People in the property:· The apartment is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.· The maximum occupancy of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.· The property can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation and no more people can stay/visit at the same time in the property.Check-in:· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)· Option after check-in hours with a safety deposit box in the office at no cost.. Failure to show up on the day of check-in will result in no refund of the reservation.Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: Price €1 per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights..Cleaning:. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must take care to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.· Pets are allowed.· Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or for any loss during your stay.
