Ceiling had slight water damage for which Frank apologized. The condo needed to be updated but the rental fee was reasonable. The walk to the beach across the street was about 500 steps. Most areas were marked off as reserved for tenants of other properties but we could lay out on the water's edge. We ended up going to Siesta Key's public beach. Overall we enjoyed the condo and the location near restaurants such as Captain Curt's and Clayton's, which was amazing.

Hello Brandon, Thank you for your honest review of our property. I apologize again for the condition of the ceiling but it was caused by a leak in a dishwasher in a unit above us and totally out of our control. The stain has since been painted but could not have been done while you were staying in the unit. The leak occurred literally the day you arrived. Thank you for letting us know that the leak was getting worse so that I could act to stop further damage to the ceiling. We will be replacing the furniture in the living room in the fall if that was your thought on the unit needing updating. I’m glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay and ask that think of us when returning to Siesta Key again. Sincerely, Frank Donovans

Very comfortable and well appointed condo! The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms have been nicely updated. The sectional offers plenty of seating. We love Midnight Cove II, it's our go-to place on Siesta Key!

Location - Beautiful, peaceful, right across the road from Crescent Beach, free trolly stop closeby, shops, restaurants, grocery within walking distance. Host - Very attentive. Condo well stocked.

Perfect Vacay Stay

The condo was really nice updated with everything you could possibly need. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. You can even walk to the grocery if you wanted. Very relaxing stay, hope to return...

This property is simply amazing. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Siesta Key beach across the street and the pool right down the walkway. Very quiet and clean. Loved it and will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our second time with the family and installations are very appreciated. Everything was convenient because every members have there intimacy. Thank you again Mr. Donovan :)

Excellent Condo on Ground Floor

Overall, we loved everything about this condo! The condo was very clean and well stocked, the pool was nice and close, easy walk to the beach, and nice sitting area on the intra coastal waterway.The only thing we missed was a lanai for us to sit to enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktails.Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed at this wonderful condo on our family vacation. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed so this was a plus. The pool is really nice and it is only a short walk from the condo to paradise (The Beach). There is also a marina on the property so we enjoyed strolling along the dock daily. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again year after year.
