This area is ideal to come to enjoy the beach, the sun and the whole promenade, where you will find different shops, restaurants, cafeterias,…This plane flat is located on the 6th floor in a builiding with lift and disposes of 2 bedrooms, one bath with shower, a toilett and an separate kitchen.Perfect for familes for its location which allows you, in a simple way, to know our coast.People on the property: · The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.Check in:· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in.
