Det finns ingen tid att bli uttrÄkad i detta enda familjhem! BakgÄrden Àr utrustad med en 8ft badtunna, grill och gas spis för smores. Spel i överflöd med ett 9 fot biljardbord eller ping pong. Det finns gott om utrymme för separat tv-visning. TvÄ bostadsomrÄden bÄda utrustade med stora smarta platt-tv-apparater. Tre sovrum har alla stora tv-apparater ocksÄ. Stor garderob har en futon och tv för extra sovrum och avskildhet. Luftmadrass och mÄnga soffor gör att 14 personer kan sova bekvÀmt.
Platsen ligger nÀra 15 och 8 som gör överallt, oavsett om SeaWorld, stranden, gaslampan eller Convention Center Àr enkelt och bekvÀmt att komma till. Hemmet har 3 olika tv-loungeomrÄden för flera personer att titta pÄ olika shower. Barnen kan titta pÄ disney medan man tittar pÄ sport medan de spelar pool. 6 tv-apparater sÄ att ingen kommer att vara utan! Betala per vy tillgÀngligt för att titta pÄ fight night eller nya utgÄvor.

We had the best trip! The house was amazing. So much room. Beds were clean and super comfy. We loved swimming and the hot tub. It had everything! Would stay again! :)

The house wasn’t the cleanest and I found a half smoked cigarette in my bed but the communication with the host was great, check in and out was easy and the host was super nice which was my favorite part. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We enjoyed the pool table there was lots to do and nobody got bored. Overall I was pretty happy with my stay thank you.

Great Place for family

The house was great. The home was spacious. There was enough space for everyone. The bedrooms were great. Especially after a long week in Anaheim. Coming to the serra mesa house and being able to relax in a nice comfy bed was heaven. The yard was a nice place to hang out with the grandkids. Big yard for them to run around. There was enough toys there to keep them occupied. The bigger kids enjoyed the pool table. The house was stocked with everything you would need. All we had to buy was our food. I'm only bummed we couldnt stay longer. Thank you Lael for making our stay so great

With a pool table and a swimming pool/spa, along with rooms and beds to sleep everyone comfortably, this place checked all the boxes. It has been well loved, but that is fine with this family. Great times!

Property is in a nice location with good amenities. Property manager is quick to response. Cleanliness is an issue. Ceiling fans an inch thick of dust. Slow cooker still have food from previous guests.

Wonderful experience and will stay again

This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean things stocked and easy to find. The house was easy to find and close to all the things we wanted to visit while in San Diego. The hostess was very delightful to meet and talk to. I will be telling all my family and friends about this house, and will rent again when planning another trip to Diego.

An incredibly responsive host, quickly fixed all we complained about. Great place for kids, pets, large groups, long stays. Highlights: . Good for relaxing, interacting; spacious, comfy couches, rec equipment . Enough couch and dining seating for max allowed guests, seating for 30+ in backyard . Fenced yard (but check gate, was open when arrived) . Main bathroom had magnetic handheld shower head, easy even for short people, good pressure . Good storage spaces, places to put open suitcases up Other (we didn't mention; if it matters to you contact host, I bet she'll fix it for you. If she says she'll do something she will): . Kitchen plentifully stocked with many plates, glasses, utensils, pans, spices, etc. Even some containers for leftovers. But most pans badly dented or scraped, and many things in cabinets dirty. There’s so much stuff, much isn’t used each time; I don't expect host to clean everything every time, we just cleaned stuff before using . Many outlets but electric old: lights flicker sometimes, dim when AC comes on . Large hot tub, nice seats, but jets on only 1 side work . Garage now a separate studio, no shared space, but can sometimes hear people. New with best sound insulation, host didn't know so may improve. Or just use other couches . A bit shabby with scuffed paint, stains on walls and ceiling, some pool cues without tips, etc. But traveling with pets or kids I’d feel uncomfortable with pristine We’d definitely stay here again.

Just purchased my second home away from home. This home definitely has my heart! I was born and raised in New York, moved to Hawaii to get away from the cold and then settled in San Diego 15 years later. I love to travel and my homes have given me the freedom to enjoy what I love to do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I purchased this property because of the large backyard that is very hard to find in the area and the extra indoor patio that I could remodel to add another living room. I spent 6 months tearing walls downs to create and open floor plan perfect. The location very close to the 15 freeway, so anywhere you choose to go is easy and convenient: beaches, gaslamp, sea world, convention center, etc.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The home has 3 different tv lounge areas for multiple people to watch different shows. Kids can watch disney while sports are being watched while playing pool. 6 tvs so no one will be without! Pay per view available to watch fight night or new releases.
