Vårt hem är möblerat till högsta standard, med king size-säng till master svit, queen size-säng och två enkelsängar till sovrum 2 och 3, med en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng belägen i 2: a vardagsrummet. Faciliteterna inkluderar TV-apparater i båda vardagsrummen samt alla sovrum. IPod-dockningsstationer i alla sovrum. Fullt tvätt / torkmöjligheter, alla handdukar etc. ingår. Ligger på golfbana med alla vanliga faciliteter, inklusive "betala när du spelar" för alla golfare. Hemmet går tillbaka till en liten sjö med olika besöksdjur. Gulf Coast stränderna i Bradenton, Anna Maria Island och Long Boat Key ligger alla inom cirka 20 minuters bilresa. Många restauranger och butiker ligger inom 2 minuter från hemmet, med exklusiva shopping- och matupplevelser från St Armands Circle i Sarasota cirka 20 minuter bort. Detta hem är idealiskt beläget för tillgång till de vackra Gulf Coast stränderna, med temaparkerna i Orlando 90 minuters bilresa bort.

We spent two weeks at this lovely property. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The lovely pool was well used. The property is all it says it is and we will definitely book again next year

Perfect

This house was just perfect for our family. Lots of space for us all, we enjoyed having 2 lounge areas and the balcony was a great bonus. Everything worked and beds very comfortable. The big pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and seeing a crocodile swimming in the lake beyond while we were in the pool quite an experience!! Martin (manager) was also very helpful and quick to respond to us. We’ll hopefully be back.

Great Bradenton Villa holiday

I’d like to thank Anthony for renting this wonderful Villa, situated on a prestigious golf resort this was a fantastic location. The villa was perfect and met our needs, it was also as the advert described. A very quiet and peaceful area to relax during the day and night with a great pool and spa, within easy drive of Sarasota, Tampa, Busch Gardens and other good locations and restaurants. I would recommend this villa to anyone couples or family for a great Florida time. Both the owner and management team are easy to contact and they respond very quickly. Thank you Anthony for a great home for us to chill in.

Family Trip

Property is beautiful, gated and very quiet community. Pool and Hot tub were easy to use. Well cared for home. We had a few challenges, however the property manager and owner were very helpful and communication was excellent. If planning a family trip with multiple drivers - your challenge will be the gate key, only one available and the front gate answering service is not reliable later in the evening.

Great private property with big pool.

It is a large home with a very nice and large pool and lanai. It even has a terrace upstairs, but we did not use it because it was very hot during our stay and also because we were not with so many people. Great extra living room upstairs for the kids to retreat to. We noticed that some old pictures were still on the site as some parts of the house have been updated. Great neighborhood and especially if you like golf the golf course is on site. Close to all amenities and to the I75 with various outlets / shopping centers nearby and expansion in the future. No rear neighbours, so unobstructed views over the lake, teeming with fish and waterfowl and watch out for an aligator. There is a farm behind the trees near the schools with cows and an overwrought rooster ;-); but you get used to it after a week. Definitely a place for us to go back to.

Nice home just lacking a few things!!

The amenities said there was a grill listed we enjoy grilling out. The grill was in the garage with a note on it to call and ask if we could use it so we did and was told no that the owner doesn’t want anyone using it , than I feel you should not list it. We cooked our thanksgiving meal at the home and it is lacking some kitchen supplies like measuring cups , large pot to boil potatoes , more than one baking dish. The pool man helped us figure out the pool. Overall the house was nice just lacking a few things

Perfect

The property is exactly as described on VRBO so a perfect start. Located in a very quiet gated community with plenty of wildlife to see. Located close to the I75 for easy access to Tampa and the north as well as Naples to the south. Some really nice back roads to explore too. All the major supermarkets within easy reach and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely return to this property/area again and would definitely recommend. Owner was contactable and provided excellent access information.

Anthony (owner) and Martin (manager) were very accommodating. Very much appreciated their help in making arrangement for us due to travel change. Home exceeded expectation. Safe secure area in quiet area where all homes are newer and well kept .Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful in Bradenton

We rented this home in need of space for 6 adults. We we're all here for work. The pool and hot tub were two of the amenities we really knew would make our visit enjoyable, and believe me they did! Especially after long days working. The house is very spacious and the kitchen was great! The master bed and bath were like being in a seperate apt. Will definitely rent again if in the area.

Spacious home and pool

We spent a month in this home to enjoy the Florida sunshine and work/school remotely. The home, patio, and pool area are plenty spacious. Also, the property manager Martin was very responsive.

Nice stay

We stayed a month here. House is in a gated community in an area with convenient access to everything in Sarasota/Bradenton. The pool and lanai area are very large and nice. The interior of the home is comfortable and well-appointed. The property manager is responsive and a nice guy. We had a few minor complaints about things like the cleanliness of the upstairs carpet and a somewhat decrepit gas grill, but overall this was a great rental!

Amazing!

We stayed at the house for 7 days, we really wish we stayed longer ... what a wonderful place! Calm neighborhood, perfect for those who live in the big city and need some quiet days to relax. The house was ready to receive us, everything clean and well equipped with towels, sheets, prepared beds... we loved the heated pool and the hot tub. Excellent location, close to the center, and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria! We will definitely be back soon!

A Beautiful Vacation Home for a large family/group

This property was beautiful, perfect for a large family (2 parents, 5 kids). The house was well furnished with everything that you would need for your stay. The pool was good sized and very refreshing with a large screened in patio. The only draw backs were that we didn't receive the check in email instructions somehow and then learned upon arrival that the spa costs extra. Then it didn't heat correctly while we were there. EVERYTHING else was AWESOME!!!! Highly recommend this property! We would love to come back!

Perfect home away from home

Our family of 5 rented this home for two weeks. It offered and included everything we could have needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor pool and lanai, well stocked kitchen items, plenty of space and very clean! The neighborhood is quiet, but close to grocery stores and the highway to get you to many nearby cities and beaches. We had one minor issue with the kitchen sink during the first couple of days, but the propriety manager was able to send a maintenance man within hours of us calling. Highly recommend this house if you need a Florida get away!

Amazing house for Thanksgiving trip

This house was amazing. The pictures do not do justice. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was the main attraction for the kids. The remote to operate the spa and lights had trouble one day but the property manager, Martin, was quick to respond with a phone call and trouble shoot on his end. Had a wonderful time!

Super Villa - Schöne Umgebung

Ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist angenehm gross und der Whirlpool dazu einfach top. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter waren gut und die Erklärungen zur Anreise und Check in sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus- traumhaft gelegen !

Es waren herrliche neun Tage in einem Traumhaus ! Wir haben das Haus betreten und uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Anthony war hervorragend. Wir werden die Tage dort in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Einrichtung ist einfach nur wunderschön. Den Pool und den Blick auf den See haben wir sehr genossen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir konnten Silberreiher, Schnappschildkröten, Eidechsen, Squirrels und weitere Wasservögel von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Sogar ein Fuchs lief am Waldrand entlang. Vielen Dank Anthony !

Peaceful, Good location, Clean - April 2017

My husband, our 3 year old son and I stayed for 9 nights in this lovely home. The pictures on this site are out of date but the basics are correct. The dining table, kitchen appliances, living room sofa, and upstairs patio furniture are different but nicer than in the pictures. This is a bright and spacious home with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen appliances are actually brand new, whoever the cleaners are did a great job and I didn't feel like I needed to rewash dishes, floors or linens (like I have done in the past with other VRBO properties). There was some dry goods that I assume were left by the previous renters (pepper, salt, tea...) and some cleaning supplies and some spare toilet paper which was thoughtful although we brought all our own. I have found in other properties that there is just the bare essentials (a bar of soap for washing hands and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom) so it's nice to go into a place where either the cleaners are respectful enough not to take the extras left behind or the property manager has made it clear what is appropriate to leave instead of throwing out. So in return, we left our extras for the next person. There were games to play, umbrellas and chairs for the beach (which was not too far of a drive away), and some floats for the pool. Our 3-year old had such a nice time and we felt so relaxed. The neighbourhood is nice - gated community in Heritage Harbour area. By the way, we poked around the area and as you enter the Heritage Harbour neighbourhood you can find a beautiful playground for the kids in "Central Park" near the lighthouse landmark. It was only a 2 minute drive to the park from this property (too far to walk but very close and convenient). Our child met other kids to play with at the park and there were picnic tables and shaded areas with benches. The property manager was friendly and helped me with any questions I had. The only thing that kept it from being 5 star was that the bed in the master was too firm and all the pillows were very hard. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect

Perfect holiday home, very clean well maintained. Perfect location for beach and shopping, easy to find after a long journey from Manchester & Orlando. Definitely booking again & would reccomend.
