Its wide sandy beaches, natural spaces, sporting, cultural and family events, make Calella one of the most visited tourist destinations in our country.
Calella is located just 50 kilometres from Barcelona and Girona, two cities with great charm where you can enjoy their culture and leisure.
The train station is just 800 metres from the accommodation, making it easier for you to travel along the entire coast with greater convenience.
The tourist train in Calella will allow both young and old to enjoy a pleasant ride through its streets.
You will also be able to visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Barcelona Coast, Costa Brava and the city of Barcelona.
· The flat is located on a third floor with a balcony and views of the sea, the beach and the seafront promenade.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people specified in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting the property at the same time.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
. Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: Price 1⏠per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
. Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of âŹ100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, the owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed.
The cost is ÂŁ6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be ÂŁ42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
