Detta är en 2 säng bungalow på en mycket liten gated community med egen pool. Den består av ett dubbelrum med luftkonditionering och ett dubbelrum, badrum med dusch och bidé, vardagsrum med fullt utrustat kök, TV (engelska kanaler) med inbyggd DVD-spelare. En sluten kaklat trädgård på framsidan och baksidan av fastigheten, och även en solterrass (solfälla!).
Observera att det finns en 50 € avgift som skall betalas till fastighetsförvaltaren på plats. Detta för att täcka beredningen av fastigheten - rengöring / tvätt av sängkläder / handdukar. Om mer än 4 personer är avgiften 60 euro.

A holiday to remember! Sun, sand, rest and fun!

10 min walk to the beach, friendly neighbours, a patio at the back and front of the house. In the event of too high temperatures or too strong waves you can always opt for a quiet swim in the pool before relaxing in one of the deckchairs on a patio! Wonderful! Dee is a friendly and reactive host who provided answers to all our questions.

Great cafe/bar down the road not much else could not find the key to the gates around the pool so spent10 days not able to use pool as the beach was just a bit to far for me at this time with having walking issue's and never saw the manager

Cozy and close to the beach

The house fitted our needs perfectly. It’s located in a quiet gated property only 10 mins walk to the wonderful beach and close to the N-332. The house is as shown in the pictures with a fully equipped kitchen (some pots and pans would need a replacement and generally all cupboards a bit of decluttering). The WiFi worked smoothly, and both owner and property manager attended to our queries promptly and efficiently. It was lovely to move with the winter sun from the roof terrace to the patio and on to the front garden. Naturally in December we did not use the swimming pool but it did look inviting.La Mata with a good bakery, fishmonger and a small but well-equipped supermarket and many bars & restaurants is a 10 mins bike ride (or a 40 mins stroll along the beautiful beach) away, the larger Guardamar 20 mins. For excursions apart from that (or if bikes are not an option for you) a car is recommended as the nearest beachfront restaurants or bars are in La Mata and big supermarkets in Torrevieja or Ciudad Quesada.But we enjoyed to be away from the crowds and close to the beach so thank you, Dee, for sharing your house with us.

Comfortable stay

We stayed at this property because of its perfect location near family, and it did not disappoint in that regard. The communication from the owner, Dee, was outstanding from start to finish. From booking to check-in details and check-out, Dee’s attentiveness was evident, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her lovely property. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t as prepared as I would have expected upon arrival, and I had to spend some time cleaning before I could fully relax. This wasn’t the ideal start to our stay, but I appreciated that all the necessary cleaning supplies were conveniently available under the sink. When I contacted Dee, she was incredibly apologetic and reassured me that she would address the issue with the person responsible for preparing the property. I don’t hold Dee responsible, as I understand how challenging it can be to rely on others for such tasks. Despite this setback, it hasn’t put us off returning. I genuinely believe that others wouldn’t encounter the same issue now that it’s been brought to her attention.

Perfecto por precio/calidad

Es un chalet ideal para 2 parejas o un matrimonio con dos hijos. Muy silencioso. Una casa acogedora en una miniurbanisacion de unos 20 casitas, rodeando una piscina no muy grande con sector de niños ceparado. Ubicada de 6-7 minutos andando de la playa de arena fina. En el verano, que viene repiteremos. Recomendo!

Le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’emplacement est idéal. Piscine, plage accessible à pieds, accès clôturé. Les terrasses sont appréciables !

Tranquilidad y relax

Un sitio para desconectar y tener tranquilidad absoluta. Urbanización cerrada con piscina y a 5 min de la playa. Sitio de descanso y relax. En estas fechas hemos estado practicamente solos en la urbanización con apenas 4 o 5 vecinos. En el bungalow todo correcto.

Perfekte Lage

Nettes Appartement, fußläufig zum Strand. Sehr kleine, ruhige Urbanisation mit netten Nachbarn. Reibungsloser Ablauf mit der Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man brauchte. Die Gartenliegen waren leider zum Teil kaputt und müssten mal ausgewechselt werden. Deshalb einen Punkt Abzug. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Mucha suciedad, muy dejado

La vivienda estaba muy sucia, no la habían limpiado antes de que nosotros entrábamos. Había insectos muertos en los utensilios de cocina, pegados. Había comida caducada en los armarios, supongo que desde entonces no se había limpiado la cocina. Las ventanas y las persianas estaban completamente negras, llenas de suciedad. Las sábanas y las toallas olían a humedad y a polvo, tuvimos que lavarlas. Los muebles de la terraza estaban rotos y oxidados, no podían utilizarse. Para ir a la playa hay que andar unos 10-15 minutos. La urbanización está muy bien y la piscina también. La zona es muy tranquila, no hay nada alrededor. Tuvimos problemas para conectar la televisión y el wi-fi y enseguida obtuvimos respuesta y se pudo solucionar. Hay canales en inglés y alguno en español, ninguno conocido por nosotros, solo los de dibujos animados.

It has been great to see the progression from very humble beginnings to a lovely community (Condado) and lovely to have the luxury of having the beach within walking distance (Guardamar). Varför värden valde detta boende

I bought this property for the beach. I wanted a property that I did not have to get into a car to go to the beach so when I saw this property I knew that it was for me. The most beautiful beach I could have and on my door step what more could I want?

I have friends who have properties in the area, one said get a property with a front and back to it, another said, no get one with a roof terrace. So of course when I saw this property decision was made - a front garden, a back garden AND a roof terrace.

So I have been very lucky in finding everything I more or less wanted.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When I get to go to the property, as soon as I open the front door I feel like I'm home. I begin to unwind and relax. The option of having a roof terrace (sun trap), pool a few steps away and the beach only 10 mins away is fantastic.

I am unable to get there as often as I would like and therefore I would love other people to enjoy the benefits of my home, it is not meant to be empty!

I have 3 sons and one of them loves it there. For the homely feeling, and also because of the golf. He has many golf holidays using the property as a base as so many courses within easy access.
