Detta nyrenoverade och nyinredda andra våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. Minsta vistelse för denna enhet är tre nätter. På grund av sitt centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrum enheter högst sex personer. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med två queen size-sängar med en 32 tums platt-TV och det finns en king size-säng i gästrummet med en 32 tums platt-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har en vacker duschkabin och gästbadet har en bekväm badkar / dusch kombination. Köket har granitbänkskivor och är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / pannor, tallrikar, köksredskap, brödrost, mixer och en 12 kopp kaffebryggare. Vardagsrums-TV är en 50-tums platt skärm med lädermöbler. Lägenheten är helkaklat hela. Det finns också en bekvämt inredd uteplats som skärs in så att du kan njuta av våra varma tropiska vindar med dina vänner och familj.

Love the Palm Bay Club

Splendid Siesta Key

Great location on Siesta Key. Loved the beachy decor of the condo. Property was very beautiful and clean. Gulf side pool was very big and not crowded. Beach was AMAZING as always, plenty of chairs available.

New Years getaway

Nice place. Wish the King bed was in the master bedroom, but understand why the bedrooms are arranged as they are. FYI, the bath soap provided is useless.

Spring Break

Unit was as advertised- clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped for a beach rental. King bed in the second bedroom was very firm, but that’s an individual taste thing. Great location on a beautiful private beach. Be aware it takes a while to get around the Siesta Key- Sarasota area in March- lots of people on vacation this time of year.

Nice place good location, loud construction

The condo was clean and nice and very close to the beach and pool. The only thing that was negative was the construction of the building directly across from our unit. We couldn’t sit out on our balcony at all and had to keep the drapes drawn so the construction workers couldn’t see into our condo. Construction noise also, we were out during the day for the most part, but ever day except Sunday they were working

Great vacation

Loved the resort but not the property manager.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort but would not stay in this condo again. The units AC locks at 69 and there are no ceiling fans or box fans in the unit. If you close your bedroom door no air moves through so it is very stuffy. We contacted the property manager and her response was rather rude suggesting we go buy our own fans. I’ve read other reviews of this unit and this has been an issue in the past, but she doesn’t care to fix it. Also, the main rug in the living room was sandy and had toenails on it upon check in. The rest of the unit appeared clean.

Beachside bliss

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had to happen sooner or later a property that EXCEEDED our expectations. Website is accurate but it's hard to truly express how covenient this location is. Siesta Key beaches are beautiful and the short walk down through Palm Bay club private paver road put you in a great frame of mind to relax. Plenty of pool and beach seating meant no rush to save a spot early. Staff was exceptional and personable in every interaction.Even security NEVER passed a guest without smiling, waving and saying hello. Our group all commented how they were constantly at the ready but very chill. Much preferred over sterile automated gate. Amazing how property could be close to restaurants and secluded at same time. Public trolley gave you plenty of options within 10 min. A great family friendly experience. Everyone in group agreed they would look forward to coming back.

Palm Bay Club - Very unprofessional property manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a building being built 20 feet from the sliding glass door in this unit. The construction begins at 7:45 and goes until 5. Constant banging and beeping. My husband and daughter could barely work or have conference calls because of the noise. We had to keep the curtains completely closed because workmen can see directly into the condo. The kitchen needs attention along with the pantry closet. It is old and things are just thrown into drawers. The stove burners are so crooked that you can barely use them. The kitchen rug and pillows in living area need washed, very dirty! The outlets do not work, when you plug something in like your phone cord, it falls right out. The bathroom shower was not cleaned well at all. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I called France the property manager and he told us we could leave and he would give us the money back for the nights not used. That is an impossible solution when the island is fully booked and we could not change our flight to go home. Upon checking out, we were waiting for our Uber and France came outside and banged on the van and said you need to pull up or the gate would hit the van. Before we could get to the van, he drove away. I said, thanks a lot now we have no ride to the airport. His comment was, "I can't have my gate broken" never said I'm so sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen and just walked away. He is absolutely the most unprofessional sorry excuse for a PM! I do not recommend staying here.

Reviewer Comments: the accommodations were commendable, would have to say the construction was difficult with a two yr old needing to sleep in the mornings -- with the cool weather the temp of the pools was fantastic -- NOT ENOUGH BEACH CHAIRS and people would save 5-7 chairs in the morning and not get to the beach until later in the afternoon, so not enuff chairs !!

Not the best quality

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area rug under our coffee table was disgusting, it was so dirty! Don’t think it’s ever been cleaned or replaced. The floors were gross, my kids feet were black by the time they went to bed. Our screen door didn’t close, and the screen was peeling off the frame. The security people were checking wrist bands every 5 min, it was annoying to the point where I said “you just asked me this 5 min ago.” For the amount of money it cost to stay there it could have been better!

Love the location

Lovely unit at a very nice family resort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 126 was completely renovated and very clean (note: the view from this unit is a house and their pool next door). They have a new, terrific gym (that puts a lot of upscale hotels to shame) as well as well-maintained tennis courts that many guests were enjoying. The bayside pool area is lovely, whereas the pool area on the beach side is on the interior of the property and very plain but clean. The beach, of course, is spectacular! This unit is just a short walk to it. We did have some noisy neighbors above us during Spring Break (it was a large family), but the office took care of it after we mentioned it to them. My only complaint the entire stay is that they definitely need more beach chairs. They ran out every day around 10:30am.

Good for a short stay

This was fine for a short stay. We rented a car and parking was easy. Pool and Beach were great. Our only complaint was the temp in the unit. The A/C did not flow through to the bedrooms very well and it got warm especially at night. The thermostat was locked and wouldn’t go below 69 degrees The unit did not have any fans. We did contact the front desk about getting fans and they stated it was the owners responsibility. Owner - if you don’t have ceiling fans in your property in Florida, get a few box fans for some air circulation.
