Living Room: Comfortable seating with a smart TV offering streaming services including Disney, ITVX and a Netflix guest login.
Conservatory: Extra lounge space with comfortable seating and double doors opening onto the garden.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and utensils. A dishwasher is available for easy clean up.
Dining Room: Equipped with a dining table, six chairs, and a highchair, perfect for family meals.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King-size double bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: Double bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 3: Single bed (sleeps 1).
Additional Bed: Foam pull-out guest bed in the living room (sleeps 1). Please inform us at booking if this bed is required.
BATHROOMS:
Upstairs Bathroom: Features a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub.
Downstairs Bathroom: Equipped with a toilet and sink.
UTILITY ROOM:
Laundry Facilities: Washing machine, iron, and ironing board available for guest use.
Additional Amenities:
Self Check-In: Convenient self check-in with a lockbox, the code is sent the morning of arrival.
Towels and Bed Linen: Provided for all guests.
Entrance Porch: Large porch for hanging coats and drying wet clothes, with space for shoes. One external camera is installed for security.
