Med 2300 kvadratmeter kan din grupp hitta utrymmet att röra sig utan att förlora samsyn. Titta förbi reglagen till balkongen med alternativ för att slappa av och äta. Gemensam poolen ligger inbäddat i vegetation i klitten nedan.

Boytan har en 42-tums TV, en köksö och ett separat barområde för överflöd underhållande. Allt detta ser förbi skjutreglagen till balkongen. Att dela denna enorma balkong är kungmästaren. Föreställ dig att börja dagen med att sitta utanför sovrummet och titta ner till mangrovar, pool och sockerhaltig sand. De återstående sovplatserna ligger på den breda korridoren bortom köket. girls' getaway

The location is great and the management company did a great job. The rental itself is pretty good. The furniture in the den is ok. The bathrooms are not great other than the master. The property is fine but not super nice.

We had a great time at legacy and love the location. We have been there before. Our condo had several issues. Oversee has been very supportive. The master bed does need replacing as it squeaks all night. The other issues that we reported are being taken care if by oversee. You can’t beat the shirt walk to beach. The best The property could be cleaned up better

Had an issue at first with garbage pickup. Looked as if some redo happening in condo. Replacing mirror in master bath so no mirror at all. Could have put a temporary mirror of some sort.

Special Time!

We truly enjoyed our time at Legacy 202! Everything was clean and was so spacious!!! The size/privacy of the balcony and the beautiful view were some of our favorite things! We definitely plan on visiting again!

Legacy 202 May 8-15

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful! It was in a great location, and amazing ocean front views. My only complaint was that the beach was supposed to be private and there was no one there to ensure that. Our last day there, there were multiple people parked in front of our rented chairs, including a pretty elaborate tent and fishing operation. We had 8 children in our group and couldn’t even go into the water when their lines were out. Aside from blocking our view, it was a safety concern with our children. It was just really disappointing that we paid a premium for ocean front at a private beach and there were other people there, that weren’t staying at the legacy, parking their chairs in front of the ones that we paid for, and running their fishing business and no one from the condo or rental company to patrol. I did call oversee and was told that I could call the sheriff department to have the people moved. Also, the unit could use a vacuum that worked!

Perfect 30A Location for a Girls Trip!

We have stayed in Legacy before. We loved the second floor location of this unit. The view was just wonderful! Beach was perfect and loved the daily chair service. The mattresses were very comfy with good, basic bedding. The furniture arrangement, placement of decor/pictures, etc. was a bit odd and outdated comparatively speaking with other units. The window coverings need improvement. Bring a sleeping mask if using the first two bedrooms. Nice clean pool. The unit was really clean with the exception of the still sandy floors. The Oversee contact did offer to bring us a new vacuum. I am sure that they will have a new vacuum in place for this upcoming week. The grounds have been much improved over our previous stay. Community grill needs replacement. Guest baths by the pool are still needing deep cleaning & improvement. I would give it a 4.5 of 5! The communication with the property management and the ease of check in was top notch!. Overall, a great stay!

This condo was wonderful! The view was amazing and it is huge! Having the extra sink and ice maker made packing the ice chest so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

July 2020 Stay

Really nice stay at Legacy 202. Location was great and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening and watching the ocean. Plenty of parking on site during a very busy week. Condo had everything we needed and was well stocked. Very picky complaints would be more with the building. Fixing of the bike area and an empty spot at the front of the unit to accommodate loading and unloading and luggage carts. It was very tight. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Family fall beach trip 2019

This was an excellent property that exceeded our expectations. Huge condo and living area. The beds were very comfortable . The pictures do not do it justice. Our favorite spot was having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning! Don’t hesitate to stay here! Oversee management company was available at every call for questions and were so accommodating. Exceptional experience.

Clean, Bright Condo in a Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay here. The views are just breathtaking and with floor-to-ceiling windows and the deck, you really get to enjoy the gulf. The place is bright and well laid out with everyone having their own space. The entire complex is clean and the location is close to Seaside. The kitchen is well equiped and the beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back.

October 2019 Stay

The condo Legacy 202 exceeded our expectations. It was huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was spotlessly clean and everything in working order. Our favorite thing to do was to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the amazing view of the Gulf. Oversee management team was excellent. They answered immediately any questions I had . Don’t hesitate to stay here! We had a great beach vacation fall 2019.

Terrific weekend for relaxing

Girls weekend was perfect staying in Legend 202. It was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to restaurants, shops and most importantly right on the beach!
