Vår vackra villa är idealiskt beläget för semesterfirare som vill dra full nytta av det centrala Floridaområdet. Bekvämt för alla attraktioner, bara 25 minuter från Disney, 30 minuter från Sea World, Universal, 40 minuter från flygplatsen och en timme bort från båda kusterna. Denna luftkonditionerade villa är lyxig inredd i hela. Det finns en 50 "HD-TV), gratis WIFI och PS2-konsol. Alla sovrum har TV (1 har också DVD) och massor av garderob. Alla lokala telefonsamtal är gratis och ett kassaskåp tillhandahålls för att lagra värdesaker. Spelrummet har ett biljardbord i full storlek och bordfodboll. Den privata poolen har också en bubbelpool / spa. Däckområdet är enormt, vilket ger gott om utrymme att njuta av Floridas solsken och är fullständigt avskärmad för att hålla insekter ute. Det är barnvänligt (säkerhetsstaket och var och en av de 3 dörrarna till poolen, från vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen avger ett subtilt hörbart larm när det öppnas).

Beautiful Florida home!

The house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is we didn't get to spend more time relaxing at the house. Dave was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at his home. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Spring training

Easy check in process. Large house in nice gated community. Owner and property manager were easy to reach and helpful, We enjoyed the hot tub. Decor is dark and dated. Lots of artificial plants that are dusty. Carpet is worn.

Relax and enjoy

House has nicely furnished. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gated community so we felt safe and even walked at night. TV every room. No complaints Host was great to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it..

Relaxing time for our family

This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay.

Family getaway

Was in a secure and very nice location, had almost 3 days with pool issues, but Joe the property manager, did great too get everything warming properly, but overall a great place to stay, hopefully we will get a great deal next time we decide to come down! God bless !

Amazing family paradise

The property is amazing! My family of six had plenty of space and things to do at the house. They had so much fun playing in the game room when I could get them out of the pool/hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook like we were home and all of the furniture was comfy too. Dave is very friendly and helpful. We would for sure want to visit again!

Lovely House

The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We had a few issues to start but they were very quickly rectified by Joe the property manager and Dave the owner, both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Would certainly use again.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed for a week over our Anniversary. Picked the property mainly for central location to activities we had planned and for pool/spa. Property location was great--quiet, secure community. Property itself was great. Had all the features we needed. Also my wife uses a wheelchair, and while the property is not specifically set up for wheelchair access, my wife had no issues going anywhere she wanted in the house. Property is spacious and could have handled a lot more guests than just the two of us. Will definitely consider booking property again in future.

21 day stay at Excellent Villa home

Easy access through the gated community. Enjoyed being close to shopping & restaurants. Home was well furnished (missed having cupboard handles on kitchen cupboards). Happy with the hot tub & pool. Definitely plan to return to this rental home.

Winter holiday

We had a great time at the villa!! It was super well equipped. Really everything we needed!! Our teenage daughters had fun in the game room and pool. It was truly a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property to others!!

Great vacation house!

House was clean and spacious. Communication with owners was very helpful. There were plenty of extras, such as pots and pans, beach towels, etc. Property manager was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Florida Vacation

We stayed for a week at this rental. Property manager was very helpful. Overall the house was decently clean. We did arrive earlier than expected and they allowed us in since the house was already clean. The kids loved the Playstation in the house. We went in July so it was really hot in the garage where the pool table was kept. Overall had a great stay.

Absolutely brilliant

From booking to departing, the property owner ensured that we had all the information/tips/support that we needed. The property has a very homely feel unlike those “allocated on arrival” villas when you book a package. The villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and on the doorstep of various eateries and shops. We cannot rate this home highly enough. Thank you Dave and Jan for helping us have such a memorable time, we will definitely be back!

Great Property and location

We enjoy the stay. House was great, heated pool and hot tub. Close to attractions but far enough to have peace and quit during the holiday's. Owner and property manager were great to work with and any small issues taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

Dave was so responsive throughout the booking process and so helpful! He provides a website link after you book and all the information provided was amazing! Joe was equally helpful, we had one issue during our stay and he took care of it quickly! He was so nice!! The house was clean, and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were amazing ..and we used it every day!! Thank you so much! Definitely hope to come back.
