Private Villa några minuters promenad från stranden, är Villa Caloritx ligger i ett lugnt cul-de-sac, i ett avundsvärt läge med utsikt över den vackra Algendar Gorge i semesterorten Galdana. Några minuters promenad från stranden och restauranger i ortens centrum, är det mycket privat, ligger i en charmig tomt, med skuggande olivträd, sommarblommor och en 8 meters simbassäng. Villan har nyligen uppdaterats och är fullt luftkonditionerade. Den har 3 sovrum, sova 6 och ett stort vardagsrum / matrum med stor bekväm hörnsoffa, TV / DVD, I-pod docka och även en 1200mm teleskop för att beundra de klar himmel. Det finns en familj badrum och välutrustat kök, med mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, diskmaskin och nyinstallerade vitvaror. Utanför finns en separat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. Poolområdet ligger i den soliga, privata trädgården, med solstolar och utrymme för al fresco frukost eller lunch.

Beautiful villa, we absolutely loved our stay here. Only 10/15 mins to the beach and a small supermarket and pizzeria and restaurant close by. The views from the large balcony are stunning and the pool was a godsend in the heat. Catrin was a great host and was very quick to respond to any queries that we had. I would highly recommend and hope to come back again. Cala Galdana is a wonderful place, just watch for the mosquitoes!

Fabulous Villa

A fabulous villa, which is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed chilling around the pool and on the back terrace which has a great view.while the pool is at the front of the property, it's very private and not overlooked.The terrace at the rear, is very large with outdoor furniture and a pergola..The villa is well placed and is a short to the supermarket and nearest restaurants and to the beach. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.we had a very relaxing stay.thanks yo Catrin for sharing the villa.will be back, if available

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa, made some lovely memories. Well equipped, everything you need for children and beautifully presented throughout. The pool is great, private and well looked after. Views from the villa are amazing, sat watching some beautiful sunsets.

The villa and the location was perfect for us. It was all very comfortable …. beds and sofas and there was plenty of outdoor seating.The thing I could suggest would be a provision of bare essentials like washing up liquid, pan scrubbers and possibly olive oil. Clearer instructions to use the Tv would have been useful. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Maison bien décorée, emplacement magnifique

1 semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis de Minorque. Maison cosy, chambres et salles de bain super bien rénovées et décorées. Nos 3 enfants ont adoré profiter des nombeux jeux d'intérieur (puzzle, memory, ...) et d'extérieur (piscine, ballon, raquette tennis, ...). La piscine est super agréable avec tous ses transats, parasols, table au frais. Les tapas en fin de journée sur la magnifique terrasse devant le coucher de soleil resteront mé-mo-rables. Communication très facile avec Catrin. Merci pour tout !

Well equipped villa in quiet location

The villa is much bigger than the description suggests. The outside space is great, with privacy and nice views. It is ideally located- walking distance from the centre, either via the steps which we didn’t have a problem with, or not much further to walk via the road.

An amazing villa - perfect!

If you are thinking about booking this villa- do it! You will not be disappointed. The property was advertised a 6 sleeper but now sleeps 8 thanks to the lovely ensuite extension. Comfy, clean, spacious villa with all the amenities you will need. All working apart from some outside lights. The pool is perfect with lots of toys. Nothing beats the terrace with the sunset views (and local entertainment). Handy for a local shop ( less than 5 min walk) and close to lots of beaches which are all sandy and clean. We cheated and used the lift in the apartment block to get to the local beach and town. Plenty of restaurants to choose from if you fancy not using the BBQ. Alaska was a good local one. We did have a car so we could visit places and the larger supermarkets. Kids loved the Splash Sur water park. Would 100% return!

Perfect

This place is a little gem. The location was perfect for us, giving us the flexibility of flipping between the pool or beach. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The BBQ and terrace along with the view made the perfect evening setting. The amenities at the villa were great and owner even provided extra beach towels. We’d definitely go back!!

Lovely property, close to lots of amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Loved the pool and found the villa to be well equipped and well situated. We would recommend a car but it's not absolutely essential. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. A very easy drive from the airport and also to Cuitadella for a morning out at the market and lunch st the harbour. We are looking forward to returning and have already booked for next year. Loved the nightly entertainment from the local hotel, which we enjoyed from a distance while drinking wine on the terrace! A very minor point is the lack of working outside lights, especially when trying to park on the drive after dark. Catrin was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/messages.

Fabulous!

Beautiful villa with fantastic pool and terrace! Pictures don’t do it justice, is actually 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and very well equipped for children. Lots of toys, games and inflatables and 2 high chairs which was perfect! Catrin was very responsive and helpful and check in and out was very easy. There is a small supermarket five minute walk away and the beach and town were 15 minute walk. We walked the road way to avoid the steps as we had a buggy but if you use the steps at the end of the road, the beach is only 10 minutes. We had a wonderful week staying here, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The villa is a perfect base for a holiday in Menorca. It has everything you need whilst away and just as described/shown in the photos. The kids loved the cupboard full of toys, games, puzzles and books. The beach is a short walk, and the views from the terrace is lovely especially at sunset.

Beautiful villa in quiet, secluded location.

We have a lovely, peaceful stay. The villa was gorgeous, far exceeded expectations. The girl's spent hours in the pool. Its a great size with a shallower and deep end, with steps into the water. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The balcony has an amazing view being so high up. You could spend all evening drinking Sangria and looking at the view. The beach is a 2 minute drive away with car park right next to it. You could walk but the hill is long with steady incline. Lots of restaurants near by. Alaska and delit were our favourites. Toboggan was great to keep the kids entertained. We would definitely book again.

From the moment we arrived we had a fabulous time and very much a home from home with all the facilities you require. The beach a short walk away was crystal clear and one of the best on the island. Perfect for children and adults alike. Catrin the host was always accommodating with any questions and we hope to visit this wonderful accommodation in the future. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed. Didn’t want to leave which says it all.

Idyllic stay in a beautiful setting.

The villa has everything you could want. We had an incredibly comfortable stay and enjoyed exploring the island both on foot and by car. It was wonderful to be so close to such lovely beaches and restaurants. I perfect location to explore a wonderful island.

Family holiday

We have just returned today after a wonderful stay in this villa. The pictures don’t do the villa justice. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outside area is wonderful and the location is perfect. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone and we cannot wait to return.

Great villa & location

Great property & Catrin (owner) could not have been more helpful, very well equipped (kitchen utensils, towels, pool towels, loungers, umbrellas, inflatable’s, games) beds very comfy, great air con & fantastic villa finished to a high standard. 5 mins wall to beach / town albeit down steps, but an easy & enjoyable 15 min stroll using the path & forgoing the steps. Would highly recommend

Emplacement idéal

pour visiter l'ile ou même rester sur place avec 3 belles plages à de 30 min . Maison agréable pour passer les fins de soirée à regarder les couchers de soleil , sans bruit a cet époque et avec les oiseaux pour compagnie soir et matin .
