Detta är en utmärkt, modern villa på 150m² golvyta, med en extra mycket stor källaryta, perfekt för förvaring av en båt, kajak eller cyklar etc. Villan ligger på privat mark på cirka 1500 m² med fjärrkontrollportar. Det finns en pool, omfattande privat poolområde för avkoppling. Vi har ett bordtennisbord som visar sig vara mycket populärt bland alla familjer. Det finns ett sommarkök i anslutning till poolen, tillsammans med en dusch / toalett. Och också en grillplats.
En terrass med matbord och en rullskydd är idealisk för utomhusbruk.
Vardagsrum och matsal är båda mycket väl inredda med moderna möbler. Sovrum och badrum är väl utrustade med kvalitetsdusch, linne och handdukar. Vi har wifi, satellit-TV och netflix, visar prenumerationer för dig att njuta av.
Huset ligger i utkanten av Mandelieu la Napoule. Det finns mycket fin utsikt från fastigheten, både ut till havet och ön Isle St Honorat och Esterel-kullarna.
Det finns mycket att göra i området; utmärkta stränder ligger i närheten, och kullarna har några utmärkta vandrings- och vandringsleder. Det finns många golfbanor inom 20 minuter. Lokala bekvämligheter inkluderar segling, båtliv och tennis.
Både Cannes (8 km) och Nice (40 minuter) är väl värda att besöka för sina konstgallerier i världsklass, för att inte nämna shoppingmöjligheterna!

Medan en extra bekvämlighet är en bil inte nödvändig eftersom det finns en bra bussförbindelse inom 10 minuters promenad. Busstjänsten ansluter också direkt till Nice flygplats. Tåg som går längs kusten är 2. 5 km bort, vilket ger enkel åtkomst till e. g. Trevligt, Monte Carlo, Menton och in i norra Italien eller västerut mot St Raphael. Det finns en färjetrafik i La Napoule till Iles de Lerin, eller från Cannes till St Tropez.
De lokala bergsstäderna Mougins, St Paul och Vence nås lätt.
Detta är ett fantastiskt fritidshus för en familj som vill njuta av ett lugnt och pittoreskt läge, bekvämt för allt som Cote d'azure har att erbjuda.

Allt du behöver finns

Med en efterlängtad familjesemester för 6 vuxna och 2 småbarn fann vi allt vi behövde i denna villa. Alla fick privat boende och bad/dusch med toalett, det fanns umgängesrum och stort matrum både inne och ute. Bra AC i 3 sovrum, man hade önskat även till det 4:e rummet. Köket fungerade fint, det fanns inget vi saknade där. Poolen var toppen, det finns solstolar med dynor, parasoller och badleksaker. En poolskötare kommer en gång/vecka. Allt var i gott skick och vi fick snabb återkoppling och support om något behövde åtgärdas. Egen bil rekommenderas då det är en stadig uppförsbacke att ta sig från stan till huset. Inte så många turister i stan, vilket var trevligt. Vi fick ett vänligt bemötande av stadens folk, även om nästan ingen talade engelska. Gammal skolfranska fick väckas till liv och det gick bra det med.

Amazing views, brilliant location, a property that has it all

We stayed for a week as a family at this fantastic Villa in the South of France. The location was superb for exploring Cannes, Nice, Antibes, and also the town of Mandelieu - where the villa is located. We hired a car to get there (30 mins from Nice Airport) - to be aware, the path up to the villa is steep and tight, so a mid-size SUV is the perfect size. Alan was a fantastic host, with clear instructions and information for the villa - and very responsive to Qs beforehand. The villa was equipped with everything you need and more - especially pool inflatables/ balls etc, and all the things you need to enjoy a trip on the beach. 3 of the 4 rooms have air conditioning which was very much needed for sleep, with every day being 33 degrees+! The view from the villa is simply stunning - the hills and mountains behind you, the Mediterranean to the south (with yacht spotting a must!). Eating and relaxing with this (especially from the roof terrace) was amazing.

Relaxing stay

Great week here with our 4 kids (aged 11-17). Enjoyed the house & pool v much. Air con in bedrooms much appreciated. Did a few trips out; Monaco by train, drive to Lac de Saint-Cassien & boat to l’Ile Sainte Marguerite. All v easy. When I was booking I looked at the reviews. I wanted somewhere big, with a pool, a/c, all the towels/linen included & a reliable host (we did email Alan on Day 1 with a question & he replied straight away). All these requirements were met. Thoroughly relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend. We would definitely visit again.

Fabulous Villa

Amazing villa. We all loved the pool, good size. The villa itself is spacious, easily accommodate 6-8 people. The air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms were a godsend during our stay at end of July when weather was around 38 degrees. We had an amazing time. We particularly liked the quietness and the privacy as well as the awesome view. Only criticism would be the lack of air conditioning in the lounge. Owners communication and speed of response very satisfactory. Definitely recommend a car to get around the area.

Wonderful stay at a great Villa

We spent our third summer holiday at the area of Cannes in this Villa that has everything we needed for our stay, a nice sea view, close to the beautiful beaches-10 minute drive-. Highly to recommend.

Mandelieu

We had an amazing week in Mandelieu and would thoroughly recommend this villa. Our three children loved the pool along with the table tennis and other games that were available for them. My wife and I loved the kitchen that ran out onto the balcony, making dining really easy, and the views of the sea and mountains added to an amazing experience. Everything was as it was described and we did not have to worry about anything- we shall be returning!

Family getaway with great views

Well equipped holiday home on the hills above Mandelieu, beautiful views over the bay of Cannes and the private jets taking off over the bay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Great location to explore the region, there are direct trains to Monaco.

An amazing property. Very spacious and clean inside and out. The beds are fairly comfy, air conditioning worked a treat, place was very safe/secure. Area is absolutely beautiful, views from the villa are outstanding. You don’t need to leave the Villa (apart from buying food) as all you need is at the property - the owner has shared all his holiday items for use; pool/beach towels, table tennis, boules, English speaking cable tv, books, games, Sony speaker, ice maker, even toilet roll! We went as a family of 6 adults but there’s enough space for 8-10. Inside and out dining areas would seat 8-10 too. Plenty of parking spaces - drive is steep but worth it for the wonderful views. Pool is clean, attendant comes once a week (pleasant man). Approx 5 minutes drive to all amenities including small beach, port and train station (easiest way to reach Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc as parking is easier in Mandelieu). Whilst there Son-in-law played golf at ‘Golf de Cannes Mandelieu Old Course’ - he said that it was a decent course (normally plays at either Royal Portrush or Royal Liverpool!) Drive from airport takes approx 35 mins. Communication with owner was spot on. Fabulous holiday. Really sad to leave.

Long séjour familial Mandelieu

We spent a really enjoyable time in this lovely villa during our long stay. It was well-furnished both inside and outside (Tv, Netflix access, full of towels, confortable beds, deckchairs, barbecue...as examples).It was very clean and also really welcoming. We particularly loved the view in front of the sea and Esterel Mont (the villa is on the heighs of Mandelieu part accessible by car ) and we also appreciated that the owner answered quickly to our questions. To sump up, we totally recommanded the place.

An amazing villa !

My experience in this villa was just wonderful. I stayed here with my parents, wife and 4 kids. Everyone of us enjoyed the house accommodation which offers spacious and well organized rooms, an amazing view on sea and mountains, a swimming pool well exposed to the sun and very private, a ping pong table... I cannot describe all the house attributes in few words but there is everything needed for great vacations ! Moreover the house is at 7mins from the beach, 15min from a shopping zone, 20min from Cannes La Croisette, 30min from Nice. For sure I recommend this house to anyone who wants to have great time in France Côte d’Azur region ! Thanks to Alan who was really kind and responsive.

Great villa - lovely pool, lots of outside space and fantastic facilities such as the table tennis table which we all really enjoyed. There was an issue with the pool pump but this was resolved really quickly via the owner. Great service

Great stay in great sorrundings

The villa was really nice, clean and spacious enough for the 8 of us. Same goes for the pool and poolarea. With the villa as starting point, it was 7 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Cannes, Mougines, Valbonne and other beautiful places to visit. We would absolutely like to come back some time!

Beautiful property in a great location

We all had a very relaxing time in this beautiful but comfortable house! Any problems quickly sorted out. Matched the description exactly. Great location for the beach and the mountains! Just a short drive to some amazing restaurants and amenities. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the view. Would definitely use this property again!

Beautiful villa and magnificent view

We spent two weeks at this villa. We really enjoyed our stay. We had all the accommodations we need and the views from the terrace were magnificent. We appreciated the cleaned and big swimming pool too. The villa is very comfortable and well furnished. It's very closed from the center of Mandelieu and you can reach Cannes in 30mn. We really recommend this beautiful villa.

Great location and property. Met all our needs.

We spent more than a week in this property with two kids. The villa met all our expectations, very well furnished, clean, with great clean pool. We have very much enjoyed the view from the terrace on the sea. The center with all shops is very close and you can reach the beaches in Mandelie (btw very suitable for small kids) in few minutes. Or you can reach Cannes in 30 min too. We had only one issue during our stay - a problem with the gate (some electricity issue) and both the agent and owner were very helpful and responsive to sort it out. Looking forward to come sometimes again. Was really great and we spent a lovely time there.

Dear Alan, as a family with 5 kids from 3 to 18 years old we really enjoyed our stay at your comfortable villa. Highlights were the pool that was frequently used and the spectacular views we had from the terrace. The kids were happy just staying at the villa and sometimes it was difficult to motivate them even going to the beach .... We visited Nizza, Cannes, Antibes, the Marineland and several beaches. Nice Villa with a wonderful view on the bay of Cannes

We spent two weeks in this wonderful Villa on top of the city if Mandelieu. The house is very well structured, with an enjoiable terrace facing the swimming pool and a luminous and comfortable living room. The remaining part of the house matches the description on the site, everything comfortable and suitable even for a long stay. The landlord is very friendly and fair. We really recommend the Villa to any family or group of friends who wants to spend a relaxing time in Cote d'Azur.

I am a Chartered Accountant, partly retired. Live in Dublin, Ireland with my wife. Three children, now with their own families, who very much appreciate our holiday home in Mandelieu la Napoule.
Leisure time spent either on the golf course, hill walking or cycling. Enjoy travelling both to home in France and further afield.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have visited South of France many times, and when we decided to buy we chose Mandelieu la Napoule as the perfect location. Great views of sea and Esterel hills, quiet location, but only minutes from all services. Convenient for excellent beaches, great walking and cycling in the Esterel, and yet easily accessible to Cannes/Nice for that 'city' type break.

Exploring further afield e.g. to Northern Italy, into the Alpes Maritime, St Tropez or even to the opera in Aix en Provence can all be reached within an hour or so.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is really convenient - from picking up a hire car at Nice airport you can be 'home' in 25 minutes. Great selection of restaurants close by; golf, walking, cycling, tennis and water sports are all on your doorstep.

We like it for its convenience to Cannes and Nice for 'city' break activities with greta museums and galleries; the A8 Autoroute is easily accessed so we can get to e.g. Aix en Provence for concerts (1 hour) or into the Alp Maritime for great hiking.
The weather tends to be good too!
