Unikt stuga med trädgård och privat parkering. Bara en minuts promenad från Mousehole Harbour. Stugan är en-våning, ljus och ljus, med bekväma, eleganta möbler. Stugan har ekgolv, två soffor, smart TV och en braskamin för vinterkvällar. Fast telefon. Ett fullt utrustat kök för dem som gillar att laga mat, med spishäll, diskmaskin, köksredskap Le Creuset och alla redskap du kan önska dig. Det finns två sovrum - ett med två enkelsängar, det andra med en lyxig king size-säng (5ft bred) och TV. Netflix tillgängligt. Kvalitet sängkläder och handdukar finns också. Kaklat badrum med takdusch. Tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torkställning.
Avskilt utanför terrassen utanför kök med bord, 4 stolar och en Chiminea för grillning. Det finns en annan terrass med bord och stolar på toppen av den gräsmattade trädgården, medan ytterligare ett bord och två stolar sitter inom trädgården.

The cottage was very comfortable, located in a quiet but convenient location - just a stroll down to the Mousehole harbour. The owners have thought of everything their guests might need. We felt completely at home.

Great Property

We had a brilliant stay at the Old Exchange. It is in a lovely location and the parking space is a great bonus. The property was well looked after, decorated nicely and the kitchen was well furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay.

Our last beach break and walk before we head home

Fantastic Find

My family and I had an amazing stay in Anne's superb cottage. Everything was as explained and the layout of the cottage is super cute but also spacious. Anne was one of the best Host's - so accommodating, friendly and responsive. She really is fantastic. Yes, the parking is a little tricky with a big car but its totally doable and worth it. I would highly recommend the property and the location is perfect! Right in the centre of this beautiful harbour village. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the country again, we would return (If Anne would have us :D!) 10/10 Thank you so much Anne!

Splendid

An extremely comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a couple. The spare porch room has beds for two more, particularly children. The location is perfect for enjoying Mousehole without being stuck in traffic. Just a short walk to the quay. The parking spot is priceless if you plan to be there a few days. Full-size refrigerator and washing machine. Our weather did not require heat but there were several portable heaters around for chilly days.

Recommend

Great location with a unique parking space (enough for 2 cars with a squeeze) at the front. The property was clean and well kitted out. Only 1-2 mins walk to the harbour front. The owner was also quick to respond to a query and was helpful. Overall I’d recommend.

Fabulous cottage, cosy and well equipped, boasting invaluable parking space it provides a fantastic base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Lovely touches from the hosts and great communication from them from day 1, will definitely stay again.

Everything you could ask for and more!

Superb holiday home. Really well equipt with everything you could possibly need and more!! The property is thoughtfully decorated with some lovely personal touches. Very comfortable beds. Perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog!! The house is in a perfect location with the bonus of parking. We cant wait to return!

Summer in Mousehole

Property well located to enjoy all Mousehole has to offer. We were blessed with amazing weather and enjoyed several trips locally. The local deli was fabulous and does the best flat whites and pastries.

Mousehole Gem

The property was perfect for our holiday this year, close to local amenities, with a parking space and an ideal spot for visiting other local areas. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable - and felt good coming back to after a day out exploring! Would definitely recommend.

Our family and friends have always loved coming to Mousehole and enjoy the beauty and charm of the village and Harbour. We enjoy walking and painting on the many lovely beaches nearby. It is a very friendly village with shops, art galleries, a pub, post office and several restaurants serving great food.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Mousehole is a great place to de-stress and relax, walking round the pretty streets and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. We love the Sea Salts and Sail Festival held every two years and the Mousehole Lights at Christmas.
When you stay at The Old Exchange there is no worry about parking, we
have our own private space. The cottage is comfortable, modern and
is very well-equipped in order for you to enjoy your holiday.
Large garden with two patio areas with table and chairs to relax in.

We can park in front of the property and unpack after a long journey (parking is rare in Mousehole). Sitting in the garden behind the house in the evening, watching the sun go down.
