Mill Cottage är en rymlig stuga på landet möblerad till en hög standard. Erbjuder generöst tilltagna sovrum och ett solrum och uteplats med utsikt över en vacker trädgård perfekt för avkoppling och grillning. Stugan är väl utrustade med satellit-TV (Sky), wifi och alla vanliga apparater. Kontaktats av sin egen enhet har gott om parkering för flera bilar. Beläget på gränsen mellan Shropshire / Herefordshire och bara 10 miles från historiska Ludlow det är den perfekta platsen för att utforska Shropshire och walesiska gränser. Ludlow är känd för sin gastronomi och är känd för sina Shakespeare och matfestivaler liksom ett stort antal antikmässor. Det finns ett antal vackra promenader direkt från dörren, en känd downhill cykel spår (Hopton Castle) 10 minuter cykel bort och möjligheter till fiske, ridning och cykling.

Achtung: im Haus gibt es zwei WLan - Netze. Sie heißen gleich und haben das selbe Passwort, das eine funktioniert aber besser in der Küche und das andere oben. Also nicht verzagen, wenn WLan hinkt, sondern sich neu einwählen. Denkt daran, die Mühltonnen NICHT rauszustellen, sie werden direkt aus dem Unterstand abgeholt/ geleert. In der Küche gibt es alles und jetzt ich noch einen großen Suppentopf ;o)Ansonsten alles super und gerne wieder! Danke an Tim für die nette Betreuung!

The pictures do not do this property justice at all!! It is such a lovely cottage and so spacious. My party of 6 often got a little lost in the space. The garden is beautiful and the surrounding nature is so peaceful.We really enjoyed our stay and it offered more than we expected.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Pictures do not do this properly justice! It was beautiful inside and out. Spotlessly clean and had everything needed from a stocked kitchen full of utensils and cookware. Lounge with log burner with ample supply of wood. Beautiful surroundings. check in was hassle free. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. One of the family uses a wheelchair and walker but the property accommodated for this well. Great kitchen with all the facilities we needed. We will definitely be back.

Christmas 2024

Large, comfortable and lovely cottage fully equipped. Heating was available all the time but couldn’t cope that well in the lounge. The kitchen and snug were excellent. Couldn’t get the TV to work despite apparently having Sky. The internet is patchy but that’s only to be expected in a rural area. Beautiful around about with good shops in Ludlow. Tim was kind enough to provide a Christmas hamper. Bizarrely, suggest you take your own loo rolls!

A fabulous property where we hid from the worst of Storm Bert during a hiking weekend. Listing doesn't do justice to the property which exceeded all our expectations - beautiful, comfortable, very well equipped and will definitely stay again :)

WOW what a find

Upon walking into the property our first impression was WOW. This carried through to the views from every window, beautiful even on rainy days. The location of the property was ideal. After visiting the very busy Ludlow Food Festival we couldn't wait to get back Mill Cottage to relax. A space for each person to do their own thing. We felt as if we were living in our own bubble. PS the dog loved it too

Great weekend break

This is a lovely property, better than we expected. The size of the lounge and kitchen helped as there were four adults so plenty of space to spread out. The grounds and garden were perfect for the dog. Location is good, close to Ludlow and Shrewsbury.

Beautiful English Cottage

The cottage is lovely with a beautiful garden. There is more than enough room and equipment for everyone. The only negatives we have is that the instructions to the cottage were not help. They said the postcode wont get you right to the cottage, but they actually took us about 2 miles away. The detailed instructions didn't have a starting point, so we ended up having to find the cottage on Google maps and work from there. We also couldn't find any instructions for the cottage so didn’t know what to do with things like rubbish or how to leave things when checking out. That said we'd love to visit again.

Weekend getaway

What a gem of a property in a fantastic peaceful location. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but really didn’t want to leave. The grounds are absolutely amazing. The house itself is lovely with everything you need for your time away. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Fabulous property in stunning grounds

Well equipped and characterful house. The photos dont do justice to how lovely it is . Cut off from hustle and bustle , no roads anywhere nearby but in easy reach of Shrophire landmarks . Older children will love the hidey holes, anyone with young children will need tp know the lake in the garden is easily accessible so you will have to take extra care

The cottage is stunning. The space in the cottage is fantastic and the grounds and access to the countryside are amazing. We've had a fabulous short stay and would definitely return. Tim responded to any queries promptly and made us feel very welcome. Thanks Tim.

They bought Mill Cottage four years ago and have enjoyed the challenge of restoring the cottage and its grounds. As a family we enjoy a number of outdoor pursuits all of which are readily available locally.
