Våra rymliga 1050 kvm. Lägenheten var bara helt renoverade. Dessa lägenheter har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum i lägenheten direkta Gulf Front (inga vinklar eller hinder utom vackra palmer). Den utökade balkong direkt utanför sovrummet och vardagsrummet ger en pittoresk utsikt över bukten. Vår lägenhet ligger strax söder om Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach rutinmässigt rengöras till perfektion.

Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny king size säng med en angränsande badrum. Det finns gott om förvaring i inbyggda i Kalifornien garderober och väggsystem för att packa upp ditt bagage. Det andra sovrummet har en helt ny drottning säng med en stor infälld garderob med en tv. Köket har en ren kvarts bänk och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. skåpen är självstängande. Båda badrummen är vackert kaklade. Golven är italienska porslin plank kakel som ser ut som nödställda trä. Det är helt nya HE främre belastningen tvättmaskin och torktumlare inne i lägenheten för din bekvämlighet. Ett måste facilitet inkluderar en avhärdare och filtreringssystem !!! Fri hög hastighet trådlöst internet, kabel-TV och fjärrsamtal inklusive Kanada. Vi har DVD-spelare, plattskärms-TV, filmer, böcker och spel. Anvisad parkeringsplats ligger intill trappan och nära till hissen. Enheten är på andra våningen.

Delade faciliteter inkluderar en hiss, en pool, och kundvagnar. restaurang Lulus Oyster Bar och Tap House är tvärs över gatan. Det finns många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Island Surf Shop är 0. 3 miles away för hyresobjekt - cyklar, paddel styrelser, kajaker, etc. Njut av solnedgången på balkongen medan du kopplar som delfiner simmar förbi.

Närmaste flygplats är Tampa International (TPA) eller Clearwater / St. Pete (PIE). Disney och Legoland är 90 minuter bort.

We had a great stay in IRB. The condo had everything we needed and then some, it is very well stocked and comfortable. The views were beautiful and it was a very relaxing place!

Perfect

Patricia was an excellent hostess, very easy to talk to and very easy to communicate with in a timely manner. Her place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully stocked with anything you need at the beach, to cook, and clean. No need to take beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The cabinets were stocked with spices, oil,trash bags, and laundry detergent. We are definitely going back to stay there again. Everything is within walking distance. You don’t even have to get in your car to go anywhere.

Indian Rock’s Treasure

Patricia’s condo is absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views. Close proximity to restaurants, beaches, drug store, grocery stores, etc. There is every accommodation you could possibly need. She has truly thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. It is just steps to the beach which was wonderful because my 88 year old dad was able to be on the beach with us. 😊 Her condo is updated with very beautiful and comfortable furnishings. I am a clean freak and I could not believe how sparkling clean everything was. The moment you walk in you feel at home. She was wonderful to deal with and provided excellent instructions about things in the condo, expectations and condo rules. No question she thought of everything. Fabulous Vacation Home

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home away from home. Our host thought of every possible need for our visit and the attention to details was so appreciated. Beach stay July12-24

This is a beautiful property, and it is very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay until red tide kept us out of the water and off of the beach. Our stay was wonderful, except for that unfortunate occurrence. Sadly, it affected most of week two of our stay.

Such A Great Condo!

This is such great condo! My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties as well as hotels around the country. This may very well be the best of all. The condo is very clean and incredibly well equipped. It doesn't lack for anything. And the view of the beach and gulf of mexico cannot be beat!

Wonderful place

This condo is amazing!! Absolutely loved it. It is well stocked with everything you will need. Of course, you will have to buy food!! It is close to amazing restaurants! If we had a problem, the owner took care of it immediately. The beach equipment was everything we needed. Can’t say anything bad at all about this place.

Second Stay Was As Good As First

My husband and I stayed at this property back in September of 2016 and it has always been unavailable every time we have come down since, so I was thrilled to be able to stay here first half of December when we needed a place . The unit was/is clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with items you would need to cook, clean or whatever and for whatever age you are! I look forward to being able to spend more time on beach next time ( we were busy most of time doing other things needing to be done ) because IRB and the beaches to the north are the best ! Walked them for miles and miles and years and years ....found many interesting items again along water to add to my 'found objects' bowl here again too. Patricia told us about some sand castles down the beach so we checked them out and she communicated with me about other subjects which was very helpful. I look forward to doing this again and spending more time relaxing:) Thanks Patricia!

Perfect Staycation

2 weeks of relaxation and family memories. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was amazing. The convection oven made Thanksgiving preparations a breeze. Awesome view of the beach. 5 stars!

This place is gorgeous!

Great condo in a good location. You can tell that the owner's have recently remodeled this condo. It's beautiful inside. They have thought of everything--beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, etc. The only drawback is the traffic. It is loud, especially on a Friday and Saturday nights. Thank Patricia for making our vacation memorable.

Totally enjoyable experience

Our two weeks in Patricia’s condo was wonderful. The condo was extremely well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome, the grounds around the bldg. are well maintained and attractive. The location for restaurants and nearby shopping are great. It’s a wonderful vacation stay.

Everything and more!

We arrived to find the condo clean, ready and welcoming for our vacation in IRB. This is the seventh condo we’ve rented in Florida and by far, the most completely supplied with every item imaginable. The furniture was very comfortable, the balcony spacious and the condo complex well maintained. The only issue for us was finding a good way to enter the parking lot from Gulf Blvd, since the entrance is on a busy intersection. Patricia was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. We plan to return in the future!!

Pelican Cove is a quaint 25 unit condo building that is very well maintained in a great location. I love this location because it's relaxing and not overly crowded. A short ride will take you to all the excitement of Clearwater or St. Johns' Pass.

The condo provides one assigned parking spot with guest parking available. There is a storage closet located next to the pool which stores all the items you would like to use on the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.
