Trädgårdarna är helt anlagda med lummiga tropiska bladverk och en utomhuspool. Det finns kabel-TV / DVD och iPod docs i varje sovrum, WiFi och A / C på alla våningar. Städning: måndag - fredag 09:00 till 01:00.

Great Location!

This townhouse was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the back patio that over looked the bay. Restaurants, grocery stores and beach were all within walking distant. We recommend a tour and taxi company that is just down the street from the townhouse. They were very accommodating and reasonable. H&B Tours/Suziana & Shane. 1-758-572-0872.We recommend staying at this townhouse.

Family getaway

Perfect place for my husband and I, and our 2 boys (23 &20). Plenty of space to spread out-even for my son to work remotely…house was well stocked and immaculate thanks to Esther the housekeeper. Great location as well!

Great condo, location

The host was great! Wonderful amenities. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. We hired a private boat excursion that picked us up right at our condo. Very clean. No need for a car rental. There are taxi drivers right outside the gate.

Great house shame about the noise

What a brilliant place to stay. Beautiful house BUT there is a bar/night club 2 doors down where they play loud heavy base music Thursday to Sunday upto 2 am sometimes. A great great shame.

Great time in Rodney Bay!

Just finished our 8 day stay at Rodney Bay in St. Lucia. We had a wonderful time. Took our three college age kids and friends. We spent tons of time on the beautiful Veranda at this lovely property. Great location with easy access to all that you would need.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely time in St. Lucia. The villa and management team made our stay feel like we had a home away from home! ❤️ The kids loved the “secret reading room” on the third floor. Views were amazing. Location was perfect! We didn’t have hot water for the first week, but it was addressed and the cool showers didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, it was a wonderful two weeks in the beautiful island of St. Lucia!!! 🇱🇨❤️ We will coming back! ❤️ LaMontagne's

Great Stay!

It was a pleasure staying here! The townhome is stunning. Yvonne and her team were very helpful with any prep/organization that needed to be done beforehand. Esther is such a joy and we really appreciated her during our time in St. Lucia. It was very safe; security was friendly and helpful as well. Would for sure stay here again.

Home from Home in the Caribbean

So good we booked to return. The location was ideal for us, we loved to walk to the beach or the marina or just sit at the accomodation. The house had everything in it that you would need. Ester, the housekeeper looked after us very well. Great choice of restaurants nearby with Thursday night Fish and Chips a must at the house a few doors away. We have already booked to return.

Beautiful Island and even more beautiful home

We stayed at The Harbour for a week on our Honeymoon and had an amazing time. The accommodation was top quality and the house keeper and concierge were more than helpful. Having only a short walk to the beach and access to the pool made lazy sunny day all the better. There are many restaurants in the area and didn't have a bad experience at any we visited. We would recommend anyone to stay here and will be returning in the future.

Great first visit to St Lucia

The property is even better located than described. You are on the main Rodney Bay road right across many restaurants the grocery store and coffee shops. For first time visitors the roads on the island are a little bit of a shock, one lane up and down the mountain with sharp curves. Take a water taxi if you can, picks up right at the back of the house, call rule the tide water taxi at 758-716-6733. We will be back

Amazing house and location!

We just finished up our week here in St. Lucia. This house was perfect for us. We had the dock so Captain Cliffs boating could come pick us up right outside. We had the grocery store around the corner for when we wanted to eat in and all of the restaurants right outside the gate for when we didn’t. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio at night and listening to the fish jump. We had no problems with mosquitoes or any other bugs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Esther was very nice and helpful. We had Donald as our driver for the week and he was also very nice and helpful. He recommended the street party on Friday night and we had a blast. I definitely recommend this house and visiting St. Lucia!

Excellent Townhouse and Location

Beautiful and well kept property and grounds. Beautiful inside and out-the pictures represent the beauty of this townhome. Lots of little extras to make your stay easier-spices if you want to cook, beach blankets, towels, coolers, even a football. Great location in the heart of Rodney Bay-easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. Yvonne makes the whole process easy from reservation to check out. There is a local concierge who will meet you to answer questions and tell you about local attractions and restaurants (and can help you make reservations before arrival). She is available to answer questions during your stay as well. There is also a housekeeper to welcome you and keep the place tidy. An excellent place to stay in Rodney Bay!

Excellent Service

Our stay in the Rodney Bay Villa was beautiful, with plenty of space and a beautiful view. The property was exactly as advertised. Ittyd, your concierge, was an excellent resource. She made sure we had everything and set up all our excursions. She went above and beyond for us. During our stay, we experience a hurricane, and she made sure we had everything during the hurricane and kept us updated. Ester and Desir were also fantastic. The grocery is a 2 min walk, and the mall is right across the street; Matthew's and Big Chef Steakhouse are two excellent restaurants to eat at, make sure you visit. The catamaran sail was terrific, a must-do.

Beautiful Property in small gated community

The house is in a small gated community in Rodney Bay, across the road from shops and restaurants. The pool area is small but quiet and a great way to cool down, the beach is about 5 minutes walk from the property. The house itself is exactly as the pictures show, it’s light, bright, clean and spacious. There is a lovely breeze that flows through the house when the doors are open and the outdoor sitting area is a perfect place to sit and watch the flying fish. The views from two of the bedroom balconies are over the marina and perfect for watching the sunrise.. Having a housekeeper (she’s lovely) is a bonus, we didn’t use the concierge service as much as we could have but it was useful for arranging transfers. If we return to St Lucia, we would certainly come back to the Harbour.

Wonderful place to stay for a great vacation

We stayed at The Harbour #17 for 10 days in early January 2020. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with all the amenities that we could have asked for. Having the sliding doors open onto a lovely small patio, grassy area and dock in Rodney Bay was an added bonus each day with my morning coffee. Our college-aged kids had their own comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Shopping for groceries and other items was only a 5 minute walk away. The concierge, Illtyd, was easy to contact, made great suggestions for outings and places to eat and made reservations for activities as needed. Esther, who kept the place clean, and made some wonderful dinners for us, was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, #17 The Harbour was a great find that added to a wonderful visit to St. Lucia.

Wonderful winter getaway

Owner Yvonne immediately answered our many, many questions before arrival. Esther, the housekeeper and Illtyd, the concierge, were extremely helpful and kind throughout our five-week stay. The location of the condo is excellent - shopping, restaurants, and the beach within a few minutes walk. We never needed a car. The kitchen has every possible utensil, appliance and spices. I swam in the pool everyday; and we enjoyed the breezes through every level of the condo, and hardly needed to use the A/C at all. The island itself is gorgeous, and the people so friendly. In all our VRBO stays over the years, we have never experienced such "wrap-around" care as we had from these three ladies, nor enjoyed such a spacious and beautiful condo. The Harbour #17 is wonderful!

Wonderful place!!

Wow! We loved staying at #17! This home is beautiful - very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views onto the harbor. We enjoyed the patio/open air room off of the living room every day and also every evening. There were lounge chairs with cushions provided that we could take out on the well manicured lawn. There was daily housekeeping that included changing our towels every other day, changing the bed mid-week, and general cleaning of the house. Spotless! The homeowners are so thoughtful - there were electric converters in just about every room, umbrellas by the door in case of rain, even beach bags! It is obvious that Yvonne and Peter love this home and take very good care of it! If we get back to St. Lucia, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Yvonne and Peter! Additionally, the location is very convenient and it's easy to get taxis, the 1A bus, groceries, restaurants, etc. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa - As Advertised!

If you're looking for an alternative to a resort, this is it! Our experience with Yvonne (owner) was excellent. She reached out to us at the time of booking and was very helpful leading up to our stay - if she couldn't help - she directed us to Illtyd (concierge). We arrived on a Sunday evening, Ester (housekeeper) was there to meet us (with rum punch chilling in the fridge) and showed us around the house. Ester was terrific the entire time - even ran into her at the Castries Market and she helped us find mangos. Just a heads up, the community does have a gate that works via remote (no code) so when you arrive, make sure you coordinate your time or have a phone number ready so Ester can let you through the gate! Illtyd stopped by on Monday morning and gave us a quick rundown on the area and offered to make any arrangements for transportation, day trips, or dinner reservations. I'm a planner, so I jumped the gun on some day excursions, but Illtyd was very helpful with dinner reservations / arranging for ground transportation - ask for Ernie - he's great! I used What's App to communicate with Illtyd and she typically responded within a few minutes. The house was as advertised and is very well kept. The private dock is awesome. We went on a day excursion and the charter boat picked us up and dropped us off right outside of our unit. The location is great - the mall is across the street, plenty of food options, and is less than a 15-minute walk. We loved it!!!

Beautiful Villa, Excellent Location, 5 Star!!!

My family and I (6 adults from England) stayed at 17 The Harbour in June 2015 for 11 days and this is a 5 star villa in a perfect location in St Lucia and I would recommend this property to everyone!!! When we arrived we were greeted by Esther (the maid who kept the house immaculate throughout our stay) who had prepared a beautiful creole chicken meal for us to eat later as we had spent 12 hours travelling from London. The ground floor is open plan, kitchen, dining area, sitting area/TV room and then out on to an open patio with table and chairs with fantastic view over the harbour and moored yachts. The 3 bedrooms are huge and tastefully furnished, all en suite and the two main ones with balconies over looking the harbour. The villa is perfectly situated right in the centre of Rodney Bay but within a secure gated environment. There is a small pool in the complex which was fine for us as the complex was quiet but it may get crowded in high season. 2 large grocery stores (similar to small Asda/Tesco etc) 2 minute walk away in the malls had all the food/drinks for any self catering you want to do. A 10 minute walk to Reduit Beach with plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Spinnakers (on the beach) is a fantastic place to sit and watch the sun go down, food and drinks great - happy hour 2 4 1 cocktails 17.00 -18.00 and two other restaurants of note are Razmataz (Indian) and Buzz (Local style). Although June is deemed to be the 'low' season there was still plenty to do and the beach was never crowded (apart from when a cruise ship had come in for the day at Castries and then beach was a lot busier so no idea what it would be like in 'high' season). Don't be scared to haggle with the beach vendors for everything, sun beds, chairs, souveniers etc, it is expected!!. In June the weather is still very hot, some rain overnight was refreshing but during day sunshine and light cloud - typical tropical weather. Sea lovely and warm, plenty of tropical fish to see (especially near rocks at either end of the beach when snorkelling) and great to sea large starfish on sea bed. Day trips that are a must are the Catamaran day cruise to Soufriere and the botanical gardens, mud baths etc( we used Sunlink Cruises booked with St Lucia Reps) and for the more energetic a walk up Gros Piton. My children and their partners all in their early 20s and very fit, did this walk and they said it was hard going but well worth the views from the top!!

We are Peter & Yvonne from the UK. No 17 The Harbour is our 2nd home and we love both our house and the island of St Lucia. We have lovingly furnished and equipped our house to a high standard as we want it to feel like home from home for both ourselves and any guests. We have received some great comments from guests and have a number of returning guests. We have three grown up children and small grandchildren who also love the house & pool, and particularly like the fact that everything in Rodney Bay, including the Beach, is within easy walking distance and that there is a great selection of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have sailed in the Caribbean for many years and of all the islands decided that St Lucia was the most perfect. It is green, volcanic, stunning scenery, full of history and a great sailing destination. The people are also some of the most friendly we have come across in the Caribbean and the choice of restaurants and bars is brilliant.

We chose Rodney Bay as we wanted a property with a private dock for our boat and wanted to be within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We also wanted to buy from a reputable builder. We have not been disappointed with either the house or the location - in fact every time we go we like it more!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is set in an oasis behind secure electric gates. Beautiful tranquility overlooking the Harbour but still in the centre of the resort so great access to all amenities. The house is convenient for walking to the supermarket, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, beach plus taxis are readily available if you want to explore further afield. Hire cars are also available close by but are generally unnecessary. Water Taxis will come to the dock in front of the house making transfer to the Marina, Pigeon Island, The Landings etc very easy. There are only 25 houses/apartments on the complex and often many are unoccupied so the pool and gardens are quiet. Our property is managed by Tropical Villas St Lucia and they ensure all our guests are well looked after.
