12 Oakridge Àr en stuga som ligger i en lugn miljö nÀra byn St Mellion i Cornwall. Lodgen ligger i ett landskap pÄ 39 tunnland som grÀnsar till den fantastiska golfbanan St Mellion International och ligger nÀra de underbara strÀnderna i bÄde Devon och Cornwall.
Lodgen har tvÄ golf- och tvÄ fritidspass som tillÄter GRATIS anvÀndning av St Mellion-anlÀggningarna, inklusive de tvÄ golfbanorna, bad- och fritidspooler (OBS; barn 12 och under fÄr gratis), bastu, Ängbad, jacuzzi, gym , tennisbanor, etc.
OBS: ytterligare golfare fÄr den tillÀmpliga medlemsgÀstsatsen, som Àr ungefÀr 50% rabatt pÄ den vanliga greenfee-rÀntan (det finns olika priser beroende pÄ veckodag, tid pÄ dagen och tid pÄ Äret).
St Mellion International Resort har tvÄ golfbanor och har tidigare varit vÀrd för Benson & Hedges International Open och English Seniors Open. Jack Nicklaus designade 'Signature Course' (Storbritanniens första JN-kurs och en av endast tre i England) Àr en riktig utmaning men kommer att leva lÀnge i minnet. Kernow-kursen Àr inte lika utmanande men Àr verkligen ingen promenad i parken.

Although we love to visit Oakridge as often as we can, unfortunately, due to work & family commitments this does not happen nearly as often as we would like.
12 Oakridge is not a cosy second home benefit for us and we are therefore pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy everything that the property and location has to offer.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We had been looking for a holiday property in Devon or Cornwall as a long-term investment which we could occasionally use as family getaway. We stumbled across the Oakridge estate almost by mistake and immediately fell in love with the tranquil location and the lodges with their 'up-side down' living and views out over the St Mellion golf courses and immediate countryside.
Our love of Oakridge is helped by the fact that a number of family members are keen golfers & were enticed by the superb golf on offer at St Mellion International Resort with the Jack Nicklaus designed 'Signature' course and the 'Kernow' course providing
varied, challenging & rewarding (at least some of the time!) golf in a superb setting.
The 13th hole of the 'Signature' course is just a short walk away across the bridge outside the lodge with the clubhouse and leisure club a short stroll away via the golf course buggy paths.
Our love of Oakridge is helped by the fact that a number of family members are keen golfers & were enticed by the superb golf on offer at St Mellion International Resort with the Jack Nicklaus designed 'Signature' course and the 'Kernow' course providing
varied, challenging & rewarding (at least some of the time!) golf in a superb setting.
The 13th hole of the 'Signature' course is just a short walk away across the bridge outside the lodge with the clubhouse and leisure club a short stroll away via the golf course buggy paths.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We provide two golf and two leisure passes to St Mellion which permit people to play golf on either the 'Signature' course or the 'Kernow' course whilst people enjoy the leisure facilities which include a 25m pool, leisure pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, tennis courts, etc. These passes are complimentary for our guests and are included in the rental price and we hope that people appreciate the facilities and make good use of them during their stay.

St Mellion incorporates a number of restaurants......
The An Boesti is a 2 AA-Rosette restaurant and serves fresh, local ingredients in a modern decor. There is also an adjoining bar to enjoy some pre or after dinner drinks.
The No.18 Bistro is a less formal offering providing all-day dining in a relaxed atmosphere, serving freshly ground coffee, afternoon tea, homemade desserts and a selection of healthy options.
The Nicklaus Bar overlooks the 18th green of the championship golf course. Itâs the perfect spot to get together after a day of golfing at St Mellion. There is a wide selection of hot and cold food available along with light snacks.
In addition to the golf and leisure facilities, 12 Oakridge provides a superb base from which to explore the beautiful countryside with so much to see and do within just a short drive - there is far too much to list but just a few family favourites are Whitsand Bay, Mt Edgcumbe Country Park, Cotehele House & Quay and Antony House.
