You can get more for less. Enjoy spectacular sunset river views from this newly furnished and renovated Penthouse unit in the popular, convenient, ocean front ORMONDY building on a no drive section of Ormond Beach. You can also enjoy 180 degree Ocean Views from the club room across the hall. You will be close to restaurants and stores, but situated on a less crowded area of the beach with direct ocean access and no road to cross. Your family can enjoy a seasonally heated pool, shuffle board, grill and Tom Renick Park next door that has a playground. You will feel safe being in sight of the Lifeguard stand on the beach. We provide beach towels, chairs and umbrella as well as a cooler and toys so you don't have to pack and haul them. Park in the garage for free or drive to many activities in nearby Daytona as well as the peace and beauty of Tomoka state park nearby.
Sleep soundly in the King Size Bed or Queen Size sleeper sofa. Enjoy your meals by cooking in the well stocked full size kitchen with all major appliances. Relax on the beach while the in unit washer and dryer clean your laundry. There is a remodelled bath room with a walk in shower and anti fog mirror. The Tea Kettle and Keurig coffee maker help your mornings start off right. Enjoy evening sunset views from the enclosed balcony which helps keep street noise to a minimum. Check out beautiful sunrises from the beach just an elevator ride down or hangout in the club room with 180 degree views of the ocean. The property was absolutely spotless, and every detail felt carefully and lovingly thought out. Don’t let the older kitchen cabinets fool you — every appliance is top-of-the-line, and each drawer and cabinet is perfectly organized. You can truly feel the care that’s been put into making guests feel at home. This is, without a doubt, one of the most thoughtful vacation properties I’ve ever stayed in, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful stay

My son and I booked this property to attend the Rockville event and it was a great choice. It was very well appointed, Check in and out instructions were clear and concise, the host kept in communication throughout, and the beach was lovely, although we didn’t spend a lot of time there. We would definitely stay again.

Hostess thought of everything re amenities, layout, written details, etc. Super communicative and aims to please in every aspect! Great location for all things beach, pickleball, dining, hiking, etc. Would definitely return!

Great getaway

A nice cozy place to stay! We were here for 5 nights and enjoyed that it was out of the way but close to everywhere we wanted to go. If we come back for the races next year, we would definitely stay here again. I lived here in the middle 70's and all during the 80's and I fondly remember the Ormand Beach, Daytona area. Great place to visit.

2 weeks of bliss

Couldn’t be better…the unit is decorated so nicely, for me it felt like a little slice of heaven. The host has made sure you lack for nothing, from the moment you confirm your reservation to the time you land back home. The sunsets are beautiful and the location is fabulous. You are within a short drive to so many attractions or just enjoy the beach. We will certainly be back

Perfect Unit

I travel to Ormond Beach often and this was my second stay at the Ormondy. Elizabeth was an amazing host. Stayed in contact with me before and after my stay. Unit was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. Highly recommend! Will be staying here again in the near future!

Great Stay!

We stayed in the condo for Spring Break after a few days in Orlando and had a great stay! Elizabeth has really thought of everything you may need. Tons of extra bedding, kitchenware, and soap/shampoo, travel size amenities. The listing is extremely accurate - beach gear, towels they have thought of it all. Bring a small cooler or grab one from the Dollar Store across the street for quick beach trips - the one they have is great, its just big! The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable, the fold out couch is comfortable, way nicer than more hide-a-beds, my 11 year old claimed it for the week. The access to the beach was great, and the pool was very nice and clean. The location was an easy cruise to Ormond and Daytona - you do need a car, not much in walking distance. Great communication on how to access the unit - it seems like a lot at first but really didnt take long at all to get us all checked in and parked where we needed to be. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning!

One of the best units I have stayed in in the Ormond area

First, the host is awesome. Excellent communication and easy access to the unit have been set up seamlessly. The building, though older, is in excellent shape and well-maintained. The permanent residents were friendly and helpful. Starting with the parking, the unit has a reserved spot in the underground garage. The garage ceiling height is 6’6”, so tall vehicles may need to park on the ground level, which has plenty of open spaces. I have an F-150 Lightning, which fit in the garage with no issues. Luckily, the area opposite the parking space is not used, making getting in and out much easier. The unit is on the top floor of the building and is very quiet. It has a balcony that has been enclosed but has many windows facing west. I enjoyed this, as I could take in the view in the comfort of an air-conditioned space. The unit is well-equipped with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy the beach. Access to the building is controlled by key fobs that can be worn around your neck instead of keys. Most of the tech in the room is new and can connect to phones and tablets. There are numerous USB charging ports throughout the unit, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect. I highly recommend staying here and at any other properties the host might own. It is obvious that she is a very experienced and attentive host who wants you to enjoy your stay.

Elizabeth Beach är värd

I am a Mom with two sons. I never thought we would ever have a place anywhere near the beach, but now that we do; I want to share it with others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the laid back feel of Ormond-By-The- Sea and its close proximity to Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and Tomoka State Park. As a Mom, I like that it is a no drive section of the beach. I don’t need to be concerned with vehicles or moving our chairs. We like walking to some local restaurants across the street too as well as the park next door. There is a surf shop down the street that rents fishing tackle, surfboards and offers lessons. We can view rocket launches from the beach sometimes, so we are not far from Cape Canaveral. We are about an hour and a half from Orlando and enjoy the theme parks. Saint Augustine is to the north of us if we want to visit the historical sights there. There is so much to see and do that is within driving distance but we don’t have to because the beach is our front yard.
We also enjoy the wildlife that we can see fairly frequently in Tomoka State Park up the road. We have nesting turtles from May-early October and we see dolphins in the surf especially in the morning. We can relax or explore depending on what we feel like doing.

The views from being on the top floor of our building make this unit special. I am an Artist and I love watching the light and river colors change throughout the day from the unit. I enjoy the sunrise from the beach downstairs and the sunset from our unit. Both are often stunning.

I enjoy being a host and want our guests to feel at home here too. We don’t mind and encourage our guests to use our beach gear and towels. I don’t keep those locked up like other places we have stayed. Those items take up a lot of room in a vehicle. Our guests can pack lightly.
