Grosses Haus mit grossem Grundstück. Mit Auto steile Einfahrt auf Grundstück. Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege haben. Haus zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Küche könnte etwas besser eingerichtet werden (anzahl Pfannen oder Fleischklopfer etc.). sehr nette Gastgeberin auch Check-in lief ohne Probleme

Breathtaking views

Me and my family stayed for a week at Francine's property. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and the breathtaking views of the nearby hills. Depending on your expectations, you may find the place a little outdated. But from our perspective it was exactly what we needed. A lot of room for our baby to run around the house, great place on the terrace to have your breakfast and enjoy the surroundings, a huge property to just walk around and enjoy the nature. We would definitely come back

We are a family of 7 and had a wonderful weekend in Francine’s house. It is a really nice house with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view. The house was clean and well equipped and with plenty of space. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the house.

Late 70th birthday celebration

We were all very pleased with the property.The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and there was an adequate supply of hot water. The pool area was terrific with lots of sun beds and very securely fenced off with a safety mechanism on the gate - very important as we had our grandchildren aged 4 and 7 with us. Any lack of communication with the property manager was my fault. I had not done enough research as to where the property was, nor into the town of Mougins itself. If I hadn't been able to speak French and ask for directions I would have had great difficulty in finding it. Also, it was my fault that I didn't pick up the manager's text message about the code for the entrance gate. I was too busy driving on the very busy motorway! My husband wasn't able to do his usual meticulous research for this trip and boy did I miss it. We loved the fact that we didn't have to buy cleaning materials, olive oil,salt ,pepper , toilet rolls and so on. Everything was provided. There is only one thing I would suggest that would improve a holiday in this house. We would have liked to have had a clothes airer to dry off our washing, towels and swimsuits overnight. I am sure this is not necessary in the summer months but as the days are shorter in October it would have been very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday in Francine's house and we all thought her a very generous hostess in providing over and above what we usually find in a holiday home. Elizabeth.

Lovely villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the terrasse and pool area are stunning! Given the extremely warm temperatures it was lovely to come back and spend time in the pool. It is very close to Mougins which is such a cute and historic little village to explore with more gorgeous vistas. The only thing that could have improved our stay is some AC and fans in the bedrooms as we were very hot. The one ductless AC unit in the front entrance way doesn’t not unfortunately reach the bedrooms.

Wonderful villa in beautiful location

The villa is beautiful, very spacious with every amenity. It is in a wonderful location with stunning views very close to the beautiful towns of Mougins and Valbonne. The pool is wonderful and it is a delight to relax overlooking the lovely countryside. We would highly recommend a stay there and hope to return soon!

Idéal famille ou entre amis au calme

Une belle bâtisse dans un lotissement sécurisé, à proximité de petits villages et de la mer pour les visites (+ Nice et Cannes). Piscine très agréable avec un bel espace autour aménagé. Petit bémol pour les "petits", le terrain très en pente et le fond non clôturé, mais c'est le cas de nombreuses habitation dans cette région. Une très belle vue et un coin terrasse et salon très agréable.

Superbe maison avec vue à couper le soufle

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de fin décembre dans cette superbe maison, avec un salon /salle à manger spacieux où on se sentait bien, une cuisine très bien équipée, une vue spectaculaire sur la campagne provençale et les orangers du jardin. Nous avons pu profiter des environs (Mougins, Valbonne, Cannes, Cap d'Ail) pour nous promener, escalader, déjeuner au soleil, visiter. Et les plus intrépides ont même osé une tête dans la piscine ou la mer. La communication avec Francine était parfaite, et l'accueil par Emmanuel très sympathique. Un grand merci!

Fantastic house, great location.

We had an amazing stay in this property: Emanuel who manages the property, communicated with us well and met us on arrival. The house itself was perfect for our needs as a family base. The kitchen was spacious ,clean and well stocked with crockery and glassware. The living area was large ,light, comfortable and stylish. We particularly loved the pool with the wooden decking and plenty of sunloungers. The setting of the house was secluded and not overlooked ,with wonderful views over the valley below. All in all, a brilliant stay ! Thank you !

Seizable villa with lots of space-perfect for 8. Lovely pool and pool area.

Great villa with large rooms and lots of space. All you need is there! Great veranda for having all your meals outdoor. Lovely saltwater pool and pool area. Excellent position for visiting little villages like Mougins, Valbonne etc or Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Everything worked well and was meeting and exceeding our expectations!

Tolles Haus für einen Familienurlaub an der Côte d'Azur

Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir hier zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus bietet auch großen Familien mit einem sehr großzügigen und gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, 4 Schlafräumen, 3 Badezimmern und einem Extra-WC reichlich Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattete und hat beispielsweise einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelauswurf. Von der überdachten Terasse hatten wir einen herrlichem Blick auf das alte Mougins. Für die Kinder und uns war der Pool das Highlight. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte man auch ein Schattenplätzchen finden. Der Verwalter und die Besitzerin waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious, well equipped home with great view and pool. Great location to explore the Côte d’Azur.

We visited Mougins as a family, staying at the house with six people. It is very spacious, several bathrooms are practical and can comfortably accommodate even a greater number of people. The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to wish for. My husband was particularly happy that we could also use the outdoor BBQ. The outdoor space is great. A big patio with a wonderful view. Our kids loved the pool. There is also a pingpong table that we used a lot. Shops are within a 5-10 minute car ride. The old part of Mougins is about a 15 minute walk, mostly uphill. Cannes is within 15 minutes. Overall, the house in Mougins is a good base to explore the Côte d’Azur. We did day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco/Eze and Antibes. We also drove to some of the smaller places in the area, like Valbonne, for some excellent dinners. Both the owner and the local contact are very responsive and speak English. They were very flexible accommodating our preferred arrival and departure times. All of us had a wonderful time in Mougins. Thanks again!

Maison superbe

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Nous étions 8 et nous avions beaucoup d'espace. Vue superbe, cadre agréable. Propriétaire à l'écoute des locataires et très soucieuse de leur bien-être. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous conseillerons fortement cette location

Eine Idylle für die Familie

Mit unseren drei Söhnen, Schwiegertochter und 3 Enkelkindern (5, 4 und 1/2 Jahre alt) haben wir hier zwei wundervolle Wochen bei tollstem Wetter verbracht. Das Haus bietet einer großen Familie mit 4 Schlafräumen, 3 Badezimmern und einem Extra-WC reichlich Platz. Dazu kommt die gut ausgestattete Küche (u.a. Kühlschrank/Eisschrank-Kombi mit Eiswürfelauswurf!) und das sehr großzügige, jedoch auch gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Auf der überdachten, großen Terasse konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten bei herrlichem Blick weit in die Landschaft und auf das alte Mougins genießen. Der Pool war für alle bei stets sonnigem Wetter der Renner, immer erfrischend und mit zwei Massage-Düsen ausgestattet. Ein Schattenplätzchen ist aufgrund des schönen Baumbestandes immer zu finden. Ein Wermutstropfen ist die nicht allzu ferne Schnellstraße, die man deutlich hören kann.

Great place for a vacation with the family

We were two families together and we all had a really great time at this beautiful and spacy house. Both children and adults enjoyed the poolarea and the south-faced terrace a lot. It's easy to get around to nearby towns and we found the location quite perfect for a nice and calm vacation. We can highly recommend this place!

De ideale vakantiewoning

Een riant vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien en ideaal voor een grote groep. De ontvangst is hartelijk en ontspannen, het uitzicht fantastisch, een prachtige tuin met een aantal terrassen en een heerlijk zoutwater zwembad. De woning is zeer ruim, voorzien van een centrale airconditioning bij de slaapvertrekken en heeft voldoende plaats voor onverwachte gasten. In de directe omgeving vind je bakkers, supermarkten en goede restaurants. Kortom, een ideaal huis in een prachtig stukje Frankrijk. Een huis waar je naar terugkeert!

Une maison tres confortable. A very nice house

We loved the house. The kichen, right close to the terrace, is well equiped, spacious and a great place to be for cooking all the family together. The terrace has a beautiful view, the typical marvelous landscapes of Provence. The family room is very confortable and also spacious. All the house is very confortable.. We also liked the location. Beautiful towns and cities are so near that you may go and return in the same day. The person that attended us at our arrival was really kind to us.
