything you could possibly need for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoying having meals on the porch beside the pool is great. The villa is in a quiet area but only a few mins walk to the supermarket and bars with entertainment on some nights. The village of Los Montesinos is 20 mins walk with lots of shops bars and cafes and a short drive away are the salt lakes and the lovely beaches. The villa is very clean, with air con in living room and main bedroom,with ceiling fans and portable fans also. I would highly recommed this villa.

Had a lovely time in Villa Gemini. It had everything we needed. Handy for supermarket in La Herrada and within walking distance of the town of Los Montesinos. The weather was beautiful and having the pool to dip into to cool down was lovely. Plenty of space both inside and outside of villa. Would highly recommend it for a good holiday.

Villa Gemini

We have stayed many times in this lovely villa with a great pool,and and plenty of outside space for children to play in the safety of the villa area. From first arrival,with a meet and greet and a lovely clean villa with part aircondition and portable fans,washing machine,dishwasher, TV,DVD,and plenty of DVDS to keep you entertained. Every time we come their is something extra, or newly decorated, new curtains,cushions,bedding. We have noted that they have added Wi-Fi this year. Having. Supermarket,and a bar/cafe within a few mins walk is great and everyone is very friendly. A 25mins walk will bring you into the village of Los Montesinos with lots of places to eat and watch in the lovely square, with a local market on Friday p.m. You do not need a car, but if you want to venture further it might be required. (You can hire a car from the village.) We are looking forward to our stay in June.
