Once again, we had a great time at Seaside. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman. The accommodations were adequate for our party of five adults and four children. Having essentially two kitchens was very nice for us as we did eat in most meals. Thank you for being available and also a thank you to Hal and Adele. Until next time!!

We had an amazing stay at Seaside for two weeks. It was a family vacation, bringing our kids in for the second week. Fred, Sabin and Hal were all amazing hosts and helped with any questions we had almost immediately. We had stayed on seven Mile Beach and the East and several times in the past, but never at Rum Point. What an amazing place to stay. We snorkeled off the beach several days as well as visited starfish point and restaurants in the area. The pool,Barage, porch, and Pickleball courts were all amazing additions to our vacation. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you you for such an amazing place to stay and hosting .

Perfect location!!!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Seaside!! The location was perfect for the East End and Rum Point. Grocery stores are close by as well!

This place was perfect for our two families with kids. The pool, pickleball court, and pirate's nest provided plenty of options for the kids. The two separate bedrooms on the lower level were also nice for those that wanted to sleep in. I also really enjoyed the screened in lower area to relax in and listen to the sounds of the ocean. The property location was also nice that it was away from the busy part of the island, yet still close enough (5 min drive) to some kid friendly beaches. Rum Point beach and Starfish Point were nice options for the kids to play in the sand and water.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house had plenty of room with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We enjoyed most of our time by the near by beach or pool side!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our group. Away from the main drag of 7 mile but close to beaches and restaurants. The house was beautiful. Especially loved the screened in porches. Ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation.

A Great Week on Rum Point

A wonderful home on the north shore. Pool, pickleball and great house made for a great week. Easy access to all of the north shore activities.

Cayman Trip

Great layout and having private bathrooms for each room was nice. The screened porch with the kitchen and TV was amazing. The property host was great!

Great for Family Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house was really well maintained and had all amenities to make the stay great! A total of seven stayed in the house (two families) - one family stayed upstairs and the other stayed downstairs. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and simply checked in during our stay, just to make sure we didn’t need anything. We look forward to coming back!

Spectacular Property

Property is amazing, the location is gorgeous! Pleasantly waking and being able to take a walk at the beach is stunning. Will stay at this property should we do this trip again. I'll highly recommend this property to couples/family wishing to explore the northside of Cayman Island.

Annual family outing

We had a wonderful week. Great weather, excellent house and the owners and manager were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the restaurants and beaches and several of the local attractions, including a snorkeling cruise and the crystal cave tour.
