Vackert hem! Lake Front och mittemot stranden. Bra utsikt !!

Hem är på en mycket unik mycket, det sitter på en sjö och ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden. Du kommer att ha fantastisk strand och havsutsikt, samt sjöutsikt från någon av de 3 uteplatser och däck. Du kommer att sitta på stranden i minuter eftersom stranden ligger bara några steg från hemmet. Njut av att titta på djurlivet i sjön, eller somna till ljudet av kraschar vågor. Shopping, restauranger och nöjen är bara en kort bilresa bort. (Pier Park är mindre än 4 miles från huset.)

Inne i hemmet ...
Detta obefläckade hem har 3 sovrum och 3 fulla bad, som alla är smakfullt inredda. Sovrummet har en king size säng med utsikt över havet, har det andra sovrummet en dubbelsäng med sjöutsikt, och våningssäng rum 4 pers i överdimensionerade våningssängar. Alla rum har plattskärms-TV och takfläktar.
Köket är mycket välutrustat, och med en öppen planlösning, kan du vara med i konversationen när du laga mat.
I vardagsrummet finns 2 fulla soffor, en solstol, en platt-TV och en DVD-spelare. För att hjälpa dig att hålla kontakten, är wifi tillhandahålls.
Kliv ut på däck och njuta av en avkopplande morgon tittar på ankor simma i sjön, eller kanske till och med se några delfiner spela i havet.

Utanför hemmet ...
Detta hem ligger på en liten sjö och ligger mittemot stranden. Du kan koppla av på någon av de 3 verandor som har både utsikt över havet och sjön. Ät på tabellen utomhus, eller svänga i hängmattan medan du njuter av havsbrisen. Det finns gott om utanför parkering (garage används för ägare lagring)
När du är redo för ett mellanmål, Thomas Donut och mellanmål butiken är bara en kort promenad eller bilresa bort (bara en halv mil).

Plats...
Hemmet ligger på den lugna västra delen av Panama City Beach, men bara en kort bilresa till Pier Park och andra shopping och nöjen. Carousel Super Market är mindre än en halv mil från huset. Om du flyger in, är hem bara 15 minuter från nya Northwest Florida Beaches Intl. Kom och njut!

Perfect location and well-stocked house

Our whole family loved this house for our vacation. You can’t beat the beach proximity or the spectacular sunrises over the pond and beautiful views of the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Check in and check out instructions were a breeze. We hope to stay here again!

The Best House on Laguna Beach

I can’t say enough about this property. The house is in the perfect location!! The views were absolutely phenomenal. The house is close to everything you might need. When we weren’t at the beach, our family was sitting on the balconies listening and looking at the beach! We have found our beach retreat with this home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great quiet location.

Easy check in. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches not crowded. Outdoor space perfect. Needs a deep cleaning in all rooms. Our shower was not clean, sand was still on countertops in kitchen and all ceiling fans need to be cleaned.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time on my sons springbreak with our family. The house has amazing views and the location was perfect. Out of the crowd but still close enough to entertainment when your looking for something other than beach days. Will definitely rent from again in the future.

Family Time at PCB!

This was our 2nd year at this house. It just keeps getting better. It was super clean and offered everything we needed. The location and beach views are nothing less than perfect! We will hopefully return next year.

Perfect location

House was perfect for my wife, kids and parents. The location was perfect, the beach is steps away and no crowds. Couldnt have asked for a better home for our trip. We stay for 6 nights and had no issues. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We would love to come back!

Nice Spring Break Getaway

My family of 7 had a great time at this beach house. It was very relaxing and just across the street from the beach so we could easily go back and forth throughout the day accommodating both those that wanted to be on the beach all day and those that needed periodic breaks. House itself is well maintained and clean with multiple decks as an added bonus. This place did have some small quirks including not enough forks for what the house could sleep, a gas grill that had camping stove style canister (that was empty), and a dishwasher that didn’t quite clean the dishes, but nothing that I would consider a major show stopper. Liked the fact that it wasn’t directly next to one of the high rise condos so the beach was less crowded.

Just Perfect!!!

From our initial inquiry to a last minuet question and even once during our stay any time I reached out to Brian and Amy and I literally had a response from them within minuets. They truly are topnotch! So is their home. The location was perfect. Steps from the easy crossing of the street and straight down to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We have teenage kids so they enjoyed staying in the bunk room on the mid level and having access to the family room tv and kitchen for their late nights. While we were upstairs in the master and never heard a peep. The beds in this house are extremely comfortable. So are the couches in family room. For me this house has a very homey feel. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck as well...the views are incredible. As others have wrote close to Thomas Doughnuts which you have to try. One last thing I need to mention is the waterfall from the lake into the spillway. It provides you with 24 hours of that beautiful water sound. Thanks you Brian and Amy for providing us with a such wonderful home away from home.
