Ett smakfullt renoverad Mallorca Finca ligger en kort bit från Cala d'Or i en avskild plats. Privat sol uppvärmd pool, wifi, 8 och bekvämt nära flera vackra stränder sover.
En trappa ner mästare dubbelrum med nya badrum våtrum, inklusive en promenad i dusch, separat toa och bidé. Nyligen renoverat kök, inuti matsal och stort vardagsrum med TV / DVD-spelare.
Separata nedervåningen loo. På övervåningen vetter mot stor öppen yta som har två enkelsängar. Av det här området finns ett modernt badrum med dusch och bad och en liten passage leder till två andra sovrum, en dubbelsäng och den andra ett dubbelrum. Det finns två resesängar och barnstolar för barn om det behövs.
Utanför finns en 22 x 12 fot pool värms upp av en värme solpanel. På ena sidan av poolen är en skuggig plats som tillhandahålls av en betydande pergola där sola eller middag kan ske. Det finns en utanför grillplats. Till sidan av finca är en annan möjlig matplats under en förlängd tak. Trädgården är främst som att gräset.

Beautiful Authentic Finca

We were a family of two parents with our 5 children ages 21, 15, 13, 12 and 10 and had a wonderful week here! The villa is beautifully appointed and provided a fantastic outdoor space where we spend the majority of our time. There are many spectacular beaches within 10-15 minutes of the property by car. Shopping is 5 minutes away and there are many restaurants within 2-10 minutes from the property. We had a hard time getting our children to leave the pool area where we spent many hours relaxing and playing in the pool. The house is spotlessly clean and offered great bathrooms. We didn't eat indoors or use the living room at all as we were using the outside space. We did cook several meals in the finca...it is a little challenging to have more than 1 cook in the kitchen at a time but that worked for us just fine. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Diese alte, wunderschöne,liebevoll restaurierte Finca hat uns alle verzaubert. Sie bot unserer kleinen Gruppe ein gemütliches Zuhause für 8 Tage. Ideal wäre sie für bis zu 6 Erwachsene u.ggf.2 Kinder. Die offene Galerie bietet als Durchgangszimmer für Erwachsene wenig Privatsphäre. Wir hatten trotzdem gute Laune und haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Wir haben gespürt, dass die Besitzer dort selbst gerne Urlaub machen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Pat und Anita!

Relaxing days during Easter holidays

We had a fantastic and relaxing time in Pat's lovely Finca. We found everything as described. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing missing. The three kids (8, 10) loved the pool. The adults loved having a glass of wine in front of the cozy fire place. Internet worked very well. Pat or Morag, the lady who looks after house, were always there when there was a question and answered back immediately. Thanks for having us. See you again. Inga

A beautiful house in a perfect location. Fairly isolated but very close to everything one could need

This finca was perfect. It was extremely Spanish , which is what we wanted. It was set away from the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. A short walk or 90-second drive could take us to the nearest food store, pharmacist, bar or restaurant. Yet many nearby towns and beaches awaited to be explored and we took advantage! We are absolutely renting Pan Calleta next summer and will be staying longer than two weeks! Pet Daniels was super kind and accommodating (our flight was changed twice and Pat allowed us to change our arrival date both times. This was above and beyond what was expected of him). He kitted out his house so well; literally anything we needed was right there. We were very sad to leave and can’t wait til next July/Aug!

Séjour Idéal à Can Palleta

Magnifique finca rénovée avec goût et qualité mais qui, pour autant, reste authentique dans le style mallorquin . Idéal pour les familles et tout ceux qui apprécient le calme, la campagne, tout en étant proches de la ville et de la mer... Par ailleurs, la maison est particulièrement bien équipée et confortable avec des espaces différenciés… Dans le jardin, un barbecue est à disposition et facile à utiliser… Merci encore à Patrick qui est resté disponible durant toute la durée de notre séjour et a répondu très rapidement tous nos messages…Séjour inoubliable!!! Très bon séjour

Bon emplacement de la maison : cala d’or pour sortir le soir, plage à 10 minutes en voiture (celle de cala sa nau). Maison au calme, tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre. Attention pour les prochains locataires : pas de cafetière électrique ni de micro-onde, il faut s’adapter ce que nous avons fait facilement. Cependant, il serait peut-être bon que le propriétaire prévoit un micro-onde quand il y a des bébés.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

So muss ein Ferienhaus sein - komfortabel, gemütlich, charmant. Pat hat bei seiner Finca wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (4-10 Jahre) rundum wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Finka, mit tollem Aussenbereich

Die Finke hat einen tollen Außenbereich mit Grillplatz und wunderschönen Pool. Alles was man braucht, ist vor Ort vorhanden. Die Ihnen Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Bäder sind wirklich klasse und die Küche ist völlig in Ordnung. Übergabe von Schlüssel und Rückgabe hat völlig problemlos geklappt, war super.

Very relaxing

Fantastic property in a rural location but conveniently close to Cala D'Or's beaches and excellent restaurants. There are also very good eating houses in the local village. We stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room. The swimming pool and outside areas are lovely and very private. Well appointed property: we will certainly book again next year.

Wonderful finca in a perfect location

The house is beautifully maintained with all you could need for a lovely holiday including a fantastic swimming pool and large BBQ grill. The owners' love of the property shines through including their responsiveness and support prior to departure and during your stay. Great location within easy reach of Cala d'Or and a large number of other beaches on the south coast. There are lovely restaurants in the nearby villages of S'Horta and Calonge as well as Cala d'Or. Cala d'Or also offers supermarkets and shops for all the essentials and more. The finca has great access to the main road network with lovely drives up to Cap Formentor, Pollenca, Soller and Sa Colabra to name but a few places. We heartily recommend this property for a great experience of Mallorca.

Perfect holiday retreat.

Close to Cala D'or and the beaches but beautifully secluded. The heated swimming pool is a bonus and the property is spacious and very comfortable.

Lovely, traditional villa set in beautiful grounds.

We had a wonderful week staying at the villa. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and everything you could need for a fab holiday. It really felt like a home from home. Everything was very clean & well presented, great new bathrooms too. We stayed in a very hot week, temperatures over 30 degrees, so it did get very warm in the house. If there was air con, it would be a perfect stay. But plenty of fans to help keep us cool at night. Thank you to Pat who was extremely helpful throughout the booking & whilst we were away, answering all our questions promptly & fully. Would love to go back and would recommend to others!

Beautiful finca with pool in great location.

We had a fabulous stay here. There were six of us and the house was big enough for us all. It is pretty, well furnished, clean and homely. The children loved the pool although it wasn't huge it was warm and fitted the odd inflatable or two! There is plenty of outside space for the adults to soak up the sun or shelter round the table in the shade to read a book and have a drink or two! The surrounding towns/villages have some great restaurants and some fantastic little beaches dotted around the coastline. You need a car but well worth going off the beaten track to find some beautiful spots. We explored lots of beautiful towns and villages across the island and none are much more than an hour or so away and all easy to find from the house. We would definitely recommend this gorgeous finca and hope to be back ourselves one day.

Simply Stunning

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday then look no further because this pretty property is an absolute gem. Set at the end of a quiet driveway surrounded by beautiful scenery and set in immaculate grounds, C’an Palleta is within an easy 10 minute drive of Cala D’or with its beach, shops and supermarkets. This immaculate finca has been lovingly restored with a modern interior and is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. The four bedrooms are of a good size and the beds really comfortable. The en-suite and bathroom are beautifully finished and both have walk in showers. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker etc and a store cupboard of essentials. Outside there is a lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds, two BBQs, two dining areas both of which are well shaded from the sun and the most beautiful scenery which you can never tire looking at. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at C’an Palleta and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Pat for allowing us to stay.
