Det är ett härligt, 5-stjärnigt, mycket uppgraderat, perfekt, underbart hem i Lindfields community och nära Disney! Du väljer den dag du vill checka in och ut (baserat på tillgänglighet). Observera: vi är nästan slutsålda för 2018. Vi bokar vad som finns kvar 2018 och 2019 nu! Du kommer inte att tro att detta lyxiga fritidshus faktiskt hyr ut för detta pris. Detta är ett begränsat tidserbjudande. Köp gärna med förtroende. Om du har ett barn eller ett litet barn ska du lägga märke till alla de fina saker som ingår i detta hem (du behöver inte betala för hyra av spjälsäng, barnvagn, barnstol etc. Det är inte upp till din normala standard!) allt design och dekorering gjordes med din komfort och semester i åtanke. Regal Villa ligger ungefär 3-4 miles till Walt Disney World på en vackert anlagd egendom.

3 week stay

My family of 2 adults and 7 children had a great time staying here. We really enjoyed the pool and how close it is to the theme parks. It is very clean and has everything you can need for a stay.

Great Stay

The house was very well equipped with everything you would need from toys for the kids, to silverware and cooking gear for the family. Everyone loved the house, it was in a great location as well. Only 15 minutes to most of the gates in Disney.

Almost everything you could want in a villa

Very clean and well equipped villa. Beds a little too firm for us so did not sleep well but other than that we enjoyed the experience. We had a 5 & 2 year old with us who loved the pool. Very safe and handy for the parks. Would certainly recommend this villa to everyone.

Great property - 4th Visit

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property and as usual it was great the owners ensure that it spotlessly clean upon arrival and they are great communicators. It’s a well-equipped home, with a very large pool, which we now like to call our American home. It's in a nice residential estate which is only 10 - 15 minutes’ drive to the Disney Parks and 30 minutes to Universal. The US192 is only 5 minutes’ drive giving access its restaurant and shops. We will be back

Great location, pictures do not do it justice.

Stayed for 15 nights over Halloween 2023, property is lovely, no one at the back with a bit of nature, 3 large stork's walked by every morning at just after 9am. Each room has a games console and very good spec TV. It's very close to Disney, Animal kingdom just over 10mins and you can get to it without hitting a main road. Pool is really nice size at over 6ft at the deep end, big enough to swim and dive. Really quiet, location never heard the neighbours. Some nice touches like a few UK power adapters dvds/toys. This is our 3rd villa stay in Orlando and the best.

Convenient location, large home, nice pool

We enjoyed lots of space in this home. The kitchen has lots of place settings and cooking utensils. Prob. 15 min to Disney, 25 to Universal, 1 hr 15 to Kennedy. AC worked good. Pool was great to cool off. Grocery stores and gas station close by. Quiet neighborhood. We didn't have time to use but game consoles throughout home, large TV's with cable TV.

Just returned from another great stay at this vacation villa. Always receive prompt responses from the property owner...Roman. My family and I can't wait to book another stay. You won't be disappointed. It has everything you need. Just buy your groceries.

Highly recommend

The house was beautiful and clean. Very spacious house. The pool was amazing!!! Much bigger than I expected. Owners very quick to respond to any messages and stayed in communication whenever needed. Even let us extend our stay last minute without issues!! I only complained one time the enter time I was there..i complained to myself when it was time to leave because I wanted to stay..lol. my 4 year old son told me it was the best vacation ever!

Location was great! House was equipped well. Some items not in best working condition. Grill, ice dispenser. Upkeep is good for age of house. Everyone enjoyed the pool and foosball table.

Comfortable family home met all our expectations

Well stocked family home close to Disney World met all our needs and expectations. We didn't have small children but the home was set up well for young families. Would reserve this home again when returning to Orlando area.

Märchenhafter Urlaub

Wir können uns nur bedanken, dass wir in dem schönen Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Das Haus ist mehr als perfekt ausgestattet und war super sauber. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig. Sehr nah zu den Disney-Parks und alles was man möchte ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. (Lage US 192). Trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick vom Pool in das Naturschutzgebiet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Liebe Grüße Familie Kraft

Beautiful Home

My family and I really enjoyed the vacation home. The owners had the home stocked, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. My kids really enjoyed the Games they had for their entertainment. I would gladly recommend this house to some one else.

I'm 84 years old living in Kissimmee Florida. My wife and I as well as my son and his family live right near Disney World. Our vacation home the Regal Villa near Disney we rent short term. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I started my search for our next holiday destination. Florida sounded like the perfect family destination & my own villa would be my home from home. To cut a long story short I knew this was the home for me as soon as I walked through the front door. It was beautiful, spacious & yet homely. The neighbourhood was peaceful yet literally only minutes away from all the bustle of the attractions, restaurants & supermarkets. Then of course there was the pool!
