We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. It was nice and clean with good water pressure in the nice shower. The bed mattress is extra firm but slept well. It was all we needed!

Quiet Spot

Had a 2 day event in Fayetteville. Perfect place for getting out but still being conveniently close. Property manager was available for any needed assistance/questions. Was very much worth it.

Wonderfully Out of the way

Only 20 minutes from campus and great rural area. Comfortable bed. Try Rolling Pin for breakfast. Excellent.

Overall a good place to stay..road needs to be repaired.

Overall a very good stay. The place was very clean. The road leading to the place had lots of holes so that was tough on my car.

Great spot for gravel biking!

It was a perfect get away spot at a reasonable price! I ended up finding some great gravel biking routes starting in Goshen. The hosts are very nice and I really enjoyed meeting them. I will be back if I am in Arkansas again!

Great place located in the hills of Arkansas

Quiet little above garage single bedroom home. The owners are just next door and keep to themselves. We needed this location for a two month stay and it met all or our needs.

Perfect for our needs

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with incidentals . The furnishings were attractive and minimalist - which we appreciated. The mattress was great!! It is a little ways from town but the country roads are worth driving the extra time on. Perfect for our needs. We stayed 10 days 😃

Problem free stay

The property was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed having access to cable with the TV and everything went smoothly. We were visiting our son at University of Arkansas, so the distance was a little farther out, but it was what we expected.

Perfect for my needs

I have started a new job in Fayetteville and needed a place to stay while waiting for the close of our new house. This little spot has been perfect. The host was friendly and helpful. This one bedroom, one bath was just what was needed for a few weeks. It is close enough to the main part of town to run and get whatever I needed, and far enough that I didn't have to deal with the noise, traffic, and college students.

Great place to stay

Perfect rural getaway.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. I stayed with my son for his baseball tournament. It worked for us well. Would be better suited for a couple looking to enjoy the local lake rivers and other outdoorsy attractions. 10 minutes to grocery store gas stations and restaurants. 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville.

Quiet neighborhood

We were in the area for daughter’s graduation from college. Bud Walton arena was about 5 miles away. Easy drive, cottage was in quiet neighborhood near a fishing lake. Very comfortable!

Cute apartment 20 min from campus

Absolutely loved the location, it was such a pretty drive near Lake Sequoyah! Easy 20 minute drive to campus or $20 Lyft / $32 Uber. Fayetteville and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Having the washer/dryer, coffee maker, full kitchen, etc. were so convenient! Highly recommend trying Wood Stone on MLK in Fayetteville if you feel like eating out. We’re ready to go back! Check-in and check-out were painless too.

Great place to stay in the country!

My husband and I stayed at this loft apt. for the month of July, while we were visiting friends and family in Arkansas. We loved hearing the roosters crow and seeing the cows across the meadow. We went for country walks every day, and enjoyed the Ozark mountain scenery. Steve and Anita were very helpful in every way during our stay. They are next door, but there is plenty of privacy on the little deck that faces the opposite way.

We love the outdoors, and we enjoy friendships. I have owned my on business hanging Wallcoverings and painting since 1987 my wife cleans homes we have raised 4 boys and we have lived here 30 years . We love meeting new people and hope people enjoy staying with us.

This a pretty quiet country neighborhood, there are many different routes to take to go to town and are close to the lake and river. But we are not far from town.
