Villa di Antonio ligger i en suggestiv olivlund, ett hus som påminner om de gamla Salento-gårdarna. Det erbjuder stora lusthus och pergolaer utomhus och en vacker infinity-pool med saltvatten.
Huset består av ett vardagsrum och en sovplats, intilliggande och oberoende. Vardagsrummet representeras av ett enda stort vardagsrum med kök (gasbrännare, elektrisk ugn och diskmaskin), matplats med bord och TV-hörn (digital mark), Wi-Fi, servicebadrum och tvättstuga. Sovområdet har tre bekväma dubbelrum / tvåbäddsrum, alla med eget badrum (med dusch). Sovrummen kommunicerar inte och alla har en dörr / fönster som ger tillgång till uteplatsen. Rummen är luftkonditionerade.
Villan är helt omgiven av en stor trädgård på cirka 5000 kvadratmeter, full av vegetation och antika olivträd. I det inre området finns en vacker infinity-pool med saltvatten med relativa sängar och solstolar, utvändig dusch. Grillområdet ligger i skuggan av den främre uteplatsen, medan det också är möjligt att gå upp till terrassen och njuta av utsikten över olivlunden i skuggan av det utrustade lusthuset.
Fastigheten ligger på landsbygden i nedre Salento, bara 3 minuter från den vackra staden Specchia, som ligger på en liten kulle och ett livligt centrum fullt av sommarevenemang. Alla nödvändiga tjänster (marknad, bank, postkontor) finns i Specchia eller i närliggande Taurisano. Havet kan nås med bil på drygt 15 minuter (Marina di Ugento: 20 km) eller, om du föredrar steniga kuster, kan du välja Adriatiska sidan (Castro: 16 km). De viktigaste tjänsterna som stormarknader, butiker, banker ligger i Specchia eller Taurisano (3 km).

Home away from home

This is a beautiful property in a peaceful area surrounded by oliv and orange trees on the Salento country side. Charming interior and lush garden. Nice pool area. Our favourite place in Italy!

Secluded charming Villa

It’s a beautiful property with tasteful interior design full of art and personal decorations. The location is peaceful with magnificent views on the roof terrace over the orange and olive tree fields, especially at sunset. Lots of fruit trees and Mediterranean flowers in the garden and a lovely outdoor seating area. Both next door villages Specchia and Ruffano are charming. Reasonable distance to both sandy and rocky beaches. This is a true favourite for a relaxing stay in Puglia!

Perfect

I was very excited about our stay and a bit worried that the villa might not be as good as it looked, but it absolutely was. We had an amazing week. The indoor space is good. The outdoor space is incredible. The pool is lovely, and the roof terrace is just the nicest space to relax and enjoy. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Fabio, the caretaker, is reliable and helpful. Sergio, the owner, is approachable and welcoming (and has fluent English). The villa is within 35-40 minutes of Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria de Leuca, to name a couple of places worth seeing. Shops are 5-10 minutes drive away in Specchia or Miggiano. Honestly, the loveliest place I have ever stayed in. The kids had an absolute ball (not easy with teenagers!) and we all could have stayed quite happily for another week or three.

Fabulous oasis

More spectacular than advertised. Clean and comfortable, bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated inside. But the real paradise is outside. Sit by the terrific pool, up on the terrace or in the dining area - so hard to choose - amid the flowers, fruit trees and cacti. Good location for day trips or just to call. Four nights was not enough. We loved it!

Fantastic Oasis - everything we needed

The villa was everything and more than we expected for our week spent in Salento. The villa was our homely base to come back to after a morning or day spent exploring the area, The pool and other entertainment areas are just perfect and the air conditioned bedrooms and communal areas just as good. Sergio was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with throughout. Fabio the property manager was equally responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are looking for a central base. Pro tip: Don't miss the delights of Specchia for the odd meal out.

Wonderful stay

We have spent a wonderful stay in Sergio’s beautiful villa. The villa is well equipped and close to the charming city of Specchia and the beaches (25 minutes by car) Fabio (the man in charge) was very friendly and always ready to help us . We will surely recommend this villa and the quietness of the location to anyone who wants to have a nice and relax vacations in Puglia. Thank you Sergio and stay safe.

Erholsames Ferienhaus in Apulien

Sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wenig warmes Wasser in der Küche ansonsten überall sehr gut. Mit dem Hausmeister kann man nur auf italienisch kommunizieren(!). Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum. Man ist komplett von einem Auto abhängig - dafür sehr (sehr!) ruhige Lage.

A salento oasis.

We had a lovely stay. The villa is in a lovely peaceful and quiet area. If you want to escape then this is the place for you. The garden is brimming with flowers and wildlife, it's a real oasis and the pool was perfect for us to cool off in during the hotter parts of the day. There's a huge roof terrace offering 360 views of the surrounding area, perfect for watching the sun set. We were met at the property by Fabio & Gina who took time to show us all the amenties, both were very friendly and helpful. The nearest shop is a 45 min walk, so transport is ideal and there's adequate secure parking at the villa for several cars. We'd definitely return if in the area again.

Un angolo di paradiso in Puglia

La casa è veramente bella, elegante e curata nella pulizia in ogni dettaglio, le camere sono freschissime e comode. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e attrezzata di un set molto ricco di piatti e pentole. Siamo stati accolti da Fabio e Gina con molta simpatia e gentilezza, si sono resi disponibili per ogni necessità. La vera ricchezza è il giardino dotato di barbecue e tavolo esterno, terrazzo, solarium con una splendida piscina a sfioro che ci ha permesso di godere di momenti di splendido relax. Una proprietà dove sentirsi felicemente a casa! Consiglio caldamente la Casa di Antonio e se tornerò in Puglia non mancherò di prenotare di nuovo. Daniela e Paolo

Magnifique maison typique , rénovée avec goût et très bien entretenue Jardin sublime , piscine salée nettoyée tout les matins. 3 chambres avec leur propre salle de bain. Vacances idylliques au calme. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité, cette maison est idéale .

Absolutely superb!

We absolutely loved our stay in Specchia. The villa was incredibly well equipped and was incredibly spacious for 3 couples. The hosts have clearly thought a lot about the experience of their guests, including everything you need for your week (from cleaning products, loo roll, beautiful olive oil, top quality local linen and crockery!). Our check-in process with Gina and Fabio was seamless, and our communication with Sergio before our arrival was spot on. The place is even better than the pictures! I can't recommend this place more, especially for exploring the local area and generally soaking up the Puglian weather by the beautiful pool or extensive outdoor space. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for hosting us!

Très agréable maison au calme, idéale pour profiter de la belle région des Pouilles

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux semaines passées au calme en famille dans cette jolie maison typique de la région au milieu des champs d'oliviers. Les photos sont très fidèles que ce soit l'intérieur de la maison, l'aménagement extérieur ou la belle piscine bien entretenue. Le confort et l'équipement sont tout à fait satisfaisants et conformes au descriptif. La disposition des chambres n'est pas forcément adaptée pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. La localisation permet de profiter pleinement des beaux villages environnants (mention particulière à Specchia), de la magnifique ville de Lecce ainsi que des nombreuses plages rapidement accessibles y compris en plein été. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement !

Beautiful home in a truely fabulous area of Italy

Tranquil retreat in the middle of olive groves

We stayed for two weeks and were extremely comfortable. The inside of the property is simple and tastefully decorated and has all the requirements we needed. The air con worked perfectly and the bathrooms were well appointed. The outside space was wonderful and the pool exceptional. We had many delicious lunches outside and used the outdoor kitchen often which was just great. The local area is fascinating and there are endless beaches, coves and lidos to explore. We loved Specchia and Ruffano and the house is perfectly situated to visit both the adriatic and ionian costs. Its is extremely peaceful at the house, it has a great atmosphere and worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms are not adjoined, so this would not be ideal for really young families, but our children adored the house , garden and pool and we would love to return.

A great home for a family getaway

We were really pleasantly surprised at how great this villa was, it far exceeded our expectations from the photos. It suited our family perfectly. The outdoor table and seating areas meant that we could all socialise together, each bedroom had its own private entrance and bathroom which was perfect for the 3 couples and the kitchen and amenities provided everything we needed to be comfortable for the 5 days. The pool was cleaned daily, the house was immaculate on arrival and there were even some gifts for us to enjoy during our stay. A great villa that we will definitely come back to. In terms of the area, nearby Specchia is a really cute village with some lovely restaurants for the evening (very quiet during the day) and there is also a Lidl around 15 mins away which is perfect for collecting supplies for the home. The nearby beaches were really busy when we were there as it was high season, so I would recommend either arriving there early or using the pool instead!

Schönes italienisches Haus mit Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus inmitten von Olivenplantagen hat italienischen Flair und ist gut eingerrichtet. In Specchia kann man das süditalienische Leben authentisch miterleben. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Jutta
