We really enjoyed our stay at Spacious Oceanfront Home. Joseph was very responsive and took care of our requests in a timely manner.The house was well stocked and had enough amenities for our entire group of 19. The location was really nice and picture perfect.I would highly recommend this place for your vacation and group get togethers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was a great fit for our needs, and we enjoyed the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs, noting that the kitchen layout is a fairly narrow galley with refrigerator and double ovens opposite of sink, creating a bit of a bottleneck. A beautiful place to watch the sunset and an oasis of a pool and hot tub.

This was a great house for our family getaway in San Diego. The adults were happy (beautiful sunset views; nice spacious home) and the little ones were happy (great pool and 'beach-like' entry). We enjoyed the gas fire pit in the front after the little ones were in bed. Our host (Joseph) was so accommodating and promptly answered any questions. It was a great stay!!! Highly recommended!!

Had a family reunion 18 people in Sunset Cliffs. Great location. House has all the amenities. Close to everything in OB. Quiet at night. Guest suite is better than pictures. Highly recommend

This is a great place to stay with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Family owned and managed; they are very responsive if you need something or have a question. We were a group of 12 who ages ranged from 2 - 75 and it was ideal place for us to stay.

Joseph and his team were so helpful in every communication. The property was perfect for our small family reunion. We enjoyed the pool (we recommend the heat for the little ones.) The location was great: close to several major attractions and the airport. You get a lovely view of the sunset from the front windows.

Great house for 6 women celebrating a birthday get together. We each had our own room. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Great location across from Ocean. You can go across the street and watch sunset or watch from the living room. Joseph was a great host and answered my texts right away. I would come back again.

The house was very comfortable for all of us. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and very nice. The private pool and hot tub were great. We loved watching the sunsets from the hot tub.

The host was very welcoming, everything was perfect. There were 13 of us at the house. We all had an amazing time. It was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this house. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The pool, hot tub and yard were a big part of our days with 5 kids…they loved it all very much.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was the perfect size for our party of 20. Dylan was great to work with and attended our every need. The property was right across from Sunset Cliffs and provided amazing sunset views from the front deck! Our next family reunion in San Diego will definitely be at this property!

host were very accommodating and hospitable. location was great, view was spectacular. fire pit in front for watching people and sunsets, well equipped back yard with pool hot tub and games. kitchen was large & had anything you would need. lots of seating for dining and gathering.

Thank you for hosting your family reunion at Villa Mar Vista which is one of our largest family reunion oceanfront homes with accommodations for 22 persons if you rent the optional Casita. The view of the Pacific Ocean sitting in the Jacuzzi Spa are amazing as are the water views from the oceanfront Trex deck. Villa Mar Vista

Sunset Cliffs Blvd is a perfect launch point to all attractions in San Diego. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a very good VRBO.

San Diego Adventure

We had a great week of pool time and various zoo, safari, whale watching and beach excursions. The VRBO location was perfectly situated for easy drives and then relaxing evening. Our family of 11 ages from 64 to 4 months had a great San Diego experience.

Great stay!

The picture of the backyard made it look quite a bit bigger. But regardless, the kids had a GREAT time playing in the pool. Great home for big family gathering. The family walked to the beach and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.
